About the role
The Partnerships team is looking for a new member to join our team. You will be working with a variety of major trusts, foundations and statutory sources. Purpose of the role

Income generation
• Research, identify, and secure income from major and local trusts, foundations and statutory sources that align with our organisational priorities.
• Write compelling and persuasive funding applications, ensuring all required information is accurate and wellpresented.
• Maximise income through both unrestricted and restricted funding opportunities.
• Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to implement the trusts and statutory fundraising strategy effectively.
Donor stewardship and communication
• Provide excellent stewardship to all funders, ensuring reporting and communication requirements are met timely and professionally.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with funding organisations and bodies to secure long-term support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create impact reports and regular updates that bring our work to life
Finance and administration
• Track and report on income progress against targets, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the CRM system (Donorfy).
• Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant legislation and guidelines, including GDPR and safeguarding regulations.
• Support the Partnerships Manager with administrative tasks linked to applications, reporting, and compliance.
Other

Person specification
Experience of:
• Securing income (five-figure gifts min) from Trusts, foundations and statutory sources.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, strategic Industry Relations Manager to coordinate our work across pharmaceutical and other commercial partnerships. Role Overview:
We are working with a leading mission-led organisation who are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take strategic ownership of their central digital platform.
This role will be pivotal in driving the next phase of website development, shaping its direction and ensuring it delivers measurable value for audiences and organisational goals. With a recently upgraded content management system (CMS) in place, the post-holder will oversee innovation, continuous improvement and future-focused product development, while managing a small team and working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
This position is both strategic and operational, balancing user-centred design with organisational priorities such as revenue generation, membership, donations and wider digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the interim website strategy and define future digital priorities.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with organisational needs, audience expectations, and budget considerations.
- Use data, insights, and user research to guide product decisions and improve key user journeys.
- Champion best practice in digital experiences for fundraising, membership, and commercial activity.
- Own the product backlog, setting clear requirements, timelines and KPIs.
- Oversee the scoping, prioritisation and delivery of new features and improvements.

We are looking for a skilled trust fundraising leader to take on the key role of Senior Trusts and Grants Manager, supporting our mission to help people rebuild their lives and end homelessness for good.
As Senior Trusts and Grants Manager, you’ll lead a thriving team of four, manage strategic funding relationships, and ensure ambitious income targets are achieved. You’ll also maintain your own portfolio of high-value funders, representing St Mungo’s with confidence and credibility.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value trusts and foundations to secure essential funding for our work.
- Lead, support, and inspire the Trusts and Grants team, maintaining a collaborative and positive team culture,where everyone can achieve their income and relationship management targets.
- Oversee the overall trusts programme, including pipeline development, proposal quality, income tracking, due diligence, and relationships.
- Act as the organisational lead on trust fundraising, enabling senior colleagues to build strong relationships with key funders.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
About you
This role is ideal for someone with strong trust fundraising and people management experience, who can maintain momentum, and support the team to thrive during this fixed term period.
You will be a proactive trust fundraiser with proven experience of personally securing significant grants and managing long term funder relationships.
You’ll also bring proven success in leading and supporting a team, with a collaborative, encouraging style that helps people do their best work.
