Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London.  All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental or physical health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.

We are recruiting employment support workers for a new primary care Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment service in the London Borough of Enfield.

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental and physical health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental and physical health challenges, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, persuading them to use our service, working with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.

No prior experience in IPS is required. The role we are recruiting for is as follows: 

Full time: 35 hours per week - these roles will be based onsite in the community 4 days per week and work from home 1 day.

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental or physical health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment. We’re looking for a part-time, fixed-term professional to lead a high-impact digital project from discovery to launch. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. The project, the CPD Diary, is an essential tool for our members, and your leadership will be key to ensuring it meets their needs and expectations.

We are seeking a Project Manager with a recognised project management qualification and a strong background in delivering digital or software projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills, along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, and an understanding of agile, iterative, and waterfall methodologies is essential.

MHFA England are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage organisational projects that form part of our planning and change portfolio, ranging from updating our product and services roadmap to supporting longer-term change programmes.

The postholder will provide the senior leadership team with evidence and recommendations to drive the key business decisions for change initiatives and project prioritisation, helping to shape the organisation’s thinking and direction.

South East London Mind’s award-winning Mindful Mums programme aims to build resilience and prevent pregnant and new mums from developing mental health problems during the perinatal period (pregnancy up to 1 year). The service has supported over 4,000 parents within the last eight years.

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to act as our Single Point of Access for professionals, service users and volunteers. The role is responsible for managing all referrals, providing holistic and person-centred support to vulnerable women experiencing mental health challenges. The role will provide high quality and supportive line management of staff, and will oversee the recruitment life cycle of volunteers to the Mindful Mums project, including interviews, onboarding, training and supervision.

You will be highly organised with experience of staff and data management in a target-driven environment. Working independently but collaboratively, you will take a solution-focused approach to improve processes and will be able to utilise databases to produce and analyse reports. You will also be a confident facilitator, as some group and training delivery will be expected.

This role would ideally suit a parent who has successfully managed their own perinatal mental health problems and those with good understanding of promoting positive perinatal mental wellbeing.

Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.
