In this fixed-term role, you will support the Direct Marketing Manager - Loyalty to manage the donor loyalty programme. You will develop and manage existing and new supporter communication programmes growing loyalty in our supporter base. The aim is to maximise the value of our long-term relationships with individual supporters.
This role is a varied one, with superb development opportunities. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for the print-based communications we send to our supporters but also email production with the view of developing the loyalty digital journey. Furthermore, you'll contribute to the development of our legacy and in memory activities, and high value offer. You'll also have the opportunity to support the supporter acquisition team on projects to gain new donors. Consequently, the role gives you the opportunity to grow your experience in supporter acquisition, as well as loyalty. OVERALL, PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Night and Weekend Manager role is to ensure the effective management and operation of MPMT’s housing projects in Southeast London, focusing on promoting the safety, well-being, and personal development of children and young female residents. This includes providing strong leadership to a team of night and weekend support workers, ensuring high service delivery standards, and fostering collaborative relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders. The role is instrumental in delivering emotional and practical support to residents, overseeing efficient project operations, and enforcing organisational policies to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that empowers residents to thrive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and good practices.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are fully implemented, organise regular fire drills, and ensure all emergency procedures are understood.

Resident Support

• Provide emotional and practical support to residents in distress, fostering development and independence.
• Coordinate the organisation of workshops and events, integrating resident suggestions and feedback.
• Maintain contact with residents absent for extended periods without notice and facilitate welcome visits while adhering to GDPR and safeguarding rules.
Service Delivery
• Oversee the quality of support and housing services at TR and ER, maintaining rental accounts, minimising arrears, and managing terms of Licence Agreements.
• Manage complex issues or tenancy breaches.
• Lead control of voids and rent arrears and ensure new residents are effectively inducted.
• Conduct risk assessments for building and fire safety, supervise repairs, and manage reception duties.
• Ensure the completion of necessary training for all team members, including de-escalation, and handle sensitive situations professionally.
Partnership Development
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with local authorities, housing providers, and contractors to support service delivery.
• Develop new partnerships as required, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Administrative Duties
• Assist with monitoring staff rota, cover arrangements, and update internal MIS systems like INFORM.
• Handle basic rent account management tasks and assist building management at TR and ER when required.
• Ensure management decisions are executed effectively, participating in policy reviews and suggesting improvements.

ROLE PURPOSE
You will be part of a team helping to transform lives by enabling young people to manage their licenses and move towards greater independence within the community. This role requires knowledge of supporting individuals with complex needs using trauma-informed approaches and working in a Psychologically Informed Environment. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About the Role

About the Role
The main responsibilities for this role are to maintain and improve Salesforce for the delivery and monitoring of activities, including delivery of the programme, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management.
The system is optimised to serve the specific needs of the organisation and is intensively used by frontline staff and management on a daily basis. The organisation has an ongoing service agreement with ImpactBox, a Salesforce development company, for more significant development work. The platform is also integrated with Moodle, to allow management and monitoring of online learning for students.
You will have full oversight of the system and will support the team to make ongoing changes to functionality to achieve its goals. This would involve both independently updating the system (making reports, adding/changing fields, creating custom objects, creating and maintaining flows, user management etc.) and/or forwarding requirements to ImpactBox or your line manager if the development requirements are more significant. You will manage and assign user requests to the correct resource, being the first point of contact for all requests, and working cooperatively with staff members to ensure that needs are met.
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills and experience of:

Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. This team is highly collaborative, fast paced, extremely busy and is looking for Executive Assistance to become even more effective for colleagues and those we serve.
As a trusted partner to our CEO, Executive Team, and Trustees, this role ensures our leadership operates with clarity, focus, and momentum. From managing complex schedules to coordinating key projects and communications, you will create the space and structure that allows our leaders to lead —helping Stewardship remain agile, effective, and deeply aligned to its Christian mission.
This role isn’t just about worldly administration — it’s about the spiritual gift of administration and the stewardship of time, priorities, and relationships at the highest level of the organisation.
As a result of our Christian ethos, this post is covered by an Occupational Requirement (OR) under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010. The successful applicant will be expected to be a practising Christian and to clearly demonstrate a personal commitment to the mission, principles, values and practices contained in our Ethos Statement, by:
· Active membership of local church congregation.
An understanding of the faith aspects of the work of Christian charities, including the preparedness to pray with colleagues, where appropriate.
