Job description

Department: Fundraising and Communications

Location: Central London (Home based for now)

Brooke over the next six months will work to implement a key operational and data transformation in the way in which it securely and compliantly receives, validates and imports our supporters’ personal financial and non-financial data into the charity’s supporter database (CARE NG); whilst ensuring the business processes which consume that supporter data continue to function effectively for business as usual.

This transformation will entail the migration of the charity’s third party suppliers (fufillment, thanking and banking) from the current (as-is) inhouse, bespoke, directly keyed system (BODS), to a future (to-be) where suppliers’ import files, of supporters’ personal financial and non-financial details, will be securely provided to Brooke; for the charity to then validate and import into its supporter database (CARE NG).

The project will also include ensuring that the charity’s business as usual processes, which consume this imported supporter data, will continue to function and, where necessary, change/update/create new business processes for improved efficiency and productivity.

The role will report to the CRM Programme Lead, liaise with senior stakeholders and manage a matrix project team comprised of colleagues within the CRM (project manager, data and business analysts), Information Services and Fundraising and Communications teams.

This is a vital role for Brooke and its CRM programme with the opportunity to work with a dedicated and friendly team. If you are an experienced project manager with a successful track record in change and transformation, working with third party suppliers of high volume transactions into CRM systems, software development and upgrades, we want you to apply.

You will be a Prince 2/PMP certified, self-starter, project manager with experience of the successful project management and delivery of change/transformation, working with third party suppliers of high volume transactions, software development and upgrades, allied with excellent stakeholder, communication and collaboration skills.

Experience of working within a medium to large charity is also desirable.
