15. To collect data and use data analysis to help produce reports, internally, for funders and partners.

ShareAction is recruiting for a Senior Research Officer (SRO) to join the LIPH Programme and help support the delivery of our broad portfolio of work. The focus will primarily be on our consumer health campaign (LIPH’s most developed campaign focused on driving more responsible practice in the food industry) but will also support other workstreams, including community health (a newer campaign focused on improving air quality) and driving up investor standards on health. Key activities across these areas of work will include:
Content production

Research and analysis
- Conducting mainly secondary research and in some cases, primary through investor interviews, engagements with civil society groups and/or coalitions, company analysis etc.
- Analysing and reporting on research data, and clearly presenting key themes and findings.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and issues relating to the LIPH programme.
Monitoring and evaluation
- With support from your team, you will be monitoring and reporting on the health-related practices and policies of companies.
- Supporting the Senior Project Officer in collating metrics for funder/other reporting.
External engagement
- W ith support from your team, you will be supporting external stakeholder meetings (e.g. contractors, research partners, investors or civil society groups).
Internal collaboration
- You will work closely with the Health team’s Senior Campaigns Officer and Senior Engagement Officer on end-to-end processes as well as peers across ShareAction to develop and disseminate good practice related to analysis and research.

About Black Thrive
Black Thrive Global (BTG) evolved from the work of the Black Thrive Lambeth (BTL) Partnership, which was established in 2016. We exist to address the inequalities that negatively impact the mental health and wellbeing of Black people so that the thriving of Black communities is the norm.
Our guiding principle is that Black communities should be at the forefront of reimagining, redefining, and co-creating a society where systemic racism and other oppressive systems have been dismantled so that they have fulfilling lives. We have two priorities – building a Black Thrive Research Institute and embedding race equity in systems change.
We have grown rapidly since 2021 and so still have a start-up culture and often deal with competing priorities at a fast pace.
The aim of Black Queer & Thriving is to explore the health and wellbeing needs of Black LGBTQ+ people in Lambeth and Southwark, develop community research that details these needs with the Working Group and use the outcome to influence local policy and infrastructure.
The purpose of this role is to support the Black Queer & Thriving workstream with the main priorities being:

Providing administrative support to the development of the Black LGBTQ+ Working Group, including organising meetings and minute taking;

Supporting relationship management with Lambeth and Southwark’s Black LGBTQ+ community; and

Leading on a community research project exploring the health and wellbeing experiences of Black LGBTQ+ people in Lambeth and Southwark.

Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
- Provide support for people taking part in third party organised sports events in aid of Mind. This will include sending supporter communications, providing ongoingsupport, following up non-payments, personalised thanking, and supporter surveys.
-Attend supporter led and third-party events to help enhance our supporters' experience and deepen their relationship with Mind.
-Support the Senior Fundraising Officer in the delivery of events fundraising activity. This can include planning, writing and submitting briefs, generating marketing and stewardship communications, working with third party agencies, setting up web pages, delivering memorable on the day experiences for our supporters, reporting and analysing live activity and conducting evaluations.

About the role:
Kinship are seeking to recruit experienced event co-ordinators with a whole range of skills and great energy to join our brand-new training team. They will be responsible for delivering this first ever programme of its type supporting kinship carers across England in their caring role.
As a pivotal part of the team, you’ll be supporting delivery of high-quality in-person and online training events across England. You’ll be the first point of contact for the team and be experienced and responsive in dealing with enquiries. You’ll be used to working with suppliers and have proven experience of planning, co-ordinating and supporting the delivery of large events. You’ll bring significant working experience of using Microsoft tools, and other platforms and technology including Zoom. Voids - Each year, Look Ahead collects c£21m of rent and service charge from the c3,000 units of property that we own and manage. This amount represents roughly a third of Look Ahead's annual income and therefore it is essential for us to maximise occupancy rates within our properties.
This is a varied opportunity that will see you managing the completion of all void works and ensuring that all properties are let within our Corporate deadlines. Look Ahead manages approx. 1500 units on other landlord's behalf, of which there are approx. 35. You will therefore have strong organisational skills and have the ability to build rapport with our landlords. We also operate across London and the Home counties, and the successful candidate will need to familiarise themselves with our stock quickly and establish effective working relationships with the teams on the ground.
This role requires a valid Right to Work for the UK as Look Ahead are not a sponsoring organisation.
What you'll do:
To promote the concept of enabling customers to make best use of the housing options available to them including social and private lettings.
To work closely with Operational colleagues to ensure that void properties are let within Corporate timeframes.
To oversee the temporary accommodation services and private lettings service and to ensure that the appropriate standards are maintained.
To plan and co-ordinate all re-housing activity and liaise with the Void team.
To ensure all lettings are made in accordance with legislation.
To train and regularly update the training of existing, new and temporary staff, in procedures relating to void management and lettings.
To draft and present reports as requested.
To record all actions, communication requests and received documentation relating to customers promptly on the computerised system.
Undertake regular checks on the information held on the system to ensure that all records are accurately held and allocations are given the correct priority.
To support the Head of Housing in shaping the successful delivery of projects, simple and complex, ensuring good governance and methodology is adhered to throughout the project lifecycle whilst working to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
To support the Head of Housing in leading the delivery of projects ensuring they are comprehensively planned, realistic, efficiently resourced and deliver agreed benefits. Ensure that project activity is integrated, and dependencies identified, understood and managed.
To create and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project including Gantt charts, Project Cost records, Highlight Reports, SLT project updates.

ROLE PURPOSE
This position involves identifying and prioritising potential donors capable of making significant contributions to help us deliver a range of projects aimed at enhancing the student experience and supporting the local community. By providing the Development and Fundraising Team with tailored and insightful research, this role will enhance the prospect funding pipeline and facilitate the cultivation of a diverse pools of donors, including individuals, grant-making trusts, and companies. This role will also manage a well-structured stewardship program for donors. Responsibilities include promptly acknowledging donations, creating personalised impact reports, and overseeing bi-annual events which recognise and celebrate their support.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· To maintain and develop the University’s database of fundraising prospects through proactive identification, analysis, and segmentation, (individual and aggregate) record updating, and original research, including the identification of new prospects.
· To prepare prospect profiles (which may include wealth ratings), and work with relationship managers to devise appropriate tailored cultivation and solicitation plans, enabling appropriately targeted fundraising asks.
· To develop and manage reporting in the database across fundraising portfolios to help ensure prospects are strategically moving along the prospect pipeline towards major gift solicitation • To produce and provide due-diligence reports on prospective donors as part of the University’s gift acceptance procedures.
· To deliver an annual donor recognition event to acknowledge and celebrate the support of the University’s most generous supporters.
· To organise smaller bespoke events for higher level donors to the university, for example, site visits to project sites and/or opportunities to meet student beneficiaries.

CONTEXT
The primary purpose of the Development team is to secure philanthropic income to support the delivery of the University’s Being Westminster 2022-2029 strategy. The Development team forms part of the Global Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Communications (GRAMC) directorate. The Child Opportunity Fund’s goal is to create more safe spaces to ensure that millions of children can live their lives to the fullest potential. We are looking for an exceptional philanthropic fundraising leader, with experience of leading an appeal and first-hand programme management skills, to undertake a one year maternity cover as the Interim Head of Child Opportunity Appeal. About the role
