Strategic Objectives of the Role
You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, shaping and developing programme proposals put forward by International Needs partners which have a strong fit with fundraising opportunities in the UK. Developing strong partnerships to ensure effective programme delivery, and evidencing programme impact through strong communication and reporting are also key. This role is central to our mission and requires someone who both professes and practices the Christian faith in accordance with our Statement of Faith.
Responsibilities
- Advance Programme Design and Delivery - building and nurturing deep prayerful relationships, supporting partners develop programmes that meet real community needs and strengthening planning, execution and monitoring
- Enhance Programme Quality and Accountability – providing full programme cycle oversight, maintaining programme excellence and financial integrity and delivering effective reporting to all stakeholders
- Build Capacity in International Partnerships – equipping partners with tools and guidance to improve project design, implementation, and impact measurement whilst fostering a learning environment to build capacity for local sustainability and leadership
- Drive Impact Communication and Fundraising Collaboration - Translate outcomes into compelling impact stories, working closely with fundraising colleagues to align programme insights with donor engagement.
- Support Organisational Growth and Innovation - advise leadership on funding opportunities and partnership development to support strategic decision-making, participating in cross-functional initiatives to further the mission and operational excellence of the charity. Be active in team prayer, spiritual formation, and the life of the organisation.

Key Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project/ministry management which can include lived experience of mission project delivery

We are looking for an exceptional, value-driven candidate who can hit the ground running as our Legal Education Officer, working closely with the Director and the rest of our small and dynamic Right to Remain team.
The person must be someone who understands the Right to Remain ethos and is prepared to bring their whole self to our organisation. Needless to say, the role requires an impeccable grasp of the asylum and immigration system and its operation on the ground, including how it impacts our community of people seeking asylum, refugees, migrants, their families, friends and allies. It requires an ability to help and guide our community to navigate the complex and hostile asylum and immigration system.
You will be working closely with the Director and the rest of our small and dynamic Right to Remain staff team: another Legal Education Officer based in Leeds (generally) covering the North, the Organiser based in Manchester leading our mighty These Walls Must Fall, and the Engagement Officer based in London. In particular, the post holder will be closely coordinating their work with another Legal Education Officer in Leeds. The post holder is also expected to be already embedded in the local and regional asylum and migration field, familiar with its dynamics and able to tap into their existing relationships and connections with local groups and actors.

You will deliver interactive workshops on the legal system for people navigating that system as well as professionals and volunteers. You will engage with our network of community groups to ensure that we are apprised of developments on the ground and we are communicating important changes to these support groups. You will also work with the Director and other colleagues to develop and deliver specific public legal education projects, when necessary. You must have outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences, in a manner that reflects Right to Remain’s mission and values.

Team Coordinator
We are seeking a confident and creative Global Team Coordinator to support and nurture our international teams delivering joy to children in crisis worldwide.
The Flying Seagull Project is a charity dedicated to ensuring no childhood passes without proper play, big belly laughs and feeling valuable. We work across the UK and internationally, delivering circus, music, art, dance and play experiences to children facing the harshest of crises due to poverty, war, isolation and illness.
Position: Global Team Coordinator
Salary: £32,000 pro rata
Location: Remote with occasional travel for meetings
Hours: 28 hours per week

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Team Coordinator is a varied and essential role combining people management, team coordination and administrative support. The central purpose of this role is helping us to engage, support, recognise and retain our most valuable asset, our international performers, volunteers and core team.
Key responsibilities include
• Managing team calendars, bookings and logistics for global projects
• Booking team travel and accommodation
• Liaising with the Global Projects Coordinator to staff projects appropriately
• Identifying, recruiting and arranging training for local teams in international locations
• Supporting recruitment of international performers and volunteers
• Organising and managing training programmes
• Developing and running a rewards and recognition programme
• Managing the team wellbeing programme
• Maintaining global databases and booking systems including Salesforce and Better Impact
• Supporting the CEO and Executive Director with administrative tasks
About You
You will be a dynamic, confident and friendly individual with experience coordinating international teams. You will be highly organised, people focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
