We are seeking an experienced fundraiser with a passion for our mission to equip our organisation with the financial resources needed to meet our objectives as we work to scale our fundraising by growing our charitable income across all funding streams, maximising supporter engagement and fulfilling fundraising operational duties such as ensuring that we have a database that is organised, up to date and fit for purpose.
This is a new role, joining a small but growing Fundraising Team, and having a real input into our plans and strategies for the future. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will oversee most fundraising income generation activity.
The Fundraising Manager will build positive relationships to secure significant income and develop new relationships specifically with churches and individuals, bringing in regular and targeted income through regular donations, fundraising campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have fundraising experience covering several areas including Individual Giving; Churches, Fundraising Appeals/Campaigns as well as experience in managing the operational aspects of fundraising (database, compliance with codes of practice and fundraising regulations, creating fundraising campaigns and ‘asks’). Through this, you will assist the whole organisation in our commitment to showing kindness, raising self-belief, and inspiring hope for the future in the individuals we serve.
Main duties and responsibilities
Fundraising Overview
1. Develop, deliver, and monitor a fundraising strategy for Pecan.
2. Maximise the contributions and connections with local churches and individuals.
3. Coordinate all Appeals including the Pecan and Foodbank Christmas fundraising campaigns and Big Give Campaigns across all income and media streams.
4. Research and utilise new fundraising streams and opportunities across Pecan such as Payroll Giving, Legacies, in Memory Giving and Online Giving.
Supporter Engagement and Stewardship
1. Establish systems, procedures, proactive stewardship, and an engagement programme to provide the highest levels of service to Pecan’s supporters.
2. To be responsible for thanking all supporters and managing a supporter engagement journey – ensuring that effective processes are in place and driving levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Act as the ‘first point of call’ for all supporters and managing complaints and issues, ensuring they are reported centrally within agreed procedures, that they are resolved or escalated as necessary and maintaining excellent communication with supporters throughout these processes.
4. Develop and implement stewardship programmes including reactivation of lapsed donors.
Database Management
1. Assist with setting up our CRM database with responsibility of developing and maintaining the database, ensuring efficient, appropriate data capture and analysis for the purpose of effective stewardship, fundraising and communications.
2. Maintain data management standards, assisting with the implementation of processes and policies ensuring best practice is followed.
3. Train other staff members to be able to use the database sufficiently.
4. Ensure all records, fundraising data and fundraising administration is kept up to date and all information is GDPR-compliant.
5. Reconcile fundraising income with the Finance Manager, including Gift Aid claims, missed, failed payments and Direct Debit cancellations.
Individual Giving
1. Develop an Individual Giving and Acquisition strategy that drives growth for individual giving across multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
2. Lead all individual giving streams such as direct mail appeals, online donations, regular campaigns and appeals to maximise income generation.
3. Work with the Marketing Manager on fundraising communication and to ensure donors are kept up to date on the difference their support makes.
4. Develop campaigns and messaging that engages new segments and audiences.
Church Giving
1. Inspire churches to journey with us as we transform lives in Peckham.
2. Pioneer and develop a broad range of relationships with churches, organisations, and denominations across Southwark.
3. Work strategically with denominations to inspire partnership and engagement with Pecan across their networks and congregations.
4. Build a team of speakers who will host and speak at meetings with churches and Christian networks in Southwark.
5. Be willing to represent Pecan at external events, including Christian exhibitions and festivals, church talks etc…
6. Increase income from churches.
Fundraising Appeals and Campaigns
1. Work alongside teams and Partnerships Manager to project manage fundraising appeals and campaigns including Pecan at 35yrs; Christmas Campaigns etc.
2. Overall responsibility for Big Give Campaigns.
3. Oversight of Enthuse campaign pages.
4. Establish a corporate fundraising strategy with an accompanying narrative, alongside the Partnerships Manager, to explain the work of Pecan to potential company supporters.
5. Tailor campaigns and appeals for different audiences and supporters alongside Partnerships Manager to target corporates; smaller local businesses; individuals and churches.
Staff and Volunteers
1. Support with recruiting fundraising volunteers as appropiate.
2. Management of a part time Partnerships Manager with responsibility.
3. Work closely with Head of Services and Head of Food Services to ensure all fundraising is coordinated.
Wider organisational responsibilities
· Attend Pecan team meetings as and when required, including meetings where there may be a time of prayer and reflection.
· Read and adhere to all policies and procedures.
· Lead on applications to charitable trusts or statutory bodies with support from the Head of Services.
· Undertake responsibilities associated with being a member of the Pecan team.

The role
Reporting to the Events and Community Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role as part of the Fundraising Team by providing the highest levels of fundraising and event administration support to ensure the provision of seamless, excellent supporter care and assistance to our supporters. Specific fundraising streams will include, but not be limited to, London Marathon, Other Runs and Challenges, Community Fundraising, Special Events and other streams as needed.

Responsibilities
In this position you will:
· Be a primary contact point for our London Marathon runners to provide excellent customer care and increase fundraising potential
· Answer general public and supporter enquiries that come in by telephone, email, social media and WhatsApp groups and mail in a way that makes them feel important and valued regardless of the nature of their enquiry
· Assist with the processing of all income (cash, cheques, online platform donations) correctly into the Donorfy database, and thank or pass to relevant team members for thanking in a timely manner
· Record as necessary enquiries, correspondence and responses on our Donorfy database
· Be a primary point of contact for our Challenge Event fundraisers. Build excellent relationships with them and provide materials and support, liaising before, during and following their activity/event as needed
· To work with the team to provide support for key fundraising activities such as the London Marathon and other challenge and running events. This will include assisting with event administration, proactively making telephone calls in response to applications for places in London Marathon and to encourage fundraising, answering telephone calls, responding to emails WhatsApp and Facebook messages, thanking participants, sending materials to participants and updating records on Donorfy
· Monitoring Social Media and assisting with providing content for these channels/platforms
· Communications support: this may include contributing content for appeals, website and enewsletters and will include monitoring stewardship schedules and deadlines where needed
· Act as liaison for BRUK’s administration where needed with our fulfilment house and/or other suppliers

Main responsibilities:
Fundraising
· Develop and implement integrated fundraising, marketing and PR campaigns designed to significantly increase the Hospital’s voluntary income.
· Create and promote compelling and engaging content for web, social media, and email – ensuring that all comms have clear goals and outcomes.
· Manage the key relationships with the Guild fundraising Committee and the SOA fundraising committee including comms, marketing, and event support as well as helping to manage the key relationships with the Knights Templar sub-groups, and the County Priory Groups across the UK.
· To put in place measures for evaluating the effectiveness of all fundraising, PR and marketing activity ensuring robust data collection, analysis procedures, and making suggestions for improvements where required.
· Manage the production of key organisational publications – including, the Jerusalem Scene magazine, Annual Report, Strategic Plan, Annual Leaflet, and other promotional materials.
· To work closely with the Executive Head of UK Office and project partners to deliver a new website, contributing expertise and ideas in regard to its look, feel and functionality.
· Take responsibility for the ongoing management and maintenance of the website, working with external consultants where required to resolve issues.
· Understand and apply the principles of up-to-date SEO.
· Working with colleagues in Jerusalem to maintain a bank of compelling messages, narratives, and case studies for use across all external communications.
PR & Media
· To actively promote the charity’s fundraising endeavours including drafting all external and internal messaging to both new and existing supporters – e.g. email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, letters, speeches, presentations etc. for senior staff and volunteers.
· Managing press and media opportunities related to SJEHG’s fundraising activities.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with press and media, proactively pitching stories to secure media coverage, drafting press releases, media plans, articles, and other materials for SJEHG’s fundraising activities.
· To provide counsel and advice to senior leadership on external and internal messaging, as required.
Other
· To assist with the management of the marketing budget, monitoring expenses, ensuring cost effectiveness, seeking to maximise return on investment.

Salford Foodbank provides emergency food parcels to local people who are referred to us in crisis. Food is donated, sorted and packed at our warehouse, then delivered to our 7 centres across Salford, where teams of volunteers greet people as they pick up their food parcels. People can also access support and advice at our centres to help them maximise their income and ensure they are less likely to need to use the foodbank again.
You’ll be joining a friendly team of 6 part-time staff, 6 Trustees and approx. 80 volunteers, all dedicated to supporting people facing hardship. We are part of The Trussell Trust, a nationwide network of foodbanks.
Rate of pay: £21,000 per annum for 22.5 hours per week (£35,000 FTE pro-rata)
Full-time / part-time: Part time role 22.5 hours per week (flexible, home based within the North West with some contact hours at Salford Foodbank warehouse/office)

This is an exciting opportunity to help Cambridge City Food Bank realise it’s vision of ending the need for foodbanks, through an ambitious strategy creating a network of affordable food clubs, financial inclusion projects, and campaigning to change current systems which contribute to food insecurity – and working alongside it’s eight existing foodbank welcome centres.
In order to realise this ambition, we need to establish a new programme of fundraising growth, that can increase our annual income from circa £700K to in excess of £1M.
Through this new organisational role, you’ll proactively create and grow fundraising income opportunities with individuals, corporate partners, granting giving trusts and foundations, and community groups. You'll be at the heart of our local community, bringing our cause to life and building lasting donor relationships.
Through your fundraising expertise, you will have a proven track record of building relationships with corporate partners, individuals and other donors to achieve and exceed annual income targets and KPI’s. Main Duties:

● Work with and support external consultants and colleagues across CCFb and the wider Trussell Trust networks to help secure fundraising partnerships and income from grant giving trusts and foundations.

Fundraising Development
· Work with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Development, external advisor(s), commissioned agencies and the appeal committee to deliver a multi-year major fundraising appeal
· Work with the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Manger to deliver and implement a legacy pipeline and growth in In-Memory giving income
· Work with the Individual Giving Fundraising Manager to deliver and implement a strategy which prioritises both the retention and acquisition of new donors, enhances the use of digital products, platforms, and channels and delivers the highest standard of supporter care and donor stewardship.
· Lead on the introduction of a charity lottery.
· Work with relevant colleagues to deliver a new strategy and plan which prioritises deepening and strengthening existing relationships and building a strong pipeline of new prospects to deliver multi-year funding from major donors, high profile supporters, trusts, foundations, and companies.

We are looking for a Fundraising Officer to lead the administration of CCT’s tiered membership programmes, annual and church-based appeals, legacies, and fundraising events. The Fundraising Officer will also support in the creation of marketing materials to support these initiatives.
Following the growth in audience development through online events and digital activity, CCT welcomed younger and international members and increased the number of donations. This role will lead our individual giving campaigns ensuring key audiences see the impact of the charity and are motivated to donate to support the continuation of our work. It will build on existing successful campaigns, including our Christmas Star appeal, and create new and engaging additions. You will ensure the donor journey is sensitive, engaging and straightforward and place a high importance on the ongoing stewardship of donors.
You will report to the Head of Fundraising and work alongside our Fundraising Team to ensure plans align and budget targets are achieved. You will work closely with the Campaign Manager and Data Manager to target individual giving effectively across South Yorkshire, Bassetlaw and North Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and implement the individual giving donor journey to increase the charity’s individual gifts including regular and pay roll giving.

Main purpose of post
The main purpose of this post it to work alongside the Events Manager and Fundraising team to help deliver a range of charity events, both Weston Park Cancer Charity led and third part events, throughout the year. This will also involve seeking out new opportunities and events that the charity can get involved with in order to continually grow the events portfolio year on year.

• Provide support as well as lead on other events that the charity may be involved with throughout the year including hospital engagement events.

• Provide high level donor care to support donors on their ‘journey’ for those taking on an event for the charity, through exploring opportunities to feel connected and enthusiastic about the work that we do. This will involve welcoming supporters, sending them good lucks and following up with them post event to see how they got on.
• Work closely with our fundraising platform, Raisely, to give our supporters the best stewardship journey possible.
