Job description

Are you a project manager with experience of Digital product implementation, looking to share your knowledge and experience with the charity sector?

The NSPCC's mission is to prevent cruelty to children in the UK. We’re leading the fight against child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We believe that every childhood is worth fighting for.

We have ambitious volunteer targets to support us in the delivery our strategy for children, and have set up the Volunteer Engagement Programme (VEP) to ensure we can attract, recruit, engage, develop and retain our critical volunteer workforce. It includes five organisational priority workstreams:

  • Volunteer communications
  • A review of community fundraising
  • Volunteer learning and development
  • Volunteer recognition
  • Digital; creating a streamlined and appropriate digital journey for volunteers

We're looking for a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the digital workstream and hit the ground running with the implementation of our new digital volunteering product through to completion.

You will need to be able to manage multiple, and often complex, interdependencies within this project. You will drive the day to day delivery and ensure we build an excellent digital experience for our volunteers.
