We have an exciting opportunity as a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) Practitioner on an initial nine-month fixed-term maternity cover, within the Integrated Services team that comprises of a dynamic team of occupational therapists, PBS practitioners and speech and language therapists, working in our education settings.

As a PBS Practitioner, you will be passionate about improving the quality of life of autistic children and young people, working with the transdisciplinary team to improve outcomes for children and young people. You will achieve this through providing high quality PBS advice and support across the tiers of support (universal, targeted and specialist). You will play a key role in supporting class teams to create enabling environments and reducing behaviour-based barriers to learning. You will conduct risk assessments of challenging behaviour and devise and implement PBS plans, providing coaching and support to class teams to optimise fidelity.

• Have or working towards a level 4 PBS qualification (or relevant alternative)
• Skillful in the use of functional assessment and intervention
• Communicates complex and sensitive information in a manner appropriate to the individual and situation

The National Lottery Community Fund is seeking a Strategic Communication Lead, Wales to drive forward our ambitious communications transformation. This newly created role sits at the heart of our restructured communications function, designed to deliver our strategy "It Starts with Community" and shift our focus to demonstrating the powerful impact communities have across the UK. You should bring a sophisticated understanding of how communications can drive organizational objectives and a proven track record of leading integrated campaigns. Your background might include senior communications roles in government, the VCSE sector, or complex organizations operating across devolved administrations, where you've demonstrated ability to navigate diverse stakeholder environments and translate strategic goals into impactful communications activity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications for one Funding portfolio and one mission area, ensuring integration with business planning
• Build and lead matrix teams to deliver integrated communications campaigns
• Develop and implement communications plans that drive engagement with key stakeholders
• Provide senior counsel on reputation management and crisis response
• Act as senior regional point of contact for communications and external affairs
• Ensure consistent messaging across all customer journey touchpoints

Website Product Owner:

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the final, critical stages of a full website redevelopment project—ensuring the site is fully optimised, technically sound, and ready for launch in September 2025.

With a solid internal team and external agency support in place, what’s missing is you: a modern digital specialist with real expertise in SEO, UX, project delivery, and CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead website redevelopment delivery - Work closely with the Digital Lead and wider team to get the new website "over the line". The project follows a waterfall approach, and you’ll be instrumental in managing final phases—content, testing, fixes and go-live support.
• UX testing & optimisation - Use tools like Google Lighthouse to monitor and improve page performance and user experience. You’ll drive the site’s performance grade from a current C/D score to an A, ensuring it meets industry standards.
• Hands-on SEO implementation - Deliver a detailed SEO action plan, improve accessibility, fix broken links, optimise metadata, and implement keyword strategies. You must be a true SEO specialist, not just managing agencies but owning the technical and content-related changes yourself.
• Content design & migration - Help reduce and restructure content from 2,500 to 1,500 pages. Support with auditing, rewriting, image updates (resizing in Photoshop), and migrating content in Umbraco. You’ll work closely with a Content Editor and Executive but will be actively involved.
• CMS & digital production - Use Umbraco (or similar CMS) to create, update, and publish content. Manage templates, update journeys, and ensure cross-browser/device consistency.
• Go-live preparation - Conduct page-by-page checks, broken link audits, redirects, SEO finalisation, and cross-device testing—ensuring the website is in peak condition for public release.

Person Specification:

• Strong, hands-on SEO experience—technical and content-based, with clear examples of campaigns you’ve delivered.
• Proficient in Google Lighthouse or similar tools, able to interpret and act on performance metrics.
• Proven experience managing website projects through to launch, ideally in waterfall environments.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user testing, and digital accessibility.
• Proficiency with Umbraco CMS (or similar)—experience publishing, structuring, and editing content.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-delivery environments with multiple deadlines.

What you’ll be doing:

As COO, you will play a critical leadership role in the strategic and operational success of LtL. You will work closely with the CEO and the management team to deliver the charity’s vision, overseeing day-to-day project delivery across the UK. What you need

Essential

· Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the charity, education, or environmental sector.

· Track record of successfully managing complex, multi-partner projects at a national or regional scale.

· One or both of Safeguarding and Health & Safety training qualifications.

· Outstanding project management skills including budgeting, planning, evaluation, and reporting.

Contract type: 12 months Fixed Term, 35 hours per week

As our Policy Advisor –Research and Data Monitoring you will support the highest standards of research development, analysis and communication of data relating to the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector. 

In this role, you will lead high-level analysis and quality assurance of WASH data use as well as management research resources, include the Research and Evidence Bank, the Research Tracker and the Statistics Bank.

You’ll also: 

• Contribute to the design and commissioning of research projects to support advocacy, campaigns, media communications
• Oversea and manage small research projects – facilitating the sharing of research outputs and learnings within GPAC and across the organisation
• Work closely with GPAC colleagues and other WaterAid UK departments and ensure that information on commissioned research projects and learnings are shared widely across the WaterAid Federation (Australia, Canada, India, Japan, Sweden, UK, and USA)
• Play an active role in the research team, support colleagues and provide feedback as required and support any other relevant processes within the remit of the Policy team and GPAC in general

Requirements

To be successful, you’ll need: 

• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data and statistics, including an ability to seek the latest data from regular sources and to access new sources of data relevant to WaterAid’s work
• Strong analytical, research and writing skills (English language)
• An entrepreneurial approach to supporting influencing work, including the ability to take the initiative and rapidly adapt work plans to seize new and unforeseen opportunities.
• Working style that reflects WaterAid’s values of Respect, Accountability, Courage, Collaboration, Integrity and Innovation
• Proven ability to work and communicate effectively across diverse cultures in a matrix organisation

Key Responsibilities

1.Regular Reporting

• Forecast and create monthly cash flow as requested. 
• Report on cash reserve levels with reference to the reserves policy.
• Produce timely and accurate management and financial accounts information, as requested by the Director or Trustees each month, with full explanation on significant areas and variances from budgets, using accrual accounting methods.
• Prepare and send quarterly & yearly reports to the financial team of the International Board.
• Produce other reports and recommendations as appropriate or requested. 

2.Budgets

• Help to generate annual budgets. 
• Work with staff and Treasurer to identify risks & opportunities to help deliver within the budgets. 
• Facilitate financial support and guidance to budget holders.

3.Audit and Year End

• Prepare the information for statutory annual accounts for the auditors.
• Liaise with external auditors or equivalent, as needed.
• Submit annual returns to the Charity Commission on time. 

4.Controls, Procedures, Systems

• Ensure accounting process remains compliant with the appropriate Charities SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice).
• Manage the annual report process to ensure a quality annual report is produced with an accurate and dynamic reflection on the year that the report refers to.
• Provide support in reviewing, monitoring and developing an appropriate and effective financial framework (policies, regulations, procedures and controls) that are in line with MEM’s strategy and values.
• Ensure financial processes and policies are up to date, communicated to and understood by the staff team and the Trustees. Ensure they are also in line with any regulatory requirements.
• Ensure appropriate risk management techniques and financial controls are embedded throughout the charity at strategic and operational levels. 

5.Donor Support

• Deal with any donor queries that come by email.
• Maintain up-to-date records of donors, field staff and other contacts in the MEM’s database. 
• Support the team with gift acknowledgements.
• Set up standing orders and keep records. 
• Process and record completed Gift Aid declarations, and regularly submit Gift Aid reclaims to HMRC.

6.Financial Administration

• Input all financial data (income and expenditure) into organisation’s CRM, accounting and other relevant software.
• Prepare and follow up suppliers’ invoices for payment. 
• Make payments for all authorised invoices.
• Process expense claims and make payments. 
• Manage the banking of income (cheques and cash). 
• Schedule transfer of funds to the field on a regular basis, making sure the transfer statements have the right codes. 
• Act as one of the signatories for the bank accounts making amendments, payments and being a first point of communication with bank as required. 
• Liaise directly with the outsourced payroll provider. Prepare, submit and issue P11Ds and ensure appropriate payment. 
• Manage pension details and ensure contributions for all staff are made on time.

7.Other Duties

• Provide support during the recruitment process.
• Collate staff timesheets, keep track of holiday and staff sickness in line with MEM policies.
• Prepare and check monthly payroll details before sending to the payroll provider, including sickness reporting etc.
• Manage incoming post and liaise with Mailbox administration (mail will be forwarded to your address).
• Be the primary contact with the Charity Commission.
• Determine the insurance needs and negotiate suitable policies on a timely basis.
• Contribute to the general operation and activities of MEM’s UK team, attending meetings as required, sharing knowledge and expertise.

About the role

FLEX is looking for a passionate advocate with a good understanding of the UK political system, of labour abuse and/or exploitation and human trafficking in the UK, and demonstrable experience of coalition working and building relationships with key stakeholders working in the anti-trafficking, employment rights, and/or immigration sectors. This recruitment comes at an exciting and challenging time for our work at the intersection of employment rights and immigration policy. This role will inform and support our work to influence and improve law, policy and practice affecting worker in high-risk sectors in the UK.

In this role, you will lead on FLEX’s advocacy at the London level and coordinate the joint research advocacy and project work of FLEX networks and coalitions. These currently include the Labour Exploitation Advisory Group (LEAG) and the Taskforce on Victims of Trafficking in Immigration Detention, two networks made of expert organisations directly supporting people who have experienced or are at risk of exploitation. Above all this role requires someone with real passion and commitment to FLEX’s work to end labour exploitation and an excitement for working in a small, dynamic team.

Job Purpose: 

Volunteering Matters are partnering with Active Suffolk to recruit  6 Community Connectors to work in the following areas of Ipswich: 

• 2 x Whitton 

• 1 x Gainsborough

The ideal candidates will have strong local knowledge of the area and preferably, live within the community they are assigned to. In this role, you will have conversations with local residents (aged 18+) to capture lived experience around barriers, motivations, perceptions of being physically active in the local community. The information collected will be shared with project partners and local stakeholders to guide further learning and community development, with the goal of securing future funding for further investment in these areas.

• Identify, plan and create opportunities to have conversations with local residents around being physically active in the local community

• Identify community needs – gather information from local residents on what they value the most, the challenges they face, and what services or initiatives could benefit them. This could be done through informal conversations, community meetings, surveys 

• Share ideas with the local community and project partners/ stakeholders 

• Signpost to information and support for residents wanting to get more involved with their local community 

• Build relationships and networks locally to promote and create opportunities for conversations. 

• Conduct conversations safely and effectively in a range of settings (eg cafes, outside local schools, community events etc) to reach a diverse range of local residents

The Role

• Combining solid LAMP stack experience with strong skills in HTML, JavaScript and pre-processed CSS and a proven working knowledge of Drupal 9/10 to build accessible and high performing responsive website solutions

• A willingness to switch between the back and front end development aspects of the role depending on the requirement of each given task
