About us

Chell Fundraising Ltd was founded to give affordable, high-quality fundraising solutions to charities throughout the UK. We exist to support charities of all sizes with their unique fundraising needs and have a vision to see a time where charities are no longer held back due to lack of funds. We now have an exciting vacancy for a driven individual to join our small and passionate team with opportunities to professionally develop as our organisation grows.

About you

We are looking for someone who shares our vision, has excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills, as well as a genuine heart for the third sector. For this role, fundraising experience would be an advantage although not a requirement as full training will be given. 80% of our clients are churches and Christian ministries. This being the case, whilst it is not an occupational requirement to be a practicing Christian, it would be advantageous if you were familiar with Christian culture in the 21st Century.

The Role

You will help to deliver a wide range of fundraising packages, each tailored to our client’s brief and supporting our fundraising consultants. When representing a client on any fundraising task, you will communicate on behalf of each client with their specific voice, visions, passions and ethos. Based on your skills and experience this could include:

  • Trust fundraising

  • Event Management

  • Direct Mail and Online Giving Campaigns

  • Major Donor/Corporate Fundraising and Prospect Research

  • Fundraising Training

Please do read through the Job Description and Person Specification for this role before sending a CV and covering letter to our Fundraising Director, Mark Perkins

Stage 1: The first stage of the application process will be an informal phone interview.

Stage 2: If successful we will then invite you to the second stage interview held at our office in Wigan
