About the Development Operations & Stewardship Manager role:

This job sits within the Museum’s Development Team, supporting a team of fundraisers to build philanthropic relationships, corporate partnerships and run National Museums Scotland’s Membership programme. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Development and be a senior member of the Development team. The post holder will bring experience and knowledge of best practice across the full Development Operations function, including CRM and supporter insight, prospect research, and financial reconciliation and reporting. They will be excited by the opportunity to embed new ways of working within the Development team and to contribute to National Museums Scotland mission.

As Development Operations & Stewardship Manager at National Museums Scotland you will:

• Ensure that the CRM system(s) support fundraising objectives, processes and reporting requirements, maximising opportunities for actionable insights that enable fundraising growth
• Analyse and use supporter data to advise the department on strategic decisions, as well as preparing financial reports and forecasts
• Devise and lead a strategic prospect research plan, aligned with strategic funding priorities
• Oversee the accurate and timely reconciliation, recording and tracking of pledges and gifts across multiple income streams and three organisations
• Develop, implement and manage the supporter Stewardship framework, ensuring aligned donor and supporter retention activity across all income streams

Skills and experience we’re looking for in our Development Operations & Stewardship Manager:

• Senior fundraising operations role in the culture, higher education or third sector
• Significant experience of working with Tessitura, Raiser’s Edge or similar fundraising CRM(s)

About ShowerBox

ShowerBox provides free mobile shower services for people experiencing homelessness and hygiene poverty – offering dignity, care, and a safe space for anyone who needs it. Our Central London project is our busiest – over 200 guests visit each Saturday and around 60 guests have showers. We couldn’t do it without our amazing team of 20+ volunteers each week. 

Role Summary

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Service Delivery Shift Leader to coordinate and oversee the smooth running of our Central London project based in Tottenham Court Road WC2H.  You’ll be responsible for taking the lead on setting up the Saturday service, managing the volunteer team, and ensuring a respectful, welcoming experience for all our guests.

• Lead the setup and close-down of the shower service

• Coordinate and support volunteers on the day

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.

In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.

You will:

· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.

· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.

· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.

· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.

· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.

The role requires:                             

· A strong commitment to supporting ADHD/Autistic adults to improve quality of life and self-advocacy.

Front of house support and referrals process

The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.

SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.

CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication. 

Other Responsibilities  - Wider support

The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.

· Represent CAAS by attending relevant meetings to ensure active links with local authority and voluntary sector partners.

· Stay informed about national and local developments related to ADHD/autistic adults, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and influence the development of appropriate services and support.

The Trainee Assistant Accountant will support the Finance Director in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, and producing financial reports. This role includes a fully funded training pathway toward an AAT qualification, incorporating structured day-release study.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Support the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of organisational budgets.
• Assist in preparing and distributing regular financial reports to internal team members and the board of directors.
• Provide administrative and practical support for the month-end and year-end accounting processes.

About the Role

The Child Participation and External Engagement Advisor is responsible for shaping child and youth engagement at World Vision UK, including leading the Youth Advocacy Network and ensuring young people’s views and voices are at the heart of everything WVUK does internally and in external engagement. Child participation comprises 60% of the role, with the remaining 40% playing an important role in maintaining and expanding WVUK’s reputation with peers and the UK government through external engagement in one or more key priority areas.

About You

This role IS for you if you have…

· Knowledge of children and young people’s participation principles and best practice, including safeguarding standards.

Stepping Stones is a small, local charity based in Southwark, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live more connected, creative and fulfilling lives. Each week, we run a range of inclusive activities, including music, dance, art, gardening, drama and digital skills. Our sessions offer a fun, safe, welcoming environment where adults with learning disabilities can build friendships, grow in confidence, explore their creativity and feel a true sense of belonging. Many of our learners face social isolation, anxiety, or barriers to taking part in mainstream services. Stepping Stones provides a vital bridge of a consistent community space where people are encouraged, included, and celebrated. 

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join us as our new Activities and Volunteer Coordinator. This is a hands-on, people-focused role. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our weekly sessions running smoothly, supporting facilitators, welcoming learners, managing session admin and planning community events like our summer show and Christmas party. You’ll also take the lead on developing our volunteer programme by recruiting, inducting and supporting the amazing people who give their time to help make Stepping Stones such a special place.

You’ll be supported by our Charity Manager and work closely with a small, passionate team who care deeply about inclusion, wellbeing and creativity.
