We are looking for a Senior Keyworker
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Location: Kent (Canterbury) – also in community probations
Hours: 25 Hours per week, with some working from home
Contract: Fixed term until 2025 (possibility to extend to 2026)

About the role:
Working as a Senior Keyworker you will be responsible for supervising a small group of keyworkers, planned and ad-hoc supervision is an integral part of the Senior role, and you will be supporting keyworkers with monthly supervision and have oversight of safeguarding for the women they work with. You will be supporting the quality control for the region which will include dip-checks and data input.
About You:
To be successful as the Senior Keyworker you will need the below experience and skills:
You will have an in-depth knowledge of the range of needs and interventions required for women offenders. The ability to lead a small team to deliver inclusive, innovative and professional services. The ability to not only maintain own a small caseload of women, never compromising on quality engagements, but also to role model best practice and lead a small team of Kent wide Keyworkers

In your role as a Community Keyworker, you will be working with women involved in the Criminal Justice System; those on Probation in the Community and those women being released from Prison as part of their Post Sentence Supervision; providing some in-reach and ‘Through the Gate’ support. You will be working in a team of Community Keyworkers in your region. Each Keyworker will provide holistic one to one community support to women with a variety of needs.
About You:
To be successful as the Community Key Worker you will need the below experience and skills.
You will need to hold a UK driving licence with access to car that can be used for work purposes. A creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder with have good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also, experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions within the Kent

This role is for a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Kent Talking Therapies service.
Because we want them to be the best PWPs that they can be, we are proud to provide our PWPs with the following:
- Clinical and case management supervision, 4 weekly reflective practice groups and group supervision, additional ad hoc supervision, which is above and beyond the National Talking Therapies recommended amount
- A supportive Step 2 Clinical Lead team that advocate for clinical excellence and incorporate our therapists views into service change
- Deliver an in house high quality monthly CPD programme covering a range of topics such as refreshers of key PWP interventions, working with clients from neurodivergent and LGBTQI+ communities.
- Career development opportunities such as accessing Long-Term Conditions or PWP Supervisor training, becoming a Champion, or applying for roles such as Step 2 Manager or Step 2 Clinical Lead
- We also lead interface meetings with Secondary Care services, to improve client journey

We’re recruiting experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our WithYou NHS Talking Therapies service in Kent to provide high volume low intensity interventions based on self management interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression, deliver computerised CBT through Silvercloud and carrying out patient centred assessments. To apply for this role, you should have, or be soon to complete training in CBT based low intensity interventions and hold BABCP or BPS accreditation (or eligibility towards obtaining the Accreditation). We are looking for an individual with previous experience of carrying out assessments related to mental health and working with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, in a Talking Therapies service.

Additional Information:
This is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours per week. The position will be home based, but travel within Kent will be needed for in person client work in the community, team training and meetings.
