It would be ideal if you have a CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing - or you'd be willing to work towards it. You'll bring a proven track record in managing anti-social behaviour, as well as a strong knowledge of rent collection processes and legal frameworks around income recovery. As you'll be travelling across our Accent sites and estates, you'll need a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
