Abandon Normal Devices are seeking an experienced finance professional or small accountancy provider to manage our core finance functions on a freelance/contract basis. This is an ongoing, part-time contract supporting the financial operations of a small, ambitious arts organisation working at the intersection of art, technology and digital culture.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of charity finance, skilled in Xero, bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, audit preparation, HMRC filings and support with funding reports. You may be an individual already set up for freelance work, or a firm used to providing finance support to charities or arts organisations. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive and liaise with trustees and external auditors as needed.

The Finance Manager is responsible to the Executive Director and responsible for:

The Programme Manager is an exciting and influential role at RCPCH Global, a specialist unit within the College, in which you will lead the management of our Early Child Development and Disability programme work in Lebanon and the wider Middle East region; you will also be responsible for supporting smaller programme development with our partner, the Paediatric Association of Sierra Leone. Based in our London office, you will oversee the implementation of the programmes, including the delivery of high-quality programme activities.
As Programme Manager, you will monitor and manage all financial and budgetary aspects of the programme in compliance with donor requirements and take the lead on all programme reporting to donors, maintaining and ensuring high-quality programme monitoring and evaluation processes are adhered to. You will also provide strategic/backstopping technical support on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health programme design, budget formulation, financial and activity reporting and M&E with the other members of the Global Team.
Crucially, you will be responsible for liaising with local programme counterparts and stakeholders in the field, which may include regular field visits. You will also take the lead on the recruitment and management of short- and/or long-term programme volunteer clinicians, as well as short-term advisory consultants, for the programme.
You will lead, with the Global Team members, on wider donor liaison, including development of fundraising strategies and target donor institutions, and you will help develop new programme grant agreements, as well as promoting RCPCH Global activities to external stakeholders.
Suitably qualified in international development, public health, international and global health, health systems strengthening and child health, or with equivalent work experience, you should have excellent project/programme management skills and have a background in a relevant international/development management or implementation role.
With demonstrable experience of designing, initiating and leading complex programme development processes, including with senior government counterparts, local partner organisations and international and multilateral donor agencies, you should have a significant understanding of budget management and financial reporting, including to bilateral and multilateral donors.
Previous experience of successfully managing large complex programmes, including supporting field-programme teams both remotely and in the field, within the international development and/or health sectors is essential, in particular with experience in working with Palestinian communities both in-situ in the West Bank and Gaza, and in other refugee camp environments as well as broader experience of working in developing countries is highly desirable.
Although based in London, this role may include some travel to Lebanon and other countries/regions as required.
RCPCH Global is a unit within RCPCH which designs and manages a range of international projects and programmes to improve neonatal, child and adolescent health, primarily in sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Our programmes use teams of skilled clinicians and other health professionals to work with counterparts in targeted low-income countries to train and mentor doctors, nurses and other health workers, as a means of helping to build the capacity and quality of the health systems in those countries.

About the role
Are you passionate about active travel and community engagement? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Active Journeys team at Sustrans, based in the London, East and South-East region. As a Project Officer, you will play a dynamic role in delivering a variety of walking, wheeling, and cycling projects that make a real difference to people's lives.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering practical activities for young people in schools, supporting the implementation of School Streets to create safer and healthier environments, and working closely with the National Cycle Network and Infrastructure teams on community engagement for related schemes. You will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure the successful delivery of projects, and will also be responsible for integrating Sustrans volunteers into your work to help maximise impact and community involvement.
This role requires regular travel within the region and the flexibility to work on-site at various project locations on behalf of Sustrans.
About you
You should have experience working with schools and/or community groups, which may include voluntary work. You’ll be confident managing small projects while also contributing effectively as part of a team and building collaborative relationships. We’re looking for someone who understands active travel and the challenges faced by communities experiencing inequalities. You should also have a good understanding of behaviour change theories, safeguarding principles, and health and safety legislation, including conducting risk assessments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work across multiple projects and lead group workshops. You will be proactive, able to manage your own workload, and confident in solving problems as they arise[JB1] .

Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking for a project Administrator to maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the Oasis Youth Support project at North Middlesex University Hospital, a project supporting young people who have experienced violence which has had a negative impact on their mental wellbeing.
Duties Include;
1. Updating and maintaining the project’s database from local NHS systems.
2. Identifying young people eligible for the service by screening referrals or trawling the hospital system and ensuring these are collated on the project database to be contacted by the youth workers.

The Role
We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. This role is to support our internal staff (30) and external Staff (120) with the day to day activities ensuring business processes are fit for purpose and seek out possible improvements in the long term roadmap.
Key Functional Areas
- Data architecture– Lead on the review and structure of data on CRM.
- Systems Governance - Ensuring system best practices are followed, producing dashboards to identify common errors to follow up with users offering tailored training for common issues.
- Training and Support - training of new members, ongoing training and refreshing areas where common issues are found in regular training sessions all staff and portal users can attend.

Reporting directly to the Head of Planning and Reporting, the Management Reporting Lead will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing KPIs and reporting tools that provide clear, concise, and actionable insights to a variety of stakeholders. We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual who has the skills, knowledge and experience in coordinating casework and undertaking reporting of data to stakeholders. The IPO will undertake and be responsible for a range of administrative functions to advance and simply casework flow under the Sub-Regional Immigration Advice Service (SIAS) project. The IPO must have the ability to communicate effectively with referring agencies and stakeholders on a regular basis. The IPO will organise and present data to funders and others on behalf of NKLC. The IPO would have a good general understanding of Legal Aid casework, and the regulatory obligations set by the SRA and IAA.
The IPO will work closely with the Immigration Supervising Solicitor (ISS), Director and general admin team to progress and maintain the SIAS project. The IPO will manage referrals, liaise with the immigration team, and undertake a variety of administrative functions to maintain and resolve associated issues within the immigration department. Where appropriate, the IPO will arrange appointments, attend triage sessions off-site and liaise with referring agencies to ensure that caseworkers can advance casework as efficiently as possible.

Role overview:
A pivotal senior position within the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising team, this role works closely with the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to lead key fundraising initiatives and stewardship efforts. Overall purpose of the role
The Senior Communications Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional communications to enhance Orbis UK's profile in both the UK and the Middle East. The position is responsible for implementing strategic plans for UK and Middle East audiences, while supporting the Media and PR Manager in boosting Orbis UK's brand presence. The role also includes leading reputation and crisis management responses and plans.
The Media and PR Manager reports directly to this position, and together, they will collaborate to deliver effective communications plans. There will also be opportunities to work with the wider Orbis UK communications team on cross-departmental campaigns, appeals, and events, including VIP visits and integrated marketing campaigns.
This role encompasses communications planning, media relations, stakeholder management, reputation management, copywriting, and at times, event coordination. It requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage projects across different teams and countries. The role is responsible for three key areas of work:
i) Overseeing the delivery of the media and PR strategy to increase brand awareness of Orbis within the UK and the Middle East through pitching and placement of high-quality media coverage, proactive PR initiatives and reactive press office opportunities within a range of publications that align with our target audiences and partnerships.
