The Individual Giving & Acquisitions Lead is a new role in their Marketing & Communications team. The postholder will play a key role in developing and delivering the Individual Giving Programme to drive income growth, engage new audiences and retain existing supporters. Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver personalised and tailored content to increase engagement with existing and new supporters.
· Enhance supporter journeys by using data insights to develop segmentation and improve targeting for IG activities.
· To effectively manage the end-to-end creative process from inception to execution of direct marketing campaigns.
· Working with the database manager, report on post-campaign data analysis to evaluate effectiveness and understand ROI.
· Working with the Head of Marketing & Communications to deliver an excellent supporter experience across all communications and fundraising activity, working with colleagues to ensure consistency with other fundraising programmes.
· Brief, monitor and manage internal stakeholders’ relationships for Individual Giving campaigns and projects, maximising opportunities to cross sell across all audiences.
Person Specification:
· Proven track record of DM campaign management experience.
· Proficient experience of working with data selections, segmentation and campaign analysis.
· Significant experience in managing the end-to-end creative process and proven success in donor acquisition and retentions.
· Experience in designing and delivering supporter journeys for a variety of audiences.
· Experience of delivering excellent results within agreed budgets and on schedule.

The Royal Marsden offers hybrid working, with a requirement of 2 days per week based at their Chelsea or Sutton site, with occasional working from Chelsea or Sutton site. Salary for this role is between £40-44k per year.
The Marketing Campaign Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery, and measurement of defined marketing campaigns, seeking efficiencies and development opportunities for growth. MLC Partners are looking for an experienced Finance Manager for an initial 3-month interim position. This position commences immediately, and ideally is looking for experience within the Charity sector.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the completion of all month end processes and the timely delivery of the monthly management accounts.
- To manage our core finance, purchasing and payroll systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data.
- To support the Finance & IT Systems Consultant with the transformation of their finance and accountancy systems, and payroll system.
- Support the finance director with the production of the annual financial statements, project managing the team to facilitate a smooth audit delivery across the main organisation as well as subsidiary accounts.
Key requirements:
- Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA, including relevant post qualification experience.
- Experience within the Charity sector.
- High levels of accuracy and ability to problem solve.
- The ability to work proactively and reactively and manage own workload.
- Advanced Excel skills and a good knowledge of Finance and IT systems.
- Paid inside ir35.

An organisation rich in history, the charity has been at the forefront of supporting older people’s lives for more than 300 years. They have more than 250 older peoples in alms house accommodation in Blackheath and Beckenham and have a small 28-bed care home on their Blackheath site. Morden College are committed to providing services that support their residents to live independent and healthy lives.
The organisation is embarking on a finance process review, in order to improve their ways of working. With plans in place to upgrade their finance and CRM systems the role would suit a change-focussed individual.
Reporting into the Finance Director, the role is a key member of the team with responsibility of three staff, and the involvement in the strategic vision of the finance team. With their main base in Blackheath, the role is hybrid and strives to offer as much flexibility as possible, including a wide-ranging benefits package.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Ensure the completion of all month end processes and the timely delivery of the monthly management accounts.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to provide a responsive and compliant finance management operation.
- Support the improvement of processes and systems, ensuring robust policies are in place so the organisation can be fully digitised.
- Lead and manage a team of four, quality assuring their work, and guiding their careers and ensuring their continued development and nurturing great team culture.
- Support the Finance Director with the production of the annual financial statements, project managing the team to facilitate a smooth audit delivery across the main organisation as well as subsidiary accounts.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a fully qualified accountant, likely with experience from within the not-for-profit sector.
- Have experience driving change and improving processes and broader cultural change in a finance team.
- Be able to flex up and down from a hands-on perspective to also offer strategic insight to the Finance Director.
- Have significant experience working in a finance function with the knowledge of ‘what good looks like’.
