The Information Management Specialist will focus on the classification of organisational data, ensuring appropriate confidentiality levels, and implementing robust data loss prevention strategies.The role includes analysing and optimising current SharePoint libraries and leading the development and implementation of an intranet to enhance collaboration and information sharing across the organisation.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in data classification, data loss prevention, or information security. Expertise in SharePoint administration and optimisation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Information Classification and Data Confidentiality:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive information classification framework to categorise data based on sensitivity, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and classify sensitive data, ensuring appropriate security controls and access levels are applied.

Intranet Development and Implementation:
• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of an organisational intranet to enhance internal communication, collaboration, and information sharing.
• Define and document the intranet’s structure, features, and functionality, including user roles, content management, and search capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure the intranet meets user needs and supports organisational goals.
Data Security and Compliance:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead FareShare's digital marketing function, and will deliver ambitious, insight-driven initiatives that drive engagement, grow audiences and maximise impact.
You will be responsible for setting the direction for all digital campaigns including across paid media, organic content, email journeys, SEO, and analytics. You will manage a small team of two and work closely with colleagues from across the organisation.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Digital strategy and performance, including the development and implementation of integrated campaigns across social, search, email and web; and of setting and monitoring KPIs for engagement, traffic and conversion as well as tracking channel and campaign performance
- Social media and content, including management of all organic and paid social activity. The Account and Support Manager will be responsible for working with the Upshot team to deliver high quality customer service to all clients. They will manage the implementation of the Upshot system for new clients, deal with customer support queries and manage contract renewals for existing clients. We are recruiting for a Senior Participant Experience Manager to join on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE) as part of a job share. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2026.

We are seeking an experienced and talented ‘Marketing and Communications Planning Partner’ to lead the co-ordination of our marcomms planning process.
The position sits across both our strategic communications and marketing functions in the Digital Technology & Communications directorate and has a responsibility for ensuring that there are plans in place to effectively prioritise our marketing and communications year-round. Their role is to develop audience-focussed, channel-agnostic marcomms plans, which are rooted in our corporate strategy and build from the principles of our brand, ensuring that we are engaging audiences for impactful outcomes.
