About Us:
Baca is dedicated to providing support and care to 16 to 18 year old unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are newly arrived in the country, helping them rebuild their strength, dignity, and hope for the future. We work closely with social workers and representatives from other agencies to benefit the young people in our care.
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will be a key worker for several young people in Baca's care, providing high-quality holistic and therapeutic support for their transition to adulthood. You will deliver services in line with Baca’s Theory of Change, ensuring the highest quality outcomes in physical and emotional wellbeing, education, employment, training, social engagement, and personal safety.

About Finance at Hope into Action
The finance function of Hope into Action is small team comprising the Finance Manager, the Finance Administrators (job-share) and a volunteer reporting to the Head of Operations. It is largely paperless and supports our 44 staff with accounts payable and receivable functions. It works in conjunction with the other departments to deliver timely, accurate and strategic financial information for both the Executive Team and the Board of Trustees.
About the role
The Finance Manager is a key role in enabling Hope into Action fulfil its vision of every church lovingly making a home for those experiencing homelessness.
The role is broad ranging; from managing the Finance Administrators, supporting their work when needed and also producing the monthly management accounts within our target of 10 working days from the month end.
In addition, you will support the year end work by producing the schedules required by auditors, take a lead in the annual budgeting process, produce the biannual investor statements and compile the Gift Aid returns.
You will be expected to meet regularly with budget holders to help them achieve their targets and/or devise a plan to bring them back on track.

You will be adaptable and equally comfortable with bank reconciliations as writing a commentary on the management accounts. About Care4Calais
Care4Calais is a volunteer-based charity providing essential aid and support for refugees in France and the UK.
In the UK, we collect and distribute clothing, shoes, mobile phones, and other essential items, alongside offering social support and access to legal, medical, and educational services. About the Role
Care4Calais is recruiting two Operations Coordinators to support its humanitarian operations in northern France. Lead on collating relevant research, legacy and archived work, frameworks, guides and case studies.

Develop key comms messaging for Stour Trust's social media platforms.

Support copy and narrative writing for the organisation's mission areas..

Support Stour Trust's three strategic project areas: Land & Spatial Justice, Racial & Economic Justice and Policy.

Develop project delivery frameworks and timelines to support clear accountability and communication for projects, using project management tools

Develop simple pitch decks, posters, case studies and proposals for partners or collaborators and manage sub-contractors as needed.

Support key partnerships and relationships keeping the team up to date on key events.

Attend relevant in-person and virtual meetings and sessions to support the team.

Manage a small budget in relation to projects including website development.

Support other areas of Stour Trust's work.
