Job Title: Supporter Care Officer
Responsible to: Individual Giving Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: USPG, 5 Trinity Street, London, SE1 1DB
Hours of work: Full time - 35 hours per week

The Job
Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, the Supporter Care Officer role sits within the Communications, Engagement and Fundraising team. USPG is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to join our small but growing fundraising team. The post holder will be the first port of call for all incoming communications and will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager to ensure that our supporters feel valued. The role is also responsible for maintaining the data and developing supporter care processes.
You
You are highly organised, enthusiastic and flexible with a passion for delivering an excellent supporter experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, data handling and administration. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible, can-do attitude. The role holder will be used to co-ordinating a varied workload, working in close collaboration with colleagues and delivering to deadlines. They will have excellent IT skills and experience of working with databases.

We are looking for our new Campaigns Coordinator for Birmingham Friends of the Earth.
If you are passionate about environmental campaigning, and love supporting and working alongside committed voluntary activists, we’d like to hear from you. You do not need to have had a similar paid role in the past to apply for this role.
Birmingham Friends of the Earth (BFoE) is a non-profit organisation campaigning to create a more sustainable and fairer Birmingham. We empower others to take action, we hold decision-makers to account on climate change, waste, nature and clean air, and we make sure environmental justice is at the heart of everything we do, campaigning intersectionally and inclusively. As well as having an active volunteer-led campaigns group, we run The Warehouse, our lively environmental community centre in Digbeth and a key centre for the city’s activism. BFoE is linked to Friends of the Earth, the national organisation, but independent and able to campaign on issues that matter to us, in ways that resonate with us.
The purpose of the role, part of our small staff team of 5, is to lead our campaigns activity, working with and supporting our campaigns group.
We welcome applications from those for whom this would be their first paid campaigns role. Experience of voluntary activism and enthusiasm to develop your skills and grow into the role are more important than ticking all the boxes.

Senior Programme Officer

Salary: £35,000
Contract: Full-time, 12 months FTC
The role
Are you passionate about creating impact for young entrepreneurs around the world? Youth Business International (YBI) is looking for a highly motivated Senior Programme Officer join our Development & Programmes team and play a key role supporting the coordination, delivery, and quality of global programmes.
You will support a range of projects—from programme implementation and grant reporting to MEL and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation and delivery of a portfolio of programmes
- Support MEL colleagues to monitor delivery of project outputs and outcomes against targets
- Assisting with funder engagement, reporting and proposal development
You’ll be working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with an international scope. If you are highly organised, proactive, with a strong eye for detail and experience in programme coordination or management this role is for you.
