As part of the Governance, Compliance and Risk team, you will help ensure a robust governance framework is in place across the Charity. You will support the Head of Governance, Compliance, and Risk in maintaining effective governance processes, policy frameworks, and establishing high levels of corporate governance practices. You will also work under the direction of the Company Secretary on governance matters and administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include attending meetings, ensuring effective record-keeping, and taking accurate minutes when appropriate. This will also involve arranging meetings, collating papers, prioritising diaries, and managing associated tasks.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role, including the administration of formal meetings and minute-taking. Strong organisational and work management skills, along with the ability to prioritise tasks, are essential.

We are looking for an experienced Safeguarding Manager to join our growing team and own our safeguarding processes end to end. This is a crucial role to ensure the safety of the young people we work with and that In2scienceUK provides a safe environment for all.

We are an agile social enterprise looking for a qualified Finance Manager to manage and operate our existing finance function. Job Purpose:
The Institutional Funding Manager will play an important role in SHA’s institutional income generation activities. Working closely with assigned country teams, the post-holder will support pipeline development, lead the development and writing of high-quality bids, donor engagement, and positioning for contract and grant opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical for this role.
French and/or Portuguese language skills are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Proposal development
- Identify, research and advise on new funding opportunities.
