Gulab Sorkh Foundation (GSF) is an independent charity supporting former members of the Afghan security forces and their families, who have come to the UK under the Government’s Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (ARAP). Our mission is to help these individuals rebuild their lives, access support, and integrate fully into British society.
We have recently been awarded new funding under the Communities for Afghans (CfA) Phase 2 programme. This funding allows us to expand our work supporting Afghan families through Sponsor Groups, which is why we are growing our team to ensure we can provide high-quality support to all participants.
About the Role
You will be the driving force behind the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of Sponsor Groups. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the purchase ledger, including coding invoices, maintaining records for capital projects,and running payments
- Reconcile bank accounts, control accounts, and digital payment systems to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit Gift Aid claims and grant applications.
- Process payroll information prior to submission to payroll bureau and ensure timely payment to staff.

Job Specification

Working Hours

About the Role
The Engagement Officer is responsible for identifying and maintaining meaningful relationships with global stakeholders, including governmental, non-governmental and educational institutions. The Senior People & Culture Associate for Contracts provides administrative support across a variety of functions supporting the recruitment, hiring and consultant lifecycle of Internews Europe (UK) and Internews International (France) Personal Services Contractors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, with other duties upon request:
· Draft personal services contracts and modifications for both Internews Europe and Internews International

Job Purpose
We are looking for a talented, dynamic, and professional Engagement Manager to join our team in Dumfries and Galloway, working specifically in the West of the region. About the role
Reporting in to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the Finance Manager will proactively develop and manage key business and finance systems and processes within the MCC Hub that effectively supports the Multi Country Cluster (MCC) business model.
Some of the main areas of responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:
- Ensure that procedures are followed, and standards are met from MCC programme teams and that there is consistency across the MCC Hub in terms of operations and business and financial controls, checks and balances meeting organisational values and goals.
