Do you enjoy building relationships with supporters? Are you a creative thinker who can translate Bible translation programme updates into engaging, emotive touchpoints? We are looking for a highly organised relationship manager who loves connecting with supporters through phone calls and meaningful touchpoints

Wycliffe Bible Translators is a charity that is investing in fundraising and reaping the benefits, so that we can help create a world where everyone can know Jesus through the Bible. As the Relationships Manager, you will play a key part in helping us to grow resilient, sustainable income from mid-level donors and ensure that our supporters feel valued and connected to our work.

You will initially manage a caseload of approximately 400–500 mid-level donors, growing this to a maximum caseload size of 700 donors, while increasing income from your existing caseload. To help you achieve this you will work closely with your counterpart, who manages a mid-level donor caseload alongside you, and also with the Director for Supporters and Head of Individual Giving as you develop the mid-level donor pipeline from the direct marketing pool. You will also have the opportunity for regular, one-to-one coaching with specialist consultancy Veritus UK.
