FTWW is looking for a full-time Volunteer and Community Coordinator! The successful candidate will strengthen community activity by engaging with external stakeholders and members of the public, increasing our reach and volunteer numbers. They will ensure that volunteers are supported and equipped to participate in a wide range of activities, both in-person and online.
The role is full-time home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.
We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in facilitating an online coproduction event one day and speaking at the Senedd the next so excellent communication skills are a must. We currently have over 90 registered volunteers and a key part of the role will be to develop our volunteer programme. As a small team, you will also support our part-time Engagement Coordinator, so there will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creative skills too.
The ability to speak Welsh, or a willingness to learn, is desirable. We may also consider part time hours, or a job share for the right candidates. Please note in your application if this applies to you.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic (Senior) Research Officer. This exciting role involves undertaking research on gambling related financial harms and engaging with stakeholders in financial services firms to practically apply our research to their work. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent critical thinking, research and policy development skills, with the ability to digest complex information quickly and appraise firms work against regulatory requirements, best practice examples and policy recommendations.
The successful candidate will primarily work as part of the Gambling Harms Action Lab team where we’re bringing together seven representatives from financial services firms to explore ways to reduce gambling related financial harms. The (Senior) Research Officer will be an integral part of the team working to tackle gambling related financial harms through delivering timely and insightful research and consultancy support.

The Role
The Head of Partnerships and Fundraising is responsible for the majority of income generation for our charity. The Switch raises income from corporate volunteering partnerships and through grant applications to other trusts and charities, which together contribute circa £800,000 per year. This is a role that requires strategic thinking, relationship and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet income targets.
This role will manage and grow our current key corporate partners, ensuring sustainability and longevity in our partnerships. The person will be responsible for communicating effectively with corporate partners on a strategic level, to understand how we can improve our volunteering offer and communicate impact to their business.
The job-holder will seek new partnerships in diverse industries where we have fewer stakeholders, to ensure our young people work with companies and volunteers from wide-ranging sectors.
In this position you will scope fundraising opportunities from grant and trusts, and be adept at assessing our viability so that applications we submit have a higher rate of success than average.
As Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, you will create new income streams which The Switch has not considered before, for example legacy funding, individual giving, corporate match funding. This will improve our financial stability.
In addition to income generation, this role will lead the Partnerships team and manage two to three staff as follows :

About You:

The Role
Our Individual Giving programme is central to our fundraising strategy to increase our unrestricted, sustainable income. This is a key role in supporting the Individual Giving Manager to recruit and steward donors across a range of channels including face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail and digital. Key Tasks
• Using evidence-based insights, support with the planning and implementation of several direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels including direct mail, email, social, display advertising and newsletters including managing suppliers on concept creation, oversight of copy and creative and delivery schedules. Work with the IG Manager on performance analysis and learning of programme to enable enhancements and improvements
• Support the IG Manager in the set up and operational management of our face-to-face fundraising campaigns for regular donor and lottery player recruitment. Including invoice processing, complaint handling, site management and training for third party fundraising teams
• Creation and delivery of our regular giving and lottery stewardship journeys. This will include researching and proving content, engaging with supporters and looking for opportunities to cross-sell
• Being proactive in writing up process documents and maintaining documents for Individual Giving Team
• Day-to-day point of contact with external agencies including face-to-face agencies, creative agencies, printers and fulfilment houses
• To support the Head of Supporter Engagement with the development of a legacy marketing programme
• Creation and delivery of our in-memory stewardship journey, including donors who set up tribute pages on MuchLoved
• Work with hospital staff and stakeholders to gather content, encourage fundraising and manage our contactless stations
• Work with our Supporter Services Team to monitor and action all feedback, and properly record supporter interactions on our database

Scotty’s Little Soldiers is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting military children and young people (0 to 25 years) who have experienced the death of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces. Course structure and requirements
The National Curriculum for High Intensity Psychotherapeutic Counselling within NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression outlines the full details of the course structure. To summarise, the following outlines the key training requirements:
· A 1-year core psychotherapeutic counselling foundation level training, which also introduces the chosen NHS Talking Therapies modality. Following sign off for readiness, trainees can begin to practice at West London Centre for Counselling with people with mild to moderate depression
· Followed by, a 2-year post-graduate diploma (PGDip) in psychotherapeutic counselling (minimum 120 credits at Level 7)
· A minimum of 450 supervised client hours gained within a NHS Talking Therapies service
· A minimum of 450 training hours (skills and theory)
· A minimum of 50 personal therapy hours
· A minimum of 90 minutes of training supervision to every six hours of client work (or the equivalent for group supervision), or 90 minutes per week if they have completed less than six hours of client work in the week
· NHS Talking Therapy services will be responsible for supervision on site, including oversight of case management, clinical governance and management supervision in line with the supervision requirements of the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.
· An average of two to three days per week of clinical practice in NHS Talking Therapies services
· Individual accreditation (professional registration) with a professional body in line with the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual (see the manual for more details)

The Finance and Grant Controller role is part of the central finance team and sits within the Management Accounting function which provides our country programmes and the region offices with professional and technical finance leadership for WaterAid UK’s international work. About the role:
The Finance and Grant Controller will manage all financial aspects of WaterAid’s Multi-country Urban Water Project, ensuring rigorous financial oversight, compliance with donor requirements, and alignment with organisational financial policies. This is a bold initiative aiming to raise $40 million and reach two million people with clean water in urban areas across six anchor countries: Colombia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Mozambique, Bangladesh, and Cambodia.
In this role, you will:
1. Financial Monitoring and Reporting
- Prepare and review all financial reports in line with specific contract requirements and deadlines
- Monitor project budgets, tracking actual expenditures against budget allocations and flagging variances to the project team
- Monitor movement in exchange rates and local currency budget variations
2. Budget and Forecasting Development & Grant Support
- Assist program staff in preparing detailed budgets in each country project
- Deliver regular reforecasts, ensuring realistic timing of spend
- Conduct cost allocations and ensure appropriate coding of expenses
3. Compliance and Controls
- Review contracts and grant agreements to identify financial requirements, restrictions, and deliverables

4. Finance Business Partner

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
Technical Qualifications and Skills
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
- Experience in the use of SUN, or a similar multi-dimensional accounting system.
- Experience in managing programme or project finance funded by institutional donors ( e.g. USAID, FCDO or other reputable organisation)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skill
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge and experience of donor fund management in an international context

ScreenSkills is the industry-led skills body for the UK’s screen industries – film, television (high-end, children’s, unscripted), VFX, animation and games. We are supporting economic recovery and future innovation and growth across the whole of the UK by investing in the skilled and inclusive workforce who are critical to the global success of the screen sector.
We are funded by industry contributions to our Skills Funds and with National Lottery funds awarded by the BFI as part of its BFI Bursaries Programme to help people get into the industry and progress within it.
The Senior Grants Officer will support the Finance Manager in maintaining the smooth running of grants and bursaries giving process. The Senior Grants Officer will also be responsible for the processing of ScreenSkills’ grants and bursaries ensuring that projects fall within budget, are contracted in a timely manner and subsequently monitored. They will work collaboratively across the wider organisation to ensure that funders’ requirements are met.
Contract: Fixed Term, 12 months, Full Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum
Reports to: Finance Manager
Location: ScreenSkills London/Hybrid (min 2 days a week in the office)
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Essential:
- 3-5 Years – Work related experience.
- Proven experience of working in a similar role within finance department
- Proven experience of data analysis and manipulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of setting up processes to ensure master templates and contracts are reviewed
- Excellent organisation skills; ability to effectively manage varied tasks with competing priorities with minimum supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Excellent IT skills including intermediate Level of Excel
Preferred:
- Previous working experience of Blackbaud Grantmaking, SUN accounting system using Q&A

The Trusts & Foundations Specialist will play a key role in identifying and securing grants from trusts and foundations. You will lead on researching new opportunities, crafting compelling applications, and stewarding relationships with grantmakers. We’re looking for a diligent and thoughtful writer with a sharp eye for detail and a deep interest in our work, who is also keen to contribute to the wider life of the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grant Prospecting & Pipeline Development

Research and maintain a pipeline of trusts and foundations aligned with OSH’s mission and growth priorities.

Work closely with OSH leadership to align fundraising priorities with programme plans and organisational growth.

Maintain up-to-date records on potential and active funders in OSH’s CRM.
Bid Writing & Submission

Write and submit high-quality, tailored applications that articulate OSH’s impact, values and plans.

Ensure applications are accurate, persuasive, and meet deadlines and funder requirements.

Collaborate with the team to gather supporting information, budgets, and case studies.
Reporting & Stewardship

Prepare timely and engaging reports for successful grants, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and strong stewardship.

Maintain excellent records and monitor deadlines for reporting and renewals.
Cross-Organisational Contribution

Coordinate annual impact reporting, including data analysis, case studies, and visual storytelling.

Build strong internal relationships and stay connected to OSH’s work by attending occasional programmes, events and residentials.

Contribute ideas and support the fundraising team’s broader work (e.g. campaigns, supporter communications).

Engage with programme staff to gather stories and data that demonstrate OSH’s impact.

ABOUT YOU

Demonstrated experience writing successful funding applications to trusts and foundations.

Excellent writing and editing skills — clear, concise, persuasive and adaptable to different audiences.

Highly organised, diligent and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Ability to analyse funder criteria and align proposals strategically.

Strong team player, willing to engage with programme staff, volunteers and young people to understand and communicate OSH’s work.

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage funders and supporters with warmth and professionalism.

Commitment to ethical fundraising practices and compliance with UK fundraising regulations.

Familiarity with fundraising CRMs, in particular Beacon.

Experience preparing budgets and financial reports for funders.

Personal or professional understanding of issues affecting people from refugee backgrounds.

Passion for OSH’s mission and commitment to centering people with refugee backgrounds.

Ability to speak in other languages relevant to our community, including Arabic, Pashto, Farsi, Tigrinya, Amharic, Oromo, and Spanish.

Overview
We will be launching our new programme from September 2025, initially as a pilot working with families across Wandsworth, with aims to be able to expand and continue beyond this.
As a Family Support Worker, you will deliver flexible, hands-on, and therapeutically minded support to families facing multiple and complex challenges. You will build trusted relationships through home visits, school meetings, and practical support—empowering parents and carers to strengthen routines, manage behaviour, improve attendance, and access services. Your role will be guided by detailed needs assessments and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes with each family.
