Engagement
- Acting as the digital community lead for engagement of our online communities on social media and the Live Well Hub, including guiding team members to follow best practice.

- Engaging and participating in online community groups and discussions beyond our channels.
Brand communication
- Ensuring all activity aligns with brand priorities.
- Championing on-brand messaging. Acting as a trusted expert on brand tone of voice.

- Sharing best practice with the wider organisation and continuing professional development.
Creative skills
- Generating and developing creative and innovative ideas with a good eye for brand, design, film and photography.

- Editing small amounts of audio or video (desirable).
Essential skills:

Summary
The Wikimedia Foundation is the non-profit organization that operates Wikipedia – one of the most popular websites in the world, viewed 15 billion times every month. Alongside the Wikimedia Foundation, our movement is composed of affiliate organizations, independent organizations established to support volunteers in a specific language, region or topic. Affiliates are funded by the Wikimedia Foundation, and some in independent fundraising to support their activities.
The Wikimedia Foundation seeks a Fundraising Training Consultant to work with Wikimedia affiliates to grow and develop their fundraising processes and capacity. In this one-year, 30 hour/week contract role (with potential option for renewal) you will be responsible for working with affiliates to understand their fundraising needs and challenges, and to provide them strategic guidance and support as they put in place necessary structures and processes that will aid their fundraising efforts. This role will focus on building the capacity of affiliates to raise funds from a variety of new-to-the-movement donors, including government, multinational and multilateral funding opportunities, and local high networth individuals, as well as advising on systems and structures (e.g. Board composition) for strategic fundraising.
With affiliates located around the globe, the person in this role will need to be skilled in relationship management and cross-cultural communication. This role involves close collaboration with affiliate fundraisers and leadership. You will report to the Major Gifts Stewardship Manager (Fundraising) and work closely with the Vice President of Community Growth. This is a one-year contract and remote role that offers flexible scheduling with a commitment of 30 hours per week.

Senior CRM Database Officer

We are looking for a Senior CRM Database Officer to work on BAU data process improvements, complex SQL selections, data imports and CRM training. This is an exciting time to join the team, as Mencap are currently in the early stages of a CRM Migration project, to transition from alms NET to Salesforce.
As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data. You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets. In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides. You will also maintain and develop our CRM data systems, ensuring our data accuracy & integrity meets all Fundraising compliance standards.
This is a permanent full-time role. We offer flexible working with at least one day per week (Tuesday) based in our London office near Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations.

CoppaFeel! is looking for a detail-oriented Database and Insight Manager who has experience working with Beacon CRM or other relational databases. This newly created role will support our digital transformation as we move onto a new CRM system and will have ongoing responsibility for our database and supporting information flows for teams to improve insight management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of a new CRM strategy at CoppaFeel! to ensure we continue to develop a culture where we use data to make informed decisions.
- Support the project management of the onboarding process of our new CRM provider Beacon, working collaboratively with project leads and delivery agencies.
- Collaborate with all directorates to manage data, maintain stakeholder records and communication preferences.
- Support data cleansing on our current database eTapestry, assessing existing data for migration to the new system later this year.
- Lead the ongoing training and support to colleagues on Beacon CRM database.
- Ensure our database and other data solutions comply with data standards and maximum value can be obtained from the data captured.
- Create dashboards and visualisations, providing insights to enhance how CoppaFeel! measures impact and tracks performance.
- Create and manage bespoke reports to provide insights for teams.
- Improve the data flows from third party software to our CRM system, supporting colleagues with its functionality.
- Translate data into easy to understand information and reports.
- Identify improvements to data processes (Eg collecting / collating data/ automations etc) and project manage their implementation.
- Work collaboratively across CoppaFeel! to collect user requirements for new and existing data products.
- Responsible for data imports and data flows.
- Maintain and manage consent on the CRM ensuring GDPR compliance.
