Working as part of the FP&A - Retail team, this role is focussed around producing and delivering timely and accurate financial budgeting and analysis for the retail division which consists of ~270 charity shops across England and Wales with an annual turnover of ~£40m.
The purpose of the Retail Finance Business Partner role is to support the organisation in the delivery of strong performance and achievement of its financial objectives, through provision of insightful analysis and reporting, business intelligence and assessment of financial performance and risk.

Must haves:
* Professional accounting qualification - CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in a Business Partnering role with responsibility for the production of management information.
* Evidence of building successful working relationships externally and internally and at all levels of an organisation.
* Experience of working with staff at all levels of an organisation and with both financial and non-financial staff.
* Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Experience of working in a dynamic and commercially oriented organisation. Charity sector experience is not essential.

* Ability to assimilate and analyse financial data, interpreting it to support business decision making.

In this role, you will provide the vision and the steer to the team in providing high quality and impactful WASH systems advisory support, guide the development and refreshment of the organisational framing, guidance and standards materials. For a global NGO, we're recruiting a Project Finance Officer. Reporting to the Project Finance Manager, this role will run efficient programme financial accounting, financial management and financial reporting processes for donor funded programmes and grants. This role will support the full life cycle of grants, from donor proposal to final reporting and will work closely with Finance and Programme teams as well as in-country staff, partner agencies and external Donors.
What you'll be doing:
- Financial planning, and financial management for grant funded programmes
- Monitoring budgets, cash-flow, and donor compliance reporting
- Maintaining the grant tracker, cost recovery process and cash balance management
- Preparing monthly performance dashboard reports and quarterly cash balance reports for grant programmes
- Working with in-country teams to ensure effective grants management and compliance i.e., ensuring all grants are recorded and monitored, and that grant codes are correctly set up

The Project Coordinator has to assist in providing project coordination for the full life cycle of any assignment offered to our clients; from the proposal process, contract management with the client, assignment planning, through to assisting with the report writing, and ultimately billing the client.
Contract Responsibilities
·Assist with proposal and tender submission, including preparing project budgets and schedules, liaising with prospective staff and ensuring all proposals are submitted within the respective deadlines
·Ensure that contracts are as per the issued proposals, that all terms agreed are in the organisations’ best interests and support the Managers/Partners in any contract administration required
·Plan the fieldwork of the project, including agreeing dates with the beneficiary, liaising with internal and external staff to ensure they can perform the required service on the agreed dates and that all parties have the necessary information to ensure the project fieldwork runs smoothly
