CHIRP is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to support the maritime and aviation programme teams with administrative and technical functions. The role combines general administrative duties with data collection, analysis and presentation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting CHIRP’s work to enhance aviation and maritime safety through effective reporting, analysis, and dissemination of key safety insights. Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the programme teams. This includes:

Delivery of Spear Programme

CSAN is the official agency of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference, tackling the root causes of poverty and injustice affecting people in England and Wales. About the Role
As the IPS Grow Head of Programmes, you will lead the operational delivery of this nationally significant initiative. Your leadership will ensure fidelity to the IPS model, support continuous quality improvement, and drive collaborative relationships with stakeholders across health, employment, and social care systems.
You will play a key role in integrating delivery, workforce, and data workstreams to ensure a joined-up approach to service transformation. Working closely with NHS England, DHSC, OHID, and local authorities, you’ll help shape best practice and create systemic change.

- Lead contract performance and delivery across all IPS Grow services

About You
You will bring significant IPS expertise and the ability to lead complex programmes at scale. You will have strong operational and stakeholder leadership experience, ideally working across health, employment or social care.

- Excellent relationship-building and senior stakeholder engagement experience

It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).

You’ll lead the expansion of our Young Ambassador Programme — a digital e-learning initiative designed to empower students to become informed, confident blood donation ambassadors.

Programme Development and Delivery

● Helping facilitate youth-led events, workshops, and campaigns focused on food system change

● Seeking out meaningful opportunities for young people to engage with and influence decision-makers in Scotland

● Actively seeking out opportunities to champion Scottish policy developments in health, education, and food systems
● Working closely with other organisations via established coalitions and more informal coordination around key issues, working collaboratively with values-aligned organisations to achieve our goals
● Developing briefings, consultation responses, and policy proposals, ensuring they are evidence-based and amplify youth perspectives

Respect is a pioneering UK membership organisation in the domestic abuse sector. Founded in 2000, we have built our expertise over the last 25 years in what was then a fledgling sector. We have seen rapid growth over the last few years and now have 60+ staff running a range of projects and core activities and have ambitious plans for further growth and influence.
We work with our members, partners, and allies to stop the harms done by those who perpetrate domestic abuse. With innovative practice, robust research, and quality data, we build evidence of what works, promote safe, effective practice and drive high standards. We use our voice, in collaboration with others, to call for a response to domestic abuse that matches the scale of the problem.

This is a pivotal new role which sits firmly on the Executive Leadership Team and oversees the strategic direction, financial accountability, and best practice of our portfolio of projects and programmes.
