The Role

This role will be pivotal in connecting Cosmic with the families we support and our NHS units across both hospital sites, by managing service delivery and fostering continuous engagement. The postholder will lead and coordinate our new Post-Discharge Support service, working closely with families, the NHS Family Liaison Team, and counsellors. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of service delivery projects - focusing on the experiences and impact on both NHS staff and families - while ensuring efficiency and value for money through careful cost assessment.

NHS Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build strong partnerships with PICU and NICU teams to embed Cosmic’s presence, raise awareness, and identify areas for support.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and deliver projects that improve patient, family and staff experiences - maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of funding needs.
• Liaise directly with families on the units to understand their needs and explore how Cosmic can offer practical and emotional support, helping to build trusted relationships and inform future service development.
• Organise engagement activities and events to promote Cosmic across the units, ensuring consistent branding and visibility.
• Represent Cosmic at senior staff hospital meetings, forums and working groups, sharing feedback and opportunities with the wider team.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, KPIs and reporting to senior management and funders.

Engagement Campaigns

• Create, promote and mobilise staff on our units to deliver a yearly schedule of engagement campaigns. Work with staff to develop new and existing campaigns; creating and implementing the plans as appropriate.
• To keep abreast of any key or newsworthy/trending national developments and topics relating to PICU & NICU care and the NHS and develop campaigns as appropriate.

Management of Service Delivery Programmes

• Identify and implement a plan to secure the necessary resources to deliver services, such as recruiting new counsellors for post-PICU support programme.
• Develop, in partnership with the units, service delivery models that include services provided, and their impact.
• Develop project budgets with the COO, monitoring and evaluating them to ensure projects are delivered on budget.
• Oversee ongoing evaluation and development of the service to ensure it meets targets and desired outcomes.
• Work with our supporters and past patients and families in the development of projects and services.
• Work closely with the Family Liaison Team, who will interact directly with families benefiting from the service, to ensure their needs and experiences inform the ongoing development of the project.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Develop and implement data metrics and gathering points to measure and analyse the impact of Cosmic’s services, supporting outcomes reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Utilise strong IT skills for database modelling and data interpretation, ensuring timely data capture in collaboration with clinical staff to enhance service delivery and promote awareness.
• Monitor and report on the impact of Cosmic’s work to support funding efforts and improve overall effectiveness.

Fulham Palace is a truly remarkable place. For centuries, this Grade I listed building situated in extensive grounds by the River Thames was the country residence of the Bishop of London. Fulham Palace Trust runs a number of public events each year, ranging from 50 to 5,000 attendees. They bring in a c. £75,000 surplus to the Trust, as well as additional donation and retail income. Reporting to the commercial and visitor experience manager (CVEM), you will develop and co-ordinate public events and filming taking place on site.

The role of a Project Officer

Whilst this role will predominantly be in the East of the region, you will need to be prepared to work all over the South East should the need arise. River enhancement projects will typically include weir removals, fish passage easements (such as rock ramps, nature-like bypasses or technical fish passes) and river re-naturalisation projects (such as habitat enhancements, reconnecting floodplains & palaeochannels, re-meandering, and backwater creation). Catchment management projects are likely to include wetland creation, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Natural Flood Management (NFM) measures. We would be interested to know about any experience you have in the above fields when you apply.

Using your freshwater expertise and proven ability, you will proactively lead on smaller and medium scale projects while working closely with other staff, external partners and stakeholders. You will work with the rest of the team, drawing on the experience of more seasoned staff to help your personal career progression and likewise overseeing Assistant Project Officer and imparting your knowledge onto them. • Managing a portfolio of public engagement events, including the delivery of the summer exhibition in Dublin each year and public engagement events across NI, Scotland and Wales

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Fundraising Manager has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF); the UK’s leading cancer prevention charity focusing on the link between cancer and risk factors such as diet, body weight and physical activity. 

We are seeking an outstanding corporate fundraising professional to join our Fundraising Development team. This is a key role for the organisation, proactively leading on new business; delivering mid and high-value partnerships and maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of new prospects to support the long-term sustainability of our work. The successful candidate will develop compelling proposals and pitches to build new relationships and provide excellent stewardship for existing corporate partners. They will manage and deliver the Corporate Partnerships strategy, annual operational plan, and income forecasting and develop accurate annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against plan and setting KPIs and targets.

Bonsucro is a global sustainability platform and standard for sugarcane. We accelerate the sustainable production and uses of sugarcane through our standards, tools, and collective action. Our digitalisation workstream is central to our strategy, aiming to future-proof systems, bring added-value data to the supply chain, and support action on sustainability.

Role Overview

This is a part time (21 hours per week) and fixed term role. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Empower & Exchange Project—an ISEAL-funded initiative to create user-centric data products, and advance future-proofed data infrastructure to improve the sustainability and transparency of the sugarcane supply chain.

This role sits within the Corporate Services team and will lead the project from planning through execution and reporting, collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and project partners.

The Empower & Exchange project is an integral part of Bonsucro’s broader digitalisation strategy and is closely aligned with other organisational initiatives. The project has five core objectives to be delivered to an agreed workplan:

1.Engage market actors to identify key ESG reporting metrics.

2.Create data reports tailored to certified sugar mills and the wider supply chain.

3.Develop a secure, user-friendly system for access and export of producer data.

4.Map the evolving technology ecosystem for traceability and ESG reporting.

5.Compile trust criteria for inter-platform data sharing with stakeholder input.

Key Responsibilities

Project Strategy & Management

• Act as the Project Manager for the Empower & Exchange project, overseeing implementation, donor reporting, and team coordination.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in alignment with funder and organisational expectations.
• Ensure project activities are agile, adaptive, and responsive to changing needs, contexts and feedback.

Product Development & Research

• Coordinate the design and development of data tools and data reports for certified sugar mills, aligned with the project aims, ensuring they meet the needs of users in the sugarcane supply chain.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder consultations, usability testing, and market actor engagement to inform product features and usability.
• Oversee iterative development cycles in collaboration with internal tech and data teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, project partners, Bonsucro Members, and the ISEAL community. These include sugar and biofuel producers around the world, multinational corporate brands, learning partners in sustainable marine products, and traceability tech providers.
• Manage communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and participation across the project lifecycle.
• Work with the Bonsucro Communications team to share insights, promote achievements, and elevate visibility of the project.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

• Lead the preparation of donor reports and documentation of project progress and learning.
• Identify key insights and structure communications to inform Bonsucro’s future work and contribute to the ISEAL community’s collective learning. For example, delivering presentations and written comms.
• Maintain structured project documentation to ensure knowledge retention and transfer.

Person Specification

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects involving digital products or sustainability initiatives.
• Strong technical literacy and ability to engage with concepts around tech and AI.
• Experience with user research, product design, user experience, and data-driven reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects to successful delivery, meeting workplan milestones and deadlines.

Desirable Experience:

• Professional qualifications in a relevant discipline
• Background in ESG reporting, corporate sustainability, traceability systems, or agile product development.

WCCM seeks to appoint an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Grant and Major Donor Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising and grant management across a global organisation dedicated to the teaching of Christian Meditation. Working to the Executive Director, you will interact with our decentralised finance, marketing and communications staff and volunteers.  Together, you will nurture Major Donor relationships and create and manage appropriate donor stewardship schemes and rationalise our income streams. You’ll ensure grant reporting and management is kept on track whilst developing targeted proposals for new funding from sympathetic donors in the arena of Trusts and foundations.  You will work to support both our teaching and resourcing of meditation and the running of our retreat centre in Bonnevaux, near Poitiers in France. An excellent writer with excellent financial and budgeting skills, you will be adept at pulling together relevant, succinct and compelling information for our donor reports and bids. You’ll work with communications staff to develop impactful donor communications which enhance our accountability and inspire renewed major donations.  You will have a demonstrable track record in winning grants as well as in the stewardship of major donors.  Occasional trips to France. The IT systems and infrastructure transition lead will lead on the implementation of the key strands of the recently completed strategic review of IT services at Fulham Palace. The strategy and its outputs are part funded by external grant making organisations.

We help them plan and manage risk, and give them expenses funding. Our award winners have climbed the highest UK peaks, cycled to Paris, performed plays at school, harnessed green power via a bike, among many other imaginative and ambitious projects.   

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an energetic, talented and reliable candidate for our schools’ outreach team, inspiring high-quality applications for funding from Year 12s in our 85 partner London state schools (20% of the total).  There is scope to help shape our strategy. We are looking for competent project officer, ideally with experience of physical challenge, strong administrative skills and with strong writing skills: they will be comfortable working with students, and value personal challenge and development. He/she will be keen to work with a growing charity, and to support young people usually with a poverty of experience and opportunity.

We’re looking for someone who is well-organised, solutions-focused, and can adapt their skills to the development and delivery of a diverse range of projects.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, skilled and passionate Project Development Manager to join our England Project Management team, working primarily in the South of England. 

The England Project Management Team manage all sorts of projects, from species recovery at a landscape scale to infrastructure repairs and commercial developments. Each day as a Project Development Manager is different. You might find yourself chairing a project team meeting one day, visiting a construction site the next, and negotiating with contractors the day after that.

As a Project Development Manager, you will directly manage some of the most ambitious and complex projects within the RSPB. At the same time, you will work closely with the Operations Director and Area Managers in the Southern region to develop a pipeline of projects across the South, and make sure they’re being well-managed.

Our project teams include colleagues from a range of disciplines as well as external consultants and suppliers. You’ll need to be able to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders and motivate others to get things done to keep projects progressing smoothly.

Key activities will include:

• Develop and manage one or more complex projects at any one time. To include budget management, stakeholder management, risk management, contractor procurement and other tasks as required. 
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project success by focusing on a common goal. 
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of projects that contribute to delivery against strategic priorities, working with regional/country management teams. 
• Provide support & advice to the regional /country management team to enable them to use the PMF effectively to deliver strategic priorities and successful projects (including ensuring project assurance is in place).
