About the role

With over 80 staff members using Salesforce daily, this role is pivotal in providing expert technical support to CRM users and the wider charity.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform.

You will play a key role in optimising our CRM to support our advice service, programme delivery, training offering and executive stakeholders. Reporting to the Database Manager and working alongside the Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate with staff across the organisation to ensure Salesforce meets the charity’s mission and evolving operations.

You may want to work remotely or spend 1-2 days in our London office to spend time with colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions and security settings.

Role Overview: Fundraising and Operations Director

The successful candidate will lead RLS’s income generation through our next phase of development. You’ll oversee our relationships with key funders, individual giving, our approach to major donors and our communications. You’ll work closely with the Management Team and trustees to set and implement fundraising strategy and highlight and manage risk.

As a member of the Management Team, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the organisation, with involvement in decisions from strategy to HR, project design and many other aspects of our work.

Core Responsibilities:

Fundraising strategy and development 

• Lead the development and delivery of RLS’s fundraising strategy to meet our funding targets and deliver our strategy.
• Meaningfully involve and guide the Management Team, trustees and Fundraising Officer in strategy development and delivery. 
• Develop new funding sources as appropriate.
• Ensure that funding sources fit with RLS’s values and our moral and ethical fundraising policy.

Organisational leadership 

• Work with the Management Team and trustees to lead on the delivery of RLS’s strategic objectives.
• Work with the Management Team to lead RLS, including finding creative solutions to issues as they arise and ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.

• Provide high quality line management to the Fundraising Officer.

Person Specification

About Strides HCC

Strides HCC has been operating in Islington for over 15 years. Our clinic offers longer-term (one year) Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling to people who are looking to speak about a wide range of emotional issues. We operate on a subsidised fee scheme and offer clinical placements to trainee counsellors and psychotherapists working toward professional registration.

The Sanctuary (Crisis Café) is a service for all residents experiencing emotional distress. The café is weekdays during the evening and at weekends in the afternoon. We provide initial support meetings both face to face and via the telephone, workign with clients to resolve immediate distress, and explore coping mechanisms. We then coproduce support plans with clients and offer 121’s, counselling, peer support groups and workshops as well as a social place to be.  

The support worker will be experienced in working with people in distress or who have mental health issues, highly organised and have excellent people skills.  A minimum of 3 shifts per week is required.

Programme Delivery Officer role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs are responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of First Give in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the Lead Teachers.

The role is home-based, in Yorkshire, with regular travel to schools across the county and occasional forays to schools in the North-West. Several times a year travel will be required to London, where our office is based.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistic and programme support to teachers delivering the First Give programme at their school, including but not limited to:

Job purpose:

The post holder will support the Digital Content Manager in implementing the Association’s digital strategy. They will create web content that is user focused, accessible and optimised for search engines. They will maintain a content schedule, coordinating activities across the organisation and will build relationships with a variety of subject matter experts. They will support the Digital Content Manager in managing the Association’s digital channels.

The postholder will play a key role in supporting the management of the Association’s digital campaigns and tracking and reporting on digital campaigns to guide improvements. They will create and edit digital designs for use on web, social media and email platforms and be responsible for working with colleagues across the Association to provide digital insight and training.

This role is based at our head office at 21 Portland Place, London. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital

• Support the Digital Content Manager to review, develop and update the Association’s current website, and take a key role in the project to work on development of a new website.
• Support the management of the online community forum.
• Support the management of the Association app and any additional projects undertaken to further develop it.
• Act as a contact point with support agencies to swiftly resolve issues and to follow up developments.

Communications and social media

• Write and collate (including copyediting and proofreading where necessary) high quality, engaging content in line with agreed content priorities.
• Ensure content follows the Association’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and style guide.
• Work with colleagues to prepare, send and report on email campaigns on their behalf.
• Manage the Association’s social media presence, with the aim of reaching an increasingly broad audience.
• Create and edit digital designs for use on web, social media and email platforms, including filming and editing simple videos.
• Coordinate a digital content schedule across all channels for the organisation.
• Keep abreast of the latest innovations in digital communications and make suggestions for new ways of promoting the Association work and messages online.

Reporting

• Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.

In this role, you will:

· Manage referrals, admissions and case coordination for young people, including those transitioning from inpatient services

· Develop needs and risk assessments, support and risk management plans

· Supervise and support Progression Coaches, volunteers and students

· Build strong relationships with young people, providing psychologically informed support

About the Project

Hertfordshire Mind Network (HMN) has been awarded Hertfordshire’s CAMHS Early Help Digital Intervention Service (WithYOUth).

The WithYOUth Service is an innovative partnership between BfB Labs and Hertfordshire Mind Network to provide a countywide digital service that is accessible to children and young people aged 5 – 18, at the earliest point of an emerging emotional wellbeing and/ or mental health need. The service will operate between 14:00 – 22:00 seven days a week.

Purpose of Post

As a CYP Support Worker you will be responsible for delivering this exciting service as part of a wider team, and whilst experience is advantageous, the most important thing to us and the children and young people we support is having the right values, skills and commitment to being part of this dynamic, new provision.

Our trauma-informed model offers a range of support options for CYP, based around digital interventions and supported by one-to-one and group sessions, so children and young people can engage in the way that works best for them. The service will build resilience in CYP by working with them to develop coping strategies and solutions that will enable them to improve their own health and wellbeing. We will also provide advice and guidance to parents/families/carers and professionals to provide a holistic response to supporting CYP and creating a network around them to empower and enable positive change.

The Young Carers Lead will take responsibility for coordinating and delivering our young carers programme. This includes running two weekly sessions – one for ages 5–10 and another for ages 11–18 – with the support of our skilled sessional staff and colleagues.
