Job Purpose:
The Major Donor Officer is an integral part of the Philanthropy team, responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors, principally individuals, giving between £25k-£100k and ensuring their continued support of MSF.
They are also responsible for seeking and securing new funding from prospective individual donors at the £25k-£100k level, typically via donor networks, and driving forward this new business objective within the team. CRM:

- Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.

Sales, Insights and Data:
- Compile and deliver sales reports and analysis to relevant departments across the organisation, including senior and executive leadership, tailoring reports to suit a range of requirements.
- Monitor ticket inventory and introduce strategies for managing ticket holds.
- Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use sales data analysis to advise the Director of Marketing and Communications on ticket pricing strategies.
- Manage our digital audience survey (Survey Monkey) and Arts Council data collection platform (Illuminate), collating and reporting on the results and evaluation of campaigns and audiences.

The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria.
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria.
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Managing one staff member (Digital Engagement Officer), you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our digital strategy delivers measurable influence and impact — while staying true to our brand voice: togetherness, momentum and possibility.
The average day in this role will be changeable, so being flexible and good under pressure is essential. From crafting last minute social storytelling posts, to overseeing creative content work being developed, looking ahead to create strategic plans for major events and campaigns coming up, to feeding back on creative work and liaising with multiple partners for sign off. At Rights & Security International, we are seeking a part-time Racial Justice Officer to support the growth of our racial justice work in the UK. We are a London-based international human rights organisation that works to end racism, Islamophobia and other abuses when governments act in the name of ‘security’ or ‘counter-terrorism’.

Migrateful is an award-winning social enterprise and registered charity founded in 2017. Our mission is to support refugees and migrants facing barriers to employment and integration in the UK by offering training, paid work, and a supportive community.
Our chefs come from diverse backgrounds, often shaped by displacement, modern slavery, or gender-based violence. Through our programme, they train to lead cookery classes for the public and corporate groups, helping them build confidence, improve English skills, and gain meaningful work experience.
Since 2017, we’ve supported over 110 chefs to deliver 5,000+ classes to 55,000 participants—creating more than 30,000 hours of purposeful employment and community connection.
About the Role
The Operations Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of Migrateful’s cookery classes and the overall effectiveness of our operations.
You’ll play the important role of supporting Facilitators by creating practical guides, coordinating training and skills-sharing sessions, gathering feedback, and maintaining up-to-date documentation such as health and safety records.
Alongside this, you’ll help manage other key areas of Operations like responding to customer and volunteer queries, coordinating volunteers for public and corporate classes, and supporting process improvements around our use of Salesforce.
A key deliverable of this role is overseeing our invoicing process. You’ll be responsible for bi-weekly checks to ensure timely and accurate payments to our cookery class hosts (Facilitators) and teachers (Chefs). You’ll also support improvements that help us better track the real cost of our classes.
