At St John's College, we're currently looking for a Property Compliance Officer to join the team.

You'll lead on day-to-day responsibilities for property, health and safety and vehicle fleet regulatory and statutory compliance at St John's College and its residential settings.

You'll routinely conduct property inspections and identify any corrective actions required, ensure that these issues are recorded, and remedial actions are followed up. You'll support with the management of the vehicle fleet, carrying out routine vehicle safety inspections, driver checks and maintain related documentation and/or systems.

You'll maintain appropriate records of reported accidents, incidents and/or dangerous occurrences and provide recommendations for improvement where required. You'll produce termly health and safety statistics for SLT, Governor and Trustee reports and other as required. You'll actively promote safe working practices and support staff and managers with the production of generic, specific or dynamic risk assessments.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Valid UK/EU driving license which is free from penalty points that relate to disqualifications or other serious road traffic offences.
• Knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical compliance in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and/or regulations.
• Practical experience of effective risk assessment and management and able to provide professional support and advice.
• Experience of using and maintaining paper and electronic records/systems and effective compliance monitoring.

My Life My Choice (MLMC) is a multi-award-winning self-advocacy charity uniquely run by and for people with learning disabilities, founded in 1998.  The charity delivers a diverse range of innovative user led projects that enhance and empower the lives of adults with learning disabilities in Oxfordshire.  These established projects include a fee earning training and consultancy Professional Services team, gig buddy, travel buddy scheme, a nightclub, campaigns and self-advocacy groups.

We are now looking for a committed individual to join our Professional Services team. The role holder will help to coordinate projects to increase skills, improve health, and build confidence and independence for our members with a learning disability. The role will involve project coordination of our exciting new Pioneering Good Health project and our award-winning Digital Inclusion project.  Please note that this role does not require an IT technician/specialist; a basic, every day, standard, all round understanding of using a laptop/device will suffice.

The post calls for an individual with excellent project coordination, administration, and communication skills. We need a resilient individual who thrives on regular face-to-face interaction with beneficiaries. As a Centre Leader, you will have responsibility for setting up, launching and running your IntoUniversity centre, including managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery. However, a substantial element of this role is delivering our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18, so you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people, including leading a class of 30 from the front, working with small teams of children and providing one-to-one support.

Knowsley Carers Centre, a network partner of the Carers Trust, is a registered charity providing information, support, advice, and a voice for carers living and caring in the Borough of Knowsley.

Knowsley Carers Centre is a growing charity, established in ~October 1997 to support the borough's 16000 unpaid/family carers.

The Health Link Worker will provide a conduit between Knowsley Carers Centre, health and social care teams and appropriate networks and forums that support carers’ interests.

Job Description

The Health Link Worker will:

• Provide information for and about carers and young carers to GP practices and health and social care teams.
• Assist in maintaining carers’ information boards in GP practices and at other health and social care locations.
• Continue to promote good practice guidance and steer relevant personnel at GP practices and other health settings through the guidance framework.
• Provide presentations, training and talks to health and social care staff on carers needs and include all aspects of caring within the awareness raising.
• Raise carer awareness in hospitals and develop carer friendly processes.
• Encourage carer participation on forums, groups and boards.
• Network with relevant organisations to raise awareness of carers issues.
• Assist in the delivery of carer awareness training in partnership with other members of the team.
• Work closely with other organisations such as Healthwatch.

The Volunteer Administration Executive will sit within the CoppaFeel! Education Team and will work closely with the Volunteer Community Executive and the Volunteer Community Manager. They will provide administrative support volunteer recruitment and onboarding; induction and training; support and supervision; and reward and recognition.

This is a remote-first role, which means you aren’t expected to come into the office. The only days you would be required to attend the office would be for our quarterly team meetings, quarterly department meetings and in person training. We will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in the office. Although the role is remote-first we have an office space where you are also welcome to work from.

Key Duties:

• To be the first point of contact for the existing network of Digital Champions in the borough, and support organisations to recruit, onboard and manage new Digital Champions.

About the role 

Working with the Salesforce Programme Manager, fellow colleagues in the Business Change team and the wider Delivery Services team, you’ll play a critical role in the successful delivery of the Salesforce programme.

Working alongside the Business Change Lead, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the Salesforce programme rollout, and actively engage with Salesforce programme stakeholders at all levels regularly to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster a positive attitude towards Salesforce.

What you’ll do:

• Design, analyse and create mechanisms in order to collect ongoing feedback from users and stakeholders and have ways of identifying resistance and managing it.

• Create and deliver clear, consistent change communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed and engaged throughout the transition process.

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to users, helping them navigate the new system, and manage and address risks and issues as they arise, and regularly monitor and report on the progress of CM activities, analyse its impact, provide opportunities for feedback and suggest improvements.

• At the end of the programme, lead the CM retrospective, ensure benefits and adoption metrics are identified, tracked and measured to demonstrate success. Lastly, provide the handover to the Business Change Lead.

Main responsibilities:

*Undertake project work, updating Standard Operating Procedures across the team.

Essential requirements:

Last year we saw a 133% growth in the numbers of young people facing homelessness coming through our doors. Now, nearly half of them are - or recently have been - sleeping rough and with the numbers of young rough sleepers in the capital growing at an alarming rate, New Horizon Youth Centre has had to take decisive action to unlock support and housing for this group. The Head of Services - Rough Sleeping is a brand-new role for the organisation and will lead on developing a new internal strategy for young people facing rough sleeping, as well as holding operational oversight of our established youth-specific street outreach function and emergency accommodation hub, both of which are unique in London. You will need to be strategic in approach and an excellent relationship builder. You will act as our lead colleague on relationships with the Greater London Authority and London Councils’ rough sleeping teams, working with them to ensure our learning and insights inform policy and ultimately open up access to emergency support for those under 25. Alongside this you will need a keen eye for operational detail, have experience of delivering homelessness services, and be passionate about piloting new solutions to prevent homelessness among young people. More than anything you will need to champion what young people can achieve, be committed to collaborating with others and determined to find a way.

TPP are recruiting an EQA Manager on behalf of our client, a highly respected awarding organisation dedicated to ensuring the safe and fair awarding of qualifications.

The Role:

As the EQA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing external quality assurance processes and procedures, maintaining high standards and compliance with regulatory and awarding organisation requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage all EQAs, including performance management processes.
• Lead recruitment efforts and ensuring appropriate training for EQAs.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of EQA processes and procedures to uphold regulatory compliance.
• Deliver annual budget reports to the Head of Access and Compliance, providing detailed forecasting and recommendations.
• Develop and execute annual training and development plans for centres, EQAs, and internal colleagues.
• Create centre-based training materials and handbooks.
• Supervise standardisation activities and materials for EQAs, both internally and externally.
• Offer recommendations to the Head of Access and Compliance regarding external quality assurance and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Assist the broader organisation in readiness for inspections, audits, and self-assessments.
• Coordinate and ensure EQAs allocation to carry out monitoring in line for CASS strategy.

Requirements:

• Project and line management experience.
• Knowledge of current education legislation.
• Knowledge of awarding body and regulatory structures.
• Experience in external quality assurance processes and report writing.
• Understanding of post-16 education and lifelong learning.
• Excellent organisational skills, diligence and integrity.
• Experience of networking with key stakeholders.

  Additional information:

• Travel will be required in this role between the group's offices and nationally.
