Job description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about seeing men transform their lives and we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Supported Housing Team on an interim basis, with the possibility of a long-term appointment.
Key Responsibilities
The Recovery Practitioner/Supported Housing Worker post can be full or part-time, according to the availability of the right candidate. They will work with our existing Recovery Programme team while we are working through the effects of the epidemic on our service-user group, and whilst one of our team is experiencing health problems. The suitable candidate will be able to work in any of the three following areas:

  • Programme delivery: To plan, deliver and develop our CBT-based programme
  • Move-on: To ensure that each Resident has appropriate ETE and financial advice, and support in finding accommodation. To run a weekly support group at the move-on house
  • Families liaison - to support Residents and their families to create appropriate support groups
  • Service Delivery - keywork and day-to-day support of the vulnerable adult men who live in our houses
