We are hiring a Deputy Manager to deliver quality services to children and young people with learning disabilities and/or Autism. The job is based in our wonderful five bedded home in Tower Hamlets providing fun-based after school activities and short breaks for a small group of children with Autism in a residential setting.
The role will involve balancing multiple priorities in running an essential and inspirational service for children and young people with Autism. We’re looking for the following skills & experience for this role:
- Tangible experience of success in securing gifts from Trusts & Foundations at a £75k+ level, including experience of pursuing cold relationships from prospect to gift.
- Evidence of personally managing a varied prospect pipeline of Trusts & Foundations funders, with experience of developing and managing complex relationships and projects.
- Strong experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience of line management.
- Experience of fundraising within a medical research charity is desirable.

About the role
The Group Work Facilitator will play a pivotal role in delivering the CouRAGEus Project, an initiative designed to support Black and Global Majority young women, LGBTQ+ youth, and disabled young people. The role involves facilitating safe, inclusive, and empowering group work sessions that foster emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and self-advocacy.
The Facilitator will provide a trauma-informed, culturally responsive space where participants can explore issues such as mental health, well-being, consent, and social justice. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and tailoring interventions to meet diverse needs, the Facilitator will help participants build confidence, develop skills, and navigate challenges while promoting their overall safety and empowerment.

Our overall aim is to promote, preserve and restore the mental health and well-being of women and girls who have experienced, or are at risk of, gender-based violence, whilst working towards a society free of gender-based violence.

- Providing women-only holistic and seamless therapeutic services, which meet women and girls’ needs and contribute to total and sustainable recovery from the experiences of violence.

Our Adventure Playground Manager plays an integral role within our Children, Young People and Families team, supporting our Head of Service to create inspiring, high quality and child focused youth and play services. We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Membership Lead to drive membership retention and growth.

About the role:
This role will take the lead in seeking out new opportunities for growth across our membership, including acquisition and retention and will be responsible for developing and implementing new initiatives to reach ambitious targets, as well as ensuring our existing members receive an excellent level of customer service.
Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills will be pivotal to this role as will the ability to interact, engage and influence senior stakeholders at all levels. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Conduct research to identify and understand potential new member organisations in the tea supply chain.

About you:
- Approximately 10+ years experience in a Membership role.
- Have the right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance to our London office in Bethnal Green.

- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating a dynamic, driven mindset with strong lateral thinking skills to solve problems creatively and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong experience in event management and delivery, including planning, organising, and executing forums, conferences, and other high-profile events.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel both within the UK and internationally as required for the role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to private sector needs within a mission-based organisation.
Desirable:
- Experience with design tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite.
