We are seeking a dedicated and organised administrator to support our membership and workforce initiatives. The sexual and reproductive health (SRH) workforce is comprised of doctors, nurses and allied practitioners who deliver high quality care across the UK and beyond. The CoSRH Membership and Workforce Assistant will support the needs of this workforce, supporting the delivery our Workforce Action Plan in partnership with the Director of Membership, Marketing and Digital and the Vice President of Membership and Workforce. You will lead on the administration of regular committee meetings in the Membership and Workforce portfolio, support the progress of key initiatives and coordinate responses to workforce-focused queries from our membership.
The role reports into the Director of Membership, Marketing and Digital.
The role:
Administration of the Membership and Workforce Board of Council
- Lead on administration of the Membership and Workforce Board of Council and its sub-committees, including setting meeting dates, sending invitations, preparing papers, taking minutes and actions, and dealing with queries.
- Supporting with actions arising from the Board, including supporting the development of projects and programmes as directed by the Board.
- Supporting the Direct of Membership, Marketing and Digital in coordinating responses to queries from the Membership and Workforce Board of Council.
Administration of key workforce processes
- To act as the main point of contact for clinicians looking to recruit new SRH professionals
o and wish to have their job descriptions reviewed by the CoSRH.
o and require representation from the CoSRH on relevant interviews
- Managing these key processes and ensuring documentation is saved, recorded and monitored.
- Respond to workforce-focused member queries
- Support the effective use of the CoSRH Member Portal for committee support through gaining expert knowledge of the CoSRH Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Provide feedback and advice on members’ use of the Member Portal other digital platforms on an ad hoc basis.
Administration and support of the CoSRH Mentoring Scheme
- To act as a key point of contact and support for our forthcoming mentoring scheme, resolving member queries and ensuring the smooth running of the scheme.
- Provide support as a system administrator, using dedicated member mentoring software to ensure a high-quality mentoring experience.
Other tasks as directed by the Director of Membership, Marketing and Digital
- From time-to-time the role-holder will be required to perform other tasks as reasonably allocated by the line manager.

Background information
The Director of Business Development is primarily focussed on growing commercial opportunities and engaging at a strategic partnership and corporate level. The Head of Fundraising and Communications will boost the capacity and leadership of the team to develop voluntary fundraising, lead on smaller corporate partnerships, develop grants and trusts income, create and deliver headline grabbing campaigns that appeal to the wider public thereby developing an individual giving function and lead on organisational communications, including fundraising comms. Purpose
The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user.
Responsibilities
Interagency work
- Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.
- Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
- Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.
- Working closely with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
Case management
- Comply with child protection and information sharing policies, ensuring that service users and colleagues understand and comply with the service’s safeguarding framework.
- Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.
Recording and administration
- Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete; and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.
- To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.

JOB TITLE:Assistance Dog Training Manager

REPORTS TO: Head of Canine Supply, Training and Welfare
The Job
This role requires someone with previous experience in managing and or leading a Dog Training team within an Assistance Dog Organisation, to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Assistance Dog training team. The successful candidate will ensure that the team of Assistance Dog Trainers develop our puppies and dogs in advanced to training to ensure they receive the highest standard of socialisation and training, thereby maximising their chances of becoming a Medical Alert Assistance Dog. They will also play a role in the training and development of less experienced members of the team.
The welfare of our dogs is very important to us. We have a no-kennel policy, and all our dogs live in the homes of volunteers until they are about 20 months old. We are committed to providing quality training and support for all our dogs and the volunteers who look after them.
The role involves working collaboratively across teams and managing stakeholders to streamline the process of training and placing Assistance Dogs.
Specific Responsibilities
Puppies:
- To liaise with the Dog Supply Advisor on puppy intake
- To support and guide the Puppy Assistance Dog Trainers, with all aspects related to socialising and training of puppies from 8 weeks of age to approximately 16 months of age. This will include observing and supporting in:
- Puppy classes
- 1-2-1 training sessions
- Home visits
- Writing up Behaviour Modification Plans
- Any other ad hoc training support
- To ensure training records are up to date
- To work alongside the Head of Department on the Advanced Trainer pick up schedule, ensuring dogs are put into advanced training at an appropriate standard
- To oversee and carry out MDD internal puppy assessment programme - Behaviour Check List (BCL)
- To ensure all puppies in the socialising scheme follow MDD Health and Welfare policies and procedures
- If and when required, to stay away from home, supporting Puppy Assistance Dog Trainers with their puppies and volunteers who are based in our regional areas
- To offer support to dogs and/or volunteers when needed in the absence of the allocated trainer
Advanced Dogs:
- To support and guide the Advanced Assistance Dog Trainers and when needed, to support with the training of their advanced group of dogs. This will include:
- Observing dogs in all areas of development
- Giving practical advice and support
- Assisting in writing up training plans
- Any ad hoc training support
- To carry out the final assessments of dogs in advanced training
- To oversee the preparation of and to deliver in accordance with the instructor pick-up schedule for the MAAD programme dogs within advanced training
- Support the Advanced Assistance Dog Trainers with potential matches for a particular client and dog, and to report this progress regularly to the relevant senior staff

Staff Development:
- To work alongside our Assistance Dog Programme Training and Development Coordinator with the training and development of Trainee Assistance Dog Trainers and support in upskilling less experienced Trainers
Puppy Socialiser Recruitment
- To monitor and when necessary, highlight to the Head of Canine Supply, Training and Welfare, a shortage of Puppy Socialisers and Temporary Fosterers
- When required, assist in the recruitment of new volunteer Puppy Socialisers
Other
- To liaise with the Health and Welfare Coordinator on any health issues regarding puppies and dogs within the Assistance Dog Training Scheme
- To liaise with the Instructor Manager on any dogs that are entering or currently in the Medical Alert Assistance Dog (MAAD) programme.
- From time to time, you may be required to have a dog living with you for additional training for a set period
- Highlight to the Head of Canine Supply, Training and Welfare in a timely manner, if you feel a dog is not reaching the appropriate standard or may be more suitable for another role. Detailed, evidenced reasons why, must be supplied
- To oversee the rehoming of withdrawn puppies and dogs from the Socialising Scheme
- To support the Head of Canine Supply, Training and Welfare with the quarterly Trustee reports

- Had management or team leader experience for a minimum of 2 years within an ADUK Dog Training team.
- ADUK and ADI regulations.
- Basic theory of practical dog training.
- Law in relation to dogs.
- Knowledge of medical conditions relevant to puppies between 8 weeks and 2 years of age.
- Dog and human psychology.
- Health and safety implications of dog and puppy socialiser handling. Some experience of assisting with the training and development of less experienced colleagues.

We’re Fumble – a bold, creative, and nationally recognised charity on a mission to make digital sexual health information relevant, engaging, fun, and safe for young people aged 13–25. We're five years in, growing fast, and dreaming big for the future.
We’ve established an exciting programme of digital content co-creation with young people, to support them to successfully manage their sexual health, relationships, and mental health in the digital age, and we’re looking for a brilliant new Programme Manager to head this up.
This is an exciting, rewarding, and hands-on role at the heart of our small Sheffield-based team. You’ll lead the design and delivery of our projects – from the first sparks of an idea all the way through to measuring impact and celebrating success.

Has a creative eye and instinct for engaging, youth-led design

1. Programme delivery - youth engagement

Expand our recent successful pilot project: ‘Healthy relationships for young women and girls’.
This will include:

Project planning, session planning, promotion campaign to reach potential participants, facilitation of sessions and/or managing freelance facilitators, impact measurement, reporting.

Deliver our annual cycle of engaging our Youth Advisory Board (remote, online delivery). This will include:

Planning and facilitating sessions via Zoom (supported by our Social Media & Comms Officer); impact measurement and reporting; safeguarding and managing the engagement and retention of members.

2. Programme delivery - digital content and campaigns

Delivery of our planned ‘Sexual health Q&As between young people & doctors’ campaign. This will include:

A series of video content, co-created with young people, for a social media campaign and series of associated website articles on the Fumble website.

3. Supporting our safeguarding

Supporting safeguarding at Fumble, as our Designated Safeguarding Officer. You’ll bring previous experience of effective safeguarding to help us build on our policy and practice.

This will include:

Conduct / manage annual safeguarding training for Fumble team & stakeholder groups

Maintain DBS checks

Communicate with external safeguarding agencies & expert advisors (where relevant)

This is a unique opportunity to foster collaboration, and champion the educational aims of an influential complementary health profession recognised by the WHO. We are looking for someone who values the profession, understands its potential, and is committed to supporting its educational development and visibility.
To ensure an independent perspective informed by broader sector insight (across higher education and health), this role is open to senior education leaders from other UK healthcare professions outside acupuncture.

As Research Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of research grants from application through to delivery, supporting researchers and ensuring effective management of funding. You will also play a vital role in tracking and demonstrating the impact of Marie Curie’s research, helping to evidence the difference it makes for patients, carers, and services. Your expertise will directly contribute to building a stronger evidence base and closing gaps in palliative and end-of-life care.
Your Impact:
- Manage pre- and post-award research funding processes, including applications, reviews, contracts, and reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for funded researchers, linking them with Marie Curie colleagues across policy and services.
- Overseeing financial management of research grants, audits, and reporting.

This is a multifaceted, fast paced, and exciting role where you will join our team in Derby to lead on the delivery and development of high-quality refuge and outreach services for survivors of domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes.
Our service provision in Derby includes culturally specific service for South Asian women as well as a specialist multiple disadvantage support worker who support survivors facing enhanced needs.
The post holder will provide line management and support to the accommodation based and the outreach service staff. This will include providing supervision on complex and high-risk cases, overseeing operational emergencies, and ensuring high standards of casework. You will also ensure that all service users in refuges and the outreach service always receive a high-quality support service in line with Refuge’s policies and procedures.
The Service Manager will lead on the delivery of the multiagency aspect of work, working jointly with the Refuge teams and wider stakeholders to deliver best services to the survivors.
Candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to vulnerable people, managing, and motivating staff, managing casework as well as working within multiagency setting. In addition, you must have an excellent knowledge of domestic abuse and other gender-based violence and its impact on survivors.
You will have knowledge of relevant criminal and civil law legislation, as well as Housing and Health and Safety legislation.
As member of the management team, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call management service.
The service manager will be responsible for ensuring that contractual and other funding requirements are met fully, this includes ensuring that the services operate within the allocated budget and that Refuge’s high-quality standards are maintained. The role may involve visiting potential sites and contributing to the establishment of new services in conjunction with the development team.
The job involves working closely with staff that support survivors and their children who are experiencing domestic abuse and other gender-based violence.
