Overview
At Operation Smile UK, we work with global colleagues to improve the lives of those living with cleft conditions around the world – by providing surgery and comprehensive care services to patients and strengthening health care systems in the countries where we work. Operation Smile UK’s Partnerships Team works to maximise high-potential income channels such as corporate partnerships, major donors and trusts and foundations. The Partnerships and Philanthropy Officer will play a key role in the team securing critical income from global and national corporate partners and from our network of committed community fundraisers.
We are looking for a candidate who thrives on building relationships – with partners and with colleagues in the UK and around the world. You will be a brilliant communicator, someone who can juggle multiple priorities and inspire people to believe in our story. Ideally, you will have at least a year’s experience in a relationship management role (in a commercial or fundraising setting), and a particular interest in international development. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Fundraising
· Take the lead on managing a portfolio of small and medium corporate partners - taking responsibility for all aspects of these partnerships, including communication, staff activities, events, reporting, income collection and acknowledgements
· Provide support to the Senior P&P Manager in activities relating to OSUK’s global corporate partners through managing employee-led activities across the portfolio.
· To manage and develop new initiatives for employee engagement and community participants
· Support on new business acquisition, specifically in creating new avenues for income generation through existing partnerships.
· Responsible for managing inbound enquiries relating to corporate partnerships
· Lead on producing corporate-related social media and communications content
· Maintain orderly upkeep of all relevant records and databases
Community Fundraising
· Lead on the handling of all inbound community fundraising correspondence, including donations received, merchandise and speaking requests
· Develop a strong understanding of fundraising platforms such as Just Giving and Enthuse, maintaining their upkeep and reconciliation with Operation Smile's financial and reporting systems
Additional Responsibilities
· Expand your understanding of Operation Smile’s programmatic work globally, of cleft lip and palate conditions, health system strengthening and the global surgery sector
· Support other areas of the Partnership Team’s work, including events.

Key responsibilities
Fundraising and income generation
- Work with Impetus CEO and SMT to support the delivery of the Impetus strategy and business plan and deliver the public affairs milestones to time and within budget.
- Champion and contribute to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across all areas of Impetus' work, ensuring that EDI principles related to Impetus’ mission are reflected in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, communications and public positioning.
- Vision setting and strong line management of the Public Affairs team, developing their capabilities, representing the team at SMT and to the Board and ensuring it continues to make a valuable - and valued - contribution to the achievement of Impetus’s objectives, through building and implementing high quality work plans for the team and ensuring the wider Impetus team is aligned on these.
- Increase awareness, understanding and trust in Impetus among key stakeholders, through regular, thoughtful engagement with the sector and securing high profile media coverage.

The Photographers’ Gallery explores how photography is connecting, captivating and radically changing our world today. The Finance Manager will support the Head of Finance and work closely with the Finance Officer to deliver an efficient and robust financial service for The Photographers’ Gallery (TPG) and its trading subsidiary. A pivotal role within a small but impactful team, the Finance Manager will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthen financial processes and controls, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organisation.
A summary of key duties is as below:
- Oversee all day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, reconciliations, purchase and sales ledgers.
- Prepare quarterly management accounts, budgets, and cashflow reports in collaboration with the Head of Finance.

The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking an organised, analytical and proactive Development Research and Operations Manager (DROM) to support the growth in fundraising activity of a busy and ambitious orchestra. The post-holder will deliver high-quality philanthropic research, pipeline and CRM management, the creation of donor briefings for individual, corporate and trust supporters, and horizon scanning for new and future opportunities.
As the department’s research and CRM lead, the DROM will generate prospect research on those suggested by senior volunteers (Board, Development Board etc.) and those identified in our database, Tessitura. They will support fundraisers across giving streams to create engagement and cultivation plans, and act as the pipeline management champion for the team. The DROM will support fundraisers to ensure activity and contacts is logged consistently, working closely with the Head of Development to monitor KPIs, track and record income and maintain accurate donor and donation records.
This position is central to ensuring that frontline fundraisers can focus on income generation, supported by robust operational processes, accurate data, and high-quality research.
This role reports to the Head of Development and will work closely with the Senior Development Manager (Philanthropy) and Director of Development. The work of the Development team is actively supported by the Philharmonia’s Development Board.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Pipeline Development:

Job Description Summary
The Funding and Development Manager plays a key role at DPI, working to ensure that income meets the organisation’s needs, and in support of achieving the strategic objectives through the development and management of fundraising and donor relations.
The Funding and Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing diverse funding streams; writing applications, reporting back and progress letters to meet existing and future funders’ guidelines; monitoring the implementation of projects to ensure funders’ guidelines are met; and liaising with funders and other stakeholders. Fundraising and Grants Administration
- Leads the development and delivery of short, medium and long-term fundraising strategies for DPI

The Choir with No Name London – Choir Manager

About us:
The Choir with No Name runs choirs and builds joyful singing communities with people impacted by homelessness and marginalisation, around the UK. We currently have choirs in Birmingham, Liverpool, London, Brighton, Coventry, Cardiff and Sheffield.
We were founded on the premise that singing makes you feel good - it helps you to build confidence, skills and genuine, long-lasting friendships. Our choir members are people who have experienced homelessness, or who are going through a tough time in their lives. Our choirs are a supportive, safe space for people to be among friends, where they can experience the joy of singing together, have fun, build confidence and skills, and feel more able to tackle life's other challenges, such as securing housing or finding work.
What we do is simple: our choirs meet once a week for a cuppa and a catch up, we then sing our hearts out for an hour and a half and sit down together afterwards for a hot meal cooked by volunteers.
We perform regularly at a whole load of different places, including local homeless hostels, community festivals and world-class venues, such as the Cadogan Hall and Brighton Dome. Gigs are a highlight for everyone at the Choir with No Name, offering members something to work towards together and feel proud of, showcasing their many talents to the world. The thrill of performing in front of appreciative audiences in inspirational venues can instil a sense of purpose and self-worth that may have been lost along the way.
We also deliver community projects for people at risk of homelessness, or who are experiencing related issues (such as mental health challenges, drug and alcohol addiction, refugees and asylum seekers) in each of the cities where we work, motivated by a desire to share the joy of singing with as many people experiencing isolation and marginalisation as possible, and hopefully recruit a few more choir members along the way!
About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative manager for our London choir involving people impacted by homelessness. You’ll be part of a supportive team at CWNN and will work closely with our choir director to deliver fun, inclusive, welcoming rehearsals and gigs throughout the year.
This is an exciting and varied role working with our choir members and volunteers to support the safe running of weekly rehearsals, as well as delivering regular gigs and outreach workshops across London (and beyond!). You will need to be available to attend Monday night rehearsals in Stoke Newington London and have an understanding of working with people who have experienced complex trauma. We are looking for someone with impeccable organisational skills and the ability to multitask, as well the ability to take a creative approach to delivering inclusive group activities. Experience in volunteer and project/event management is desirable, as is a love of music and an understanding of the positive impact of singing together.

The Access to Justice Founation is seeking a manager to lead data systems, quality, and management across our organisation. The successful candidate will:
- Oversee data collection – ensuring we collect the right data, in the right way, as accurately as possible
- Maintain the systems that hold our data (primarily Salesforce)
- Support colleagues to access, use, and present our data.
This role will report into our Operations Team, which has a cross-functional remit and provides support to all other teams at the foundation. We’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively and employ a customer-centric approach to support colleagues and enable their work. Further, the Foundation is in an exciting period of growth, and we’re currently making a major investment in our Salesforce instance while also developing our team’s data capabilities. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic to jump into this role. You will help nurture and support a critical piece of our organisational infrastructure and our team’s capacity. With support from the senior management team, you will be at the heart of our efforts to successfully manage all our data and related systems.

About Barnet African Caribbean Association
Barnet African Caribbean Association is a small but long-standing registered charity dedicated to supporting older. Many of our members live with long-term health conditions such as the effects of stroke or dementia.
We run a weekly day centre on Tuesdays, where we bring people together to enjoy a hot meal, social activities and companionship. From exercise classes, arts and crafts, quizzes and games, to health visitor sessions, our programme is designed to promote wellbeing, reduce isolation and celebrate culture. We also provide advice, information and outreach support beyond the day centre.

About you
Do you want to use your skills to make it possible for people with myeloma, an incurable blood cancer, to live longer and better lives?
Myeloma UK is looking for a motivated and highly proactive Senior Policy Officer to join our Patient Advocacy team within the wider Research and Advocacy directorate.
You will have experience in analysing, developing, and communicating complex policy issues, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise a fast-moving and wide-ranging workload.
You will also have experience working collaboratively and building relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will have the ability to present findings and recommendations to a range of audiences and produce high-quality succinct briefings in a timely fashion, underpinned by evidence.
Empathy and sensitivity are required to work closely with patients and their families and friends.
Experience in the health charity sector, public/patient engagement work, and working on the National Institute of Health Care Excellence (NICE) and Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) consultation processes would be beneficial but not essential.
About the role
As Senior Policy Officer you will be part of the Patient Advocacy team who work to ensure that the patient voice is heard and acted upon by UK and devolved nations healthcare policy decision makers. You will represent the charity externally including national meetings with senior healthcare decision makers.
Your role is vital to developing strategic approaches to health technology appraisals (HTA), regulatory pathways (MHRA), clinical development programmes (academic and industry clinical trials) and commissioning routes to broaden access to new myeloma drug therapies and diagnostic technologies.
You will apply your skills flexibly across key policy areas including access to treatment, patient voice, stakeholder engagement and general healthcare policy and work with colleagues in communications and fundraising to make sure our supporters and the wider myeloma community understand the positive impact we make.
