South East London Mind is working in partnership with South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) to deliver the Primary Care Mental Health Service for Lewisham. We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of an integrated team providing support to people with long-term mental health problems within a primary care setting, supporting people to develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.

We are looking for a full time Peer Support Worker to work alongside SEL Mind and SLaM colleagues to deliver this service.

The successful candidate will provide recovery-orientated peer support to people with long-term mental health problems, facilitating access to community activities and emotional support.

Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.
