About the Role

As Team Leader, you will be directly involved in managing a 4 bed specialist short stay Home and looking after children aged 12 to 18 years old with complex needs; including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Mental Health Disorders, Substance Dependencies and Learning Disabilities.

Whether shift leading or joining in with daily activities, you will also share in the leadership of the team, helping to develop staff by modelling high standards of professionalism. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent
•  GCSE English and Maths grades A-C.
• One year’s experience working at a level of responsibility with children and young people in a residential setting.
• An understanding of the regulatory framework relating to the provision of residential services for children and young people.
• Good understanding of the needs and risks regarding children in care.
• An understanding of trauma  informed practice.
• Experience of taking on leadership responsibilities in a teamwork setting.
• Ability to build genuine and trusting relationships with young people maintaining at all times high personal and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.

Look Ahead's Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Service is a Mental Health supported accommodation which is a pathway service for people to work towards their independence. There are 3 buildings in the cluster, all of them are lone-working.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to help them to enhance life skills and increase independence and manage their health. This also includes tenancy management and other life skills.

Support Workers in the service work across all 3 projects in Hammersmith and Fulham; working with customers with varying levels of support needs. Many of the customers have complex needs including dual diagnosis and Support Workers are expected to liaise with other agencies within the borough to best support customers. Support Workers are expected to support customers on their journey to independence in a person-centred, non-judgemental way, whilst adhering to the Look Ahead core values.

The shift schedule covers Monday to Sunday, working five days each week on a rolling rota that combines weekdays and weekends. Over a five-week period, there are two complete weekends off.

What’s the job?

In this exciting and varied role, you will take the lead in delivering commercial marketing initiatives that add real value to both students’ unions and our supplier partners. Working within the Commercial Development team, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing the activity against brand development programmes across key sectors including retail, catering, and licensed trade. You’ll play a key role in a fast-paced volunteering team, which supports volunteering across the whole of Breast Cancer Now. You’ll be the first point of contact for volunteering enquiries, ensuring they are handled sensitively and efficiently over the phone and email.

You’ll also provide key administrative support to the volunteering team, assisting with survey design, advertising volunteering vacancies, and administration for training and events.

You’ll champion good record keeping and make sure all volunteering data is kept in top shape. You’ll be matching volunteers to opportunities that suit them, as well as using a range of online platforms to help recruit volunteers.

The Director of Income Generation and Engagement will be responsible for diversifying and developing RLSS UK’s income streams, predominately through fundraising. The role will also be accountable for strengthening and developing the RLSS UK brand, increasing visibility, growing engagement levels and income through enhanced presence and public awareness. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement an organisation wide income generation and engagement strategy, which is aligned with organisational goals and aimed at providing long-term and sustainable income sources. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving our fundraising efforts, developing relationships, building and managing cross organisational and corporate partnerships, and expanding our network to support and enhance our programmes. Over the last few months, CPF has been looking into upcoming tender opportunities and recently finished a feasibility study which has provided recommendations on some of the most viable partnership opportunities and expanded service provisions that could play a vital role in moving forward. The Director will be expected to take on some of the current conversations and plans around the three priority areas of the advocacy service, partnerships and creating a warm and welcome space; identifying the most viable way to bring in sustainable funding for these. The Director will be responsible for fundraising and income generation and they will be expected to identify grants and funding opportunities and varied income generation sources for the organisation. They will also develop fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors, identify funding, write bids and explore grant opportunities to ensure the charity has the resources to fulfil its mission.

The Organisation

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats, and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park, and Bushy Park.

The Role

As the Head of Security, you will define and lead our security operations, ensuring our environments are safe, secure, and welcoming for all. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic oversight with operational assurance, working across teams to embed best practice and resilience.

About You

To be considered as the Head of Security, you will need:

• Significant experience of strong partnerships with evidence of building and maintaining effective relationships, negotiation and influencing
• Significant experience of conducting, facilitating and documenting effective risk assessments, with appropriate scoring and risk mitigation
• Good knowledge and awareness of relevant security regulations and standards, and relevant legislation
• Effective networking to maintain high profile links e.g. with police, Councils etc through partnership and stakeholder engagement.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer with an international development charity on a permanent, full-time basis. As Finance Officer you will support the Finance Business Partner and the wider team with the financial oversight of the charity’s programmes. The Job

We are recruiting Finance Business Partners to support research teams and collaborate closely with the central finance team. In this role, you will be part of a research centre, working with budget holders and research leads to provide an effective and efficient financial service. The Person

Experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector is advantageous, as is knowledge of different funders, philanthropic foundations, government departments, international organisations, businesses, and NGOs (grants and donor reporting). Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels are essential.
