MAIN PURPOSE:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fundraising Manager to lead and grow a diverse income portfolio across multiple fundraising disciplines.
This is a leadership role responsible for contributing to and delivering a national fundraising strategy aligned to Brainkind’s organisational priorities, financial sustainability goals, and growth ambitions.
The postholder will manage and develop a small fundraising team, embed high-performance standards, and drive income generation across statutory trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, events, and individual giving.

About the role
As a Senior Lead in Individual Giving & Supporter Experience, you’ll manage a high-performing team and oversee a varied programme of supporter communications and journeys. We are more ambitious than ever, and this role will have income responsibility of over £15m, so you will be working across complex and large-scale budgets and communication plans. Working across departments, you’ll embed a collaborative and insight-led approach to donor retention and supporter experience.
You will lead the strategic planning and delivery of supporter development activity, from multi-channel appeals to tailored stewardship, and helping to grow income from regular giving and repeat giving audiences, as well as collaborating with Acquisition and Mid-Value and Legacy teams to grow a sustainable income pipeline. The warm Christmas appeal will be a key campaign moment in your year, and you’ll help ensure new supporters feel thanked, inspired, and motivated to stay with us for the long term.
You’ll also help build the business case for future supporter Development investment and flex to support the wider Individual Giving and Supporter Experience team as priorities shift.
You have collective responsibility with your lead peers in the expansion of year-round campaigns, Regular Giving and Legacy expressions of interest. These are our team goals, in which we all play our part.

That's where you come in.
As Face to Face Manager, you won't just be keeping the plates spinning. You'll be shaping strategy, building business cases, improving data and reporting, managing agencies and an in-house team, and helping take this programme to the next level. You'll have direct access to the firefighters themselves, whose stories are among the most compelling anywhere in the charity sector.
What you'll bring:
A solid grounding or at least a strong working knowledge in face to face or dialogue fundraising, whether from the charity side or an agency background. Strong data skills and confidence with KPIs and reporting. The strategic instinct to see the bigger picture, not just the next campaign. And the personality to thrive in a remote, relationship-driven role where no two weeks look the same.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus. A solutions-focused mindset is a must.

Over 10,000 people from the UK fire and rescue community were supported last year. The charity has 45,000+ regular givers. Individual giving income already exceeds £4m and F2F has significant room to grow. The person who takes this role will be a key part of making that happen.

About the Role
The role sits within the Communications, Engagement and Fundraising (CEF) directorate and reports to its director. About Woman's Trust
The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. About the role
As Fundraising Manager, you will support income generation for Woman’s Trust, led by the Head of Fundraising (HOF). You will focus on securing five figure grants, corporate donations and community/public donations, and support the increase of or ganisational income from £1.2m to £3m in the next 3 years.
You will effectively communicate our services and campaign aims and develop funder partnerships and relationships aligned to our strategic priorities. The Living Wage Foundation is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Media and Communications Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive communications professional with a strong background in media relations, public messaging, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in working to tight deadlines, responding to last-minute changes, and prioritising competing demands in a high-profile environment. They will be motivated to amplify the Living Wage Foundation’s mission of tackling low pay and insecure work.
The postholder will lead all media, messaging, and external affairs work, developing and implementing a proactive media strategy that supports our mission and key campaigns, such as Living Wage Week and the annual Rates announcement. As a skilled media professional, you will oversee all communications outputs, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment, while delivering media training and refining key messaging to maximise reach and impact.
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our political engagement efforts, building cross-party support and working with political leaders, mayoral teams, and other key stakeholders to promote our initiatives. You’ll manage two direct reports (Events Manager and Media Manager) who each hold line management responsibilities, and you will play a critical role within our Senior Management Team, collaborating closely with the Head of Communications to shape the overall direction of our communications work. This role will work closely with Citizens UK colleagues, including the Citizens UK communications team on cross-organisational priorities. You will report to the Head of Communications.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing and allocating part of the communications team budget, expanding team capacity, and driving the team’s effectiveness.
