The Pepper Foundation is a local charity funding children’s hospice care at home, specialised play and family days for children living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
The Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser will be joining Pepper at an exciting time as we launch our new three-year fundraising strategy. Backed by committed investment and with full Board approval, we are delighted to be growing the charity to deliver sustainable income that directly supports local children and families with hospice care in the comfort of their own homes.
Working closely with the Head of Trusts & Foundations, you will play a pivotal role in increasing income from trusts and foundations by developing and managing a strong pipeline of funders, securing new grants, and building long-term relationships that lead to increased and multi-year support. You will research and prepare compelling applications to both new and existing funders, alongside producing timely, engaging reports that clearly demonstrate impact.
This role requires a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for writing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional cultivation, stewardship and relationship management of trusts and foundations aligned with our mission.
Your work will directly support hospice at home care, specialist play services, and meaningful family days out for children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions – making a tangible difference to families during the most difficult of times.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week working from home – applicants must live within Hertfordshire or Buckinghamshire (or surrounding counties)
Salary: £19,800 per annum for 22.5 hours per week (£33,000 FTE per annum)

As our Corporate Fundraiser, you’ll be the key point of contact for businesses and corporate supporters who want to engage and support Red Sky Foundation. What You’ll Be Doing
Building strong, lasting relationships with businesses and corporate supporters across the North East and beyond.
Identifying and approaching new companies to secure fundraising partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
Supporting businesses with fundraising activities, campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
Managing a pipeline of prospective corporate supporters and charity partnership opportunities.
Developing tailored partnership proposals and presentations.
Acting as the main point of contact for corporate fundraising enquiries via phone, email and meetings.
Maintaining communications and regular contact with supporters throughout their fundraising journey – thanking them, sharing impact updates and encouraging continued support.
Networking and presenting at business events, exhibitions and community functions to enhance Red Sky Foundation’s profile.
Supporting the Events Manager with corporate attendance, sponsorship and engagement at key fundraising events, including some evening and weekend working.
Supporting babies, children and adults with complex cardiac conditions, and saving lives with public access defibrillators and CPR education programme

About the role
Sitting within the Community & Events Team, and more broadly the Income & Engagement Department, the Community Fundraising Officer plays a vital role in supporting the long-term growth, development, and delivery of Sands’ community fundraising activities.
This is a new role at Sands, and it is an exciting time to join our growing team. This role will support acquisition activity, national campaign delivery and provide outstanding stewardship to fundraisers, community group and Sands groups, maximising their fundraising efforts and strengthening their relationship to Sands. You will also support the development of Sands regional fundraising approach, providing operational and administrative support to the Community Fundraising Manager.
The role is key to enabling the scaling of national community campaigns, enhancing supporter led fundraising activity, delivering high quality supporter stewardship, and supporting the future development of Sands’ emerging regional fundraising model.

Supporter Engagement & Fundraising Communications Manager — Go Beyond £35,000–£37,000 | Fully Remote | Permanent | Full-time
Go Beyond has given over 21,000 vulnerable children life-changing residential breaks since 1994. Young carers who spend their days looking after parents. Children living in poverty for whom a school holiday means hunger, not adventure. Children who've been bullied or bereaved and need a week away from their ordinary life.
The charity is entirely self-funded. £1.8 million a year, every penny raised by supporters. No government money. Which means the work this fundraising team does is directly and specifically what makes those breaks possible.
This is the role that sits at the heart of that.
What makes this moment unusual:
Go Beyond's flagship campaign, Ice Cream Moments, launches this summer — backed by Louis Theroux, James Acaster, David Gower and Jenny Agutter. The trustees want to go viral. A legacy programme is built and ready to launch. An alumni programme connecting with 21,000+ former beneficiaries is research-complete and waiting for someone to open the door. And a loyal supporter base of 200–300 regular givers — many of whom have been giving for over a decade — is generating £90,000 a year with almost no stewardship behind it.
Sara, the Director of Fundraising, describes what's needed like this: "Think of this as your own company. Think of this income stream as your domain — you could make it something amazing."
What the role involves:
The Supporter Engagement & Fundraising Communications Manager will own the supporter communications function end to end. This is a project management and strategy role — not an execution role. The doing sits with two direct reports and a network of freelancers. Your job is to build the plan, manage the team, deliver the campaigns and make sure the data tells you what's working.

Charity sector experience is welcome but not essential. Commercial direct marketing, agency-side or individual giving backgrounds are all genuinely considered.
