About the role
Iswe is a social impact foundation dedicated to finding ways to put people at the heart of social and political decision-making to solve some of society’s greatest challenges.
We are seeking a proactive, organised and values-driven Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the Global Citizens’ Assembly. This is a pivotal role, providing core operational and logistical support, enabling Iswe to deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and impactful Civic Assembly as part of the Global Citizens’ Assembly.
You will work closely with the Civic Assembly Delivery Manager and Programme Director, supporting work around governance, research, evaluation and partnerships.
The role holder may occasionally need to work unusually long hours or at inconvenient times (due to the international nature of this project, but we aim to keep this to a minimum). The period when this is most likely will be mid-January to mid-February 2026 (Wednesdays and Saturdays; exact dates to be confirmed).

Key responsibilities
Operational and administrative support

Organise cross-team coordination meetings and internal updates with the Programme Director and Delivery Manager.

Maintain shared calendars, folders, task trackers, and the Civic Assembly delivery schedule in collaboration with the Delivery Manager.

Provide administrative support for project team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.

Track budgets and delivery-related expenditure with the Delivery Manager.

Manage contracts, documents, and partner relationship records.

Support workflow integration across research, evaluation, user research, data, impact, and communications teams.

Maintain the team’s risk register and act in line with data protection and security policies.

Governance coordination

Support the Civic Assembly Team in convening advisory and oversight boards, including scheduling meetings and tracking decisions and milestones.

Compile documentation for reporting, particularly on governance and process transparency.

Maintain accurate, timely records of all governance activities, upholding GCA’s commitments to accountability and ‘deliberating in the open’.
Civic Assembly delivery coordination

Support the Delivery Manager and Programme Director in maintaining the Civic Assembly’s overall project delivery plan, timelines and task tracking.

Assist the Delivery Manager to develop a delivery plan, workflows, and risk management strategies.

Lead the implementation of the delivery plan with the supportive oversight of the Delivery Manager and Programme Director.

Ensure accessibility, inclusion, safeguarding, translation and wellbeing protocols are implemented in practice.

Coordinate the execution of Civic Assembly sessions, including the scheduling (and possibly hosting) of plenary videocalls, ensure all personnel have access to the videocall links and resources they require to participate.
Coordination and support of global delivery personnel

Support Regional Leads by monitoring recruitment of Facilitators and Notetakers, helping fill any shortfalls ahead of the Civic Assembly.

Liaise between the Process Team and delivery personnel (Facilitators, Notetakers, Editors), including scheduling and coordinating training.

Coordinate Facilitators: Distribute materials, manage schedules and substitutions, and maintain regular communications for logistical updates and motivation.

Coordinate Notetakers: Convene regular team meetings, maintain ongoing communications, manage schedules and substitutions (occasionally stepping in as a Notetaker), and organise outputs for Editors.

Provide ongoing logistical support to Facilitators and Notetakers throughout the Assembly.

Act as a primary point of contact for Regional Leads, ensuring their work is well-supported.
Assembly participant support & engagement

Support Regional Leads in assessing and addressing the inclusion needs of Community Hosts and Assembly Members, including arranging internet connectivity where required.

Oversee and adapt participation processes to ensure diversity, accessibility, and wellbeing.

Coordinate the distribution of materials and resources to Assembly Members via Regional Leads and Community Hosts.

Monitor and respond to emerging needs within the mini‑public infrastructure, including technical support and pastoral care as necessary.

Skills and experience

At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in civic engagement and/or non-profit contexts.

Technology and Insight Coordinator
We are currently delivering an ambitious five-year growth plan, which will ensure that we can reach as many young people as possible with our programme. As part of this growth we are now looking for a Technology and Insight Coordinator to join the team.

About the Role
The main responsibilities for this role are to maintain and improve Salesforce for the delivery and monitoring of activities, including delivery of the programme, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management.
The system is optimised to serve the specific needs of the organisation and is intensively used by frontline staff and management on a daily basis. The organisation has an ongoing service agreement with ImpactBox, a Salesforce development company, for more significant development work. The platform is also integrated with Moodle, to allow management and monitoring of online learning for students.
You will have full oversight of the system and will support the team to make ongoing changes to functionality to achieve its goals. This would involve both independently updating the system (making reports, adding/changing fields, creating custom objects, creating and maintaining flows, user management etc.) and/or forwarding requirements to ImpactBox or your line manager if the development requirements are more significant. You will manage and assign user requests to the correct resource, being the first point of contact for all requests, and working cooperatively with staff members to ensure that needs are met.
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills and experience of:
· Analysing data in Excel and translating it into useful information for different audiences.
· Implementing, configuring, or administering solutions for Salesforce.
· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards

About the role
The key purpose of the Coordinator role is to support the Senior Engagement Manager to deliver regional Sight Loss Councils across Yorkshire and Humberside and to engage with blind and partially sighted people across the region. We currently have three Sight Loss Councils (SLCs) in this region, so the postholder will be expected to work alongside the Senior Engagement Manager and coordinate the SLCs activity, focusing on the retention of the volunteers engaged and making sure the projects and work they are involved in, continue with success.

We're seeking an enthusiastic Education Coordinator to help shape the future of chemistry education.
With a focus on Northern Ireland, you'll lead regional initiatives, tailoring them to local needs and supporting teachers through workshops and online sessions. What we are looking for:
• A degree in science, preferably in the chemical sciences, or an equivalent qualification, together with evidence of working with schools, ideally with a teaching qualification.
• An understanding of school level, further and higher education and a breadth of knowledge of the education systems in the UK and Ireland together with a deep knowledge of the local curricula.
• Experience of stakeholder relationship management and an understanding of customer requirements, including those of: school teachers; FE teachers, HE academics and support staff; careers advisors; employers; governments and its agencies, and non-government bodies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a proven ability to write effectively for different audiences and deliver clear and engaging presentations both online and in-person.

About the role

About the Role
You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. This position suits a candidate who enjoys face-to-face interactions with young people locally and strategic work regionally, training others for delivery. You’ll work closely with the Activate team and maintain weekly connections with the SU Sports Mission team as well as contributing to the wider work of the SU South region team.

You might have heard of us before if you're one of the 1.5 million+ who have attended one of our Christian holidays or missions over the years, or maybe you're one of the 40,000+ subscribers to have used our brilliant devotionals or been stirred by our exceptional bible resources. We've been at this for a fair few years... over 150 to be precise. Over this time, we’ve remained passionate about helping children and young people develop a vibrant faith in Jesus. As our name describes, the radical power of God's word has always been central to our approach.
We still do all the great stuff with resources and holidays, but in the last few years, we have sharpened our vision with a renewed focus to help the 95% of young people (primary and secondary school age) across the UK who have never stepped foot inside a church, to hear and respond to the good news of Jesus. Since 2015, SU has had a dedicated Mission Through Sport team which contributes directly towards this outreach to the 95. We have recently developed some innovative new resources, aligned with the RJ framework, which the post holder will be involved in both delivering and equipping others to utilise. These include our flagship programme called Holy Ground which empowers churches to adopt a local sports space in their community to connect with the 95 in their context. Half Time is our brand new Explore-Respond resource which uses sports-themed videos and fun games to help the 95 to explore the life of Jesus by journeying through Mark’s Gospel.
About Activate
Activate is a sport and physical activity-based programme, formed in 2018, seeking to build community through wellbeing that invigorates faith. Activate seeks to release God’s people to join in his mission through sport and physical activity in the areas surrounding Bushy Park. This includes gathering, encouraging and empowering local Christians involved in sports ministry, including expressions of chaplaincy and missional communities centred around sports clubs, centres, educational settings and gyms. A number of local churches across denominations and Dioceses have been supporters of the project.
In the past Activate has supported sports projects in local schools, an activity-based church service, wellbeing cafe sessions, exercise sessions for the elderly and youth activities. The successful candidate will be involved in re-launching Activate’s mission after a break due to staff changes.
About your team
With this role, you will have the benefit of being part of a national-focused sports team at SU, as well as the south team with a regional focus and the local context with Activate. You’ll work out of the office of St Peter’s Church, West Molesey, benefiting from the support of a local parish-based team including clergy and youth workers. You’ll contribute your expertise in a variety of settings, ranging from urban and suburban to coastal and rural areas across the south. You’ll have a brilliant time getting acquainted with this rich tapestry of local and national partners. Across the south region, we currently work with 130 churches and have 150 faith guides. We’d like to see these numbers grow significantly over the next few years and believe that a vibrant sports ministry can contribute meaningfully to this.

Insight and Evaluation Manager
We are currently delivering an ambitious five-year growth plan, which will ensure that we can reach as many young people as possible with our programme. As part of this growth we are now looking for an Insight and Evaluation Manager to join the team.

About the Role
As part of the Strategy, Finance, and Operations Team, the Insight and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for ensuring all teams have the right data to deliver, monitor, and fund our programme in a timely and effective way. You will manage, analyse, interpret and present data, most of it recorded on Salesforce, in order to enhance the quality of delivery, maximise the achievement of outcomes by participants, and ensure that our programme is fully funded.
You will support this growth plan by ensuring that our data-related systems are efficient and scalable. Working closely with the rest of the Technology and Insights team, you will help identify areas across the organisation that are in need of improvement and work to develop and implement improvements in our data-related processes.
Role responsibilities include:
· Data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation
· Facilitate the use of data to guide tactical and strategic decision-making across the organisation
· Support systems development relating to data and reporting
· Manage one part time staff member working on data insights and systems
About You
We are looking for someone with experience of:
· Processing, analysing and visualising data, particularly using Excel and Power Query
· Analysing and organising data to identify trends and support decision-making
· Cleaning and handling large datasets
· Presenting data visually to highlight key insights
· Providing strategic advice using diverse information sources
· Communicating complex information clearly and effectively
· Coordinating cross-organisational projects and securing stakeholder buy-in
