Goodman Masson is proud to be partnering with a housing association to recruit a Strategic Asset Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing asset data, stock condition intelligence and investment planning for the organisations housing stock.
You'll oversee the management of asset information, stock condition data, supporting the development of planned investment programmes and long-term investment forecasting.
Working closely with wider property services, complaince, contractors and external consultants, you'll ensure accurate asset intelligence informs operational and strategic decision-making.

The Philanthropy Manager is responsible for leading the leadership and development of Brainkinds philanthropy fundraising activities. This role will focus on the delivery of Brainkind’s capital fundraising initiatives, cultivation and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals and grow strategic corporate partnerships. This is a newly created role that will play an integral part of the Brainkind fundraising strategy.
The primary duties for the role will include
·Develop and deliver capital fundraising strategies to support major infrastructure and service development projects
Experience and skills required for the role will include
·Previous experience of working in a philanthropy focused role with understanding of engaging with high-net-worth individuals, potential major donors and corporate partners.
·Strong organizational and planning skills
·Excellent relationship management and donor stewardship skills
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and an in-house CRM system

About the role
This is a key support role at the heart of Housing Justice, providing high-quality, proactive and highly organised executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team in a fast-moving national charity environment. The postholder plays a critical role in enabling the CEO and Directors to operate effectively, requiring excellent diary management, strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate organisational needs. The role also involves coordinating meetings end-to-end, ensuring they are well-structured and outcome-focused, including preparing agendas, capturing accurate notes, maintaining action logs, and proactively following up to ensure timely completion.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
· Significant experience supporting senior leaders in a PA, Executive Assistant, or equivalent role
· Experience managing complex diaries across multiple senior stakeholders
· Experience of agenda setting and action tracking for a variety of senior management and trustee meetings
· Experience working in a fast paced, often changing environment
