Purpose of the role 

To shape and deliver a balanced, strategic and proactive programme of trusts and foundations fundraising, achieving immediate targets whilst cultivating and developing partnerships for the future.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Development and Alumni Relations team to help guide and deliver ourregular giving and stewardship programmes. The ideal candidate will have experience of running successful major fundraising appeals to large audiences. As the Senior Legacy Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping shape and deliver the legacy and in-memory giving fundraising programme that will maximise the lifetime value of supporters. This role will be responsible for managing a small team and overseeing budget of £600k and an income target of £240k. With a varied legacy marketing programme, this role will focus on both the acquisition and retention of legacy supporters and work across a range of channels including direct mail, telemarketing, DRTV, digital, events, and Free Will products.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within legacy marketing and have a strong understanding of direct marketing across a range of audiences. They will be confident in planning, delivering, and evaluating legacy marketing campaigns, and be able to make strategic decisions based on audience insights. Ideally, this person will have previous line management experience and have managed project budgets and expenditures.

Workplace Justice is a new company limited by guarantee that has been created to take forward the annual New Organising Conference. In September 2025 60 people will deliver 40 different sessions to an audience of 135 people.

This role, which will be largely remote, with regular online supervision and periodic meet-ups, offers the opportunity to support an important social justice initiative which has received hugely positive feedback from participants. Background

Workplace Justice is the organisational home of the annual New Organising Conference, now in its third year, with support from the Network for Social Change The New Organising Conference, held over a weekend, is unique in bringing together a diverse group of participants - trade unions established and new, community organisers, not for profits, academics, lawyers and journalists, with a shared interest in worker rights and community organising. Participants learn, get inspiration and form new collaborations. In September 2025, 60 people delivered 44 different sessions to an audience of 130 people. Overview of the role

This role is largely remote, with weekly online supervision and monthly meet-ups with the Coordinator, and twice yearly Board meetups. It offers the opportunity to support an important social justice initiative which has received hugely positive feedback from participants. • Drive the strategic development of Christian Aid’s digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s values and overarching goals.
• Develop and implement a robust search engine optimisation (SEO) and link-building strategy to improve website health, attract relevant traffic, and support user acquisition targets.
• Deliver key digital projects focused on enhancing campaign effectiveness and maximising income and impact, including:
  • Technical SEO
  • Site audits
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Competitor and backlink analysis
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Content Editor to implement the digital content strategy across Christian Aid’s digital channels—including social media—to maximise reach, engagement, and income.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to execute the digital ecosystem content roadmap, ensuring all content is user-focused and impact-driven.
• Define and brief content requirements that support SEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) efforts, enabling data-informed and impactful decisions.
• Lead the organisation’s tag management strategy and implementation, including:
  • Tag structure and tools
  • Server-side tagging
  • Integration with the customer data platform (CDP)
  • Ensuring all tracking functionality is accurate and effective

About you:

• Completed training in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), user experience (UX), search engine optimisation (SEO), and other key digital disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams across content management and social media.
• Advanced expertise in technical SEO, including:
  • On-page and off-page optimisation
  • Technical SEO best practices
  • Successful implementation of link-building strategies
• Highly proficient in digital analytics and performance tools, including:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • SEMrush (or equivalent platforms)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Hotjar and ContentSquare
  • Power BI and Looker Studio
• Experienced in managing external suppliers and partners across digital platforms and tools.
• Skilled in content management systems (CMS), particularly Drupal, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong ability to produce clear, insight-driven digital performance reports using data from:

  • META platforms

SLRA is a well-established local migrant support organisation working with and for refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants who are at risk or in crisis because of immigration issues. We provide specialist immigration advice as well as a broad range of practical, social and therapeutic support services. Our specialist Youth Service provides holistic, one to one casework and a programme of activities and trips. We are looking for a Head of Youth Services (maternity cover), who will work with other team members to support the effectiveness of operational activities, leading the youth services elements within the organisation. The postholder will be responsible for promoting the wellbeing, learning and development of youth service staff and volunteers and will lead on safeguarding the young people we work with, along with working closely with the Youth Casework Manager and CEO to manage established partnership projects.

Our client is one of the largest women's hostels in the UK for vulnerable women affected by homelessness. They offer support to women with a range of complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health issues and domestic violence, and provide these support services in a warm, welcoming and secure environment. They are now recruiting for a strong and supportive manager to help lead their Support Services. This role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract.

As Support Services Manager, you will line manage a team of frontline staff and will oversee the Support and Night services, consisting of 30 bed spaces for women with high support complex needs; the service aims to offer holistic support to these women, working alongside a range of partner organisations to facilitate a step-down move-on for women into semi-independent living. You will work to create and maintain key partnerships, continually ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered to all service users of the Project.

To be considered for this position, you must have significant housing management experience, as well as extensive knowledge and appreciation of the challenges faced by homeless women. You must have demonstrable experience of leading frontline staff, as well as significant safeguarding experience. You will also have proven working experience of contract monitoring and of setting and influencing strategy. Ultimately you will be enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated to leading a team to deliver the best quality of support to vulnerable homeless women.
