Job Purpose:

To work alongside the Legacy Marketing Manager to help deliver MFS UK’s Legacy Fundraising strategy and support the efficient administration of one of the charity’s largest income streams.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role is focused on ensuring an effective and organised Legacy Administration for the organisation.

To support the strategy to increase income, this role will be liaising with donors who are interested in leaving gifts in their wills and assist with the recruitment of new supporters. This role plays a fundamental part of our Legacy Stewardship and Retention programme for those who have already committed to leaving a gift in their will.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience working in office environment with strong administration skills and time management skills with an ability to manage a varied and busy workload effectively. 
• Ability to maintain accuracy, combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to build and manage key relationships and choose appropriate communication channels.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the operations of one service in Berkshire (Slough) which supports one individual to live in his own home.

He lives with a diagnosis of moderate learning disability, autism spectrum disorder, psychotic illness, epilepsy, and type 2 diabetes, all of which require thoughtful and consistent support. The customer has been living successfully in his current placement for over ten years, where he benefits from the continuity of staff who know him well, understand his routines, and help him maintain a sense of safety and autonomy.

The role will provide line management for a team of seven Specialist Behaviour Support Workers, ensuring that compliance with organisational, legal regulations and those of the local authority are adhered to and the quality of support is of the highest standard possible, ensuring excellent quality of life for the customer and a good working environment for colleagues.

The service has received a CQC rating of Good. The current team size includes 5 FTEs (Specialist Behaviour Support Workers) plus 2 FTEs Waking Night Support Workers, ensuring comprehensive support coverage across all shifts.

About the role

The Independent Living Medication Support Service (ILMSS) in Lambeth is a community-based floating support service designed for adults with primary mental health needs and often dual diagnoses.

The service aims to help individuals stay well, avoid hospitalisation, and live independently in the community. The service provides one-to-one support in customer's homes to build awareness, routines, and skills for medication management. Furthermore, it aims to support customers with housing, benefits, and social issues through short-term interventions.

As Service Manager for the Lambeth ILMS service, you will lead a dynamic team delivering floating support to 105 customers and medication support to 35 customers across the borough. Leadership and competence development in direct reports is a key responsibility of the role. Learning and Development Advisor

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Learning and Development Advisor to lead on the review, implementation and ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of the Leadership Development Programme. 

This role is full-time and is home-based with some travel throughout England and Wales as required.

The Role

This is an exciting role that requires a mixture of skills in relation to learning and development.  You will be focusing on leadership and management development across the organisation.  It will include the design and delivery of innovative learning interventions that support the development of leaders and managers.  Modern thinking and practice are essential for this role, as well as a good understanding of leadership and management development.

• Create evaluation methods to measure changes in behaviour and performance across leaders and managers

It is essential to be able to work without direct supervision, prioritise work and deal with competing and conflicting demands in an organised and effective manner.  The post is for 37.5 hours per week and a degree of flexibility is necessary.  This role will work from home but will have moderate travel nationally across the organisation.

The Landscape Recovery team was set up as a response to the urgency of the inextricably linked nature and climate emergencies. The purpose of this team is to encourage and facilitate cross-Wildlife Trust action on landscape scale recovery, inject the rewilding approaches into the work of the Wildlife Trusts, coordinate land management activities where scale-economies are clear and to substantially increase funding for nature’s recovery across the Wildlife Trusts. The team is developing a range of programmes where RSWT acts as a ‘collective vehicle’ for groups of Trusts. For example, RSWT is leading a programme of peatland restoration through the Precious Peatlands project. Opportunities for such programmes are increasing – the UK is at a tipping point where either wildlife continues to decline or we finally grasp the opportunities of nature’s recovery. 

About You 

Working closely with colleagues at the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts and with Local Wildlife Trusts, the Land Management Practice Officer will support The Wildlife Trusts Nature Reserves community of practice. This role will focus primarily, in the first instance, on supporting local Wildlife Trusts to reduce their pesticide use. 

The post will help Trusts develop and share knowledge, skills and capacity in the realm of pesticide use reduction and, where possible, also across other aspects of land management. This work will support Goal 1 – Nature’s Recovery – of the Wildlife Trusts’ Strategy 2030. 

You will be a highly organised, collaborative, and an experienced individual adept at managing customer focussed relationships. You will understand the needs of the Wildlife Trusts and the context in which they operate. You will be an excellent communicator – proficient at running meetings, organising information and putting together reports.

About the Role

The Learning Support Team provides targeted support to young people, helping them develop core practical and academic skills, broaden their existing interests, and explore new ideas. In this role, you will deliver both group and one-to-one sessions, including tailored Maths and English tuition based on individual needs. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure each young person has appropriate access to educational opportunities and engagement.

We believe that everyone has the right to learn in the way that suits them best—so there’s no such thing as a “typical” day in this role. Sessions can take place anywhere: from the beach to the kitchen, the garden, or even the gym. As with all our teams and services, the unexpected is part of everyday life—though with us, it can take many forms. FTWW is looking for a full-time Volunteer and Community Coordinator! The successful candidate will strengthen community activity by engaging with external stakeholders and members of the public, increasing our reach and volunteer numbers. They will ensure that volunteers are supported and equipped to participate in a wide range of activities, both in-person and online.

The role is full-time home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.

We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in facilitating an online coproduction event one day and speaking at the Senedd the next so excellent communication skills are a must. We currently have over 90 registered volunteers and a key part of the role will be to develop our volunteer programme.  As a small team, you will also support our part-time Engagement Coordinator, so there will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creative skills too.
