About the Role
As a critical member of the strategic leadership team (SLT) for Emmaus UK, the Director of Partnerships and Federation Development will take lead responsibility for ensuring the provision of high-quality support, advice, capacity building and grant-making for federation members in the UK.
The postholder will play a key role in the development of national strategic partnerships and will collaborate with federation members to ensure that federation strategic priorities are delivered and that our colleagues across the federation are able to do their very best work supporting people to overcome homelessness and poverty.
The role will also ensure effective programme and project management of directorate projects and work to embed cross-directorate working and co-operation.

Job Summary
The Haringey Community Collaborative Manager is responsible for leading the development of the VCS Capacity Building strategy and the effective co-ordination of the Community Collaborative team which includes a Communications and Engagement Officer, a Workplace Development Manager, and a Capacity Building Manager.

Reporting to the Project Finance Manager, this role will run efficient programme financial accounting, financial management and financial reporting processes for donor funded programmes and grants. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organised Engagement and Communications Officer to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for building a fairer legal system through impactful events, engaging member outreach, and powerful communications. Working alongside the Director of Development and the Head of Communications, this role will work across teams to maintain and strengthen engagement through events, communications and corporate outreach. You will play an integral role in communicating our work as widely as possible and improving and increasing engagement with our supporters, including our members, donors and corporate partners.
The Engagement and Communications Officer will work to maximise income and support for JUSTICE through events (approximately 45% of the role), communications (approximately 30% of the role) and membership (approximately 25% of the role). They will report to the Director of Development and Head of Communications.

The JUSTICE team currently work in a hybrid manner. Staff members have access to office space in London, however, attendance is currently optional. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead a large staff team across London to achieve and exceed programme performance targets and operational standards.
· Oversee core services including IPS in Primary Care, IPS in SMI and Employment Advisors in Talking Therapies, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
· Line management of currently 4 Service Leads.
· Champion a person-centered, outcomes-focused culture of excellence and innovation.
· Ensure services meet quality assurance standards including high IPS fidelity.
· Monitor and evaluate team/individual performance, taking action to address issues.
· Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with commissioners, health providers, employers.

· Lead the collaboration with marketing and communication teams to integrate fundraising with brand, marketing and digital activity and optimise impact.
· Establish digital fundraising resource, skills and activity within the programme, collaborating closely with the central digital team and leading relationships with external agencies
· Work with the Supporter Experience, Data and Insight team to maximise the effectiveness of supporter journeys across fundraising.
· Play an active part on the Fundraising Senior Leadership Team including developing fundraising strategy and plans.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Press and Campaigns Officer to raise the profile of Carers First, building our brand awareness and engagement levels to reach new carers. The successful candidate will also help to raise awareness of the issues affecting carers and be responsible for our press and media activity, helping us to secure national and local coverage.
You will work to increase the charity’s local presence improving visibility and helping to increase engagement with Carers First across all the areas in which we work, supporting with the development and delivery of our campaigns and projects.
To be successful you will require 1-2 years of experience in a public relations or communications position, ideally within the charity or public sectors, excellent IT skills including ability to use Microsoft Office suite, along with superb organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and show attention to detail.
