At Single Homeless Project (SHP), we believe in the power of learning to transform not only careers, but lives. As part of our blended learning approach, e-learning plays a key role in developing and empowering our staff to deliver the best possible support to people experiencing homelessness across London. About you:

About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Programme Manager with extensive experience of new business development within the non-profit sector, strong knowledge of project management tools, a belief in collaborative working, and a positive and big-picture outlook. They will play a key role in the alignment and delivery of a portfolio of strategic projects relating to our cross-cutting programme of work to strengthen postgraduate education of health workers in our partner countries.

Purpose of Role
The Senior New Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in helping Comic Relief achieve its mission of a Just World Free from Poverty by securing transformational partnerships with trusts, foundations, and institutional funders (TFI). These high-value, long-term collaborations enable Comic Relief to scale its impact, reach new communities, and invest in sustainable, social change across the UK and globally.
Working closely with the Head of New Partnerships & Philanthropy, the postholder is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a strategy to secure and manage six- and seven-figure partnerships that generate significant restricted and unrestricted income. About the role
We’re looking for a Programme Lead to drive forward a bold, nationally significant initiative designed to support educators in responding to one of the most complex and urgent challenges facing young people today.
This project will help schools engage with issues that affect how students form beliefs, navigate digital spaces, and make sense of the world. You’ll make sure the right things happen at the right time, driving both the strategy and the detail that bring this ambitious programme to life. You’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders, shape and manage delivery timelines, and maintain project fidelity.
You will work alongside the Director of Teacher Development, as well as other colleagues from our ITE, ECF and NPQ Faculties, as well as the Research and Best Practice team. You will also work closely with diverse external stakeholders including schoolteachers and leaders and young people.

The Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all charitable income and expenditure, financial forecasting, producing management accounts, annual financial accounts, and maintaining effective control systems. The post holder will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects such as developing our financial practice and policies, grant reconciliation and forecasting.
The successful candidate will have charity accounting experience and at least qualified by experience in charity accounting.
