Re-engage has just launched a new five-year strategy which will have growth at its heart. We’re looking for an exceptional person to join our team as Supporter Care Officer and be a vital part of this exciting phase of our development.
 
This is a new role within a growing fundraising team which is aiming to significantly grow income to achieve our growth strategy. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop relationships with individual and community donors, and legacy pledgers. Your personalised approach and friendly manner will help them feel valued, understand the life changing difference they make and deepen their connection to our work reducing loneliness in later life. As part of your role, you will also have opportunity to support the Individual Giving Manager with fundraising activities.
 
Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for supporters and build good relationships with them - respond to queries, take donations, and support them in their fundraising.
• Develop a programme to regularly thank donors for their support and find out more about them, including a schedule of supporter phone calls and sending a donor survey.
• Make sure all individual, community and legacy gifts are recorded correctly on our CRM and thanked within a timely manner. Look for new ways to thank donors in a way that surprises and delights.
• Develop and implement personalised stewardship plans for donors and legacy pledgers to provide regular updates that demonstrate their impact or help to build engagement ahead of a fundraising appeal.
• Work with the Individual Giving Manager to communicate with one-off donors about how they can set up a regular gift, and to regular givers about how they can increase their gift.
• Provide support on the production of fundraising appeals, identifying potential stories to use, writing briefs and liaising with suppliers, producing mailing lists and analysing results.
• Work with the Individual Giving Manager to develop and implement marketing plans for challenge events, community, in memory and legacy fundraising, planning regular content throughout the year and identifying key times to promote specific activity.
• Look for opportunities to incorporate legacy messaging into other communications with donors, volunteers and older people.
• Support on the development of new KPI and reporting frameworks, and help to update results for post-campaign and ad-hoc data analysis projects.
• Keep up to date with developments in direct marketing and fundraising practise. Comply with the Fundraising Regulator Code of Fundraising Practice and charity/fundraising law at all times.

 
You may be required to undertake other duties that fall within the nature of the role and responsibilities of the post. There may be occasional out of hours work required.

About the Role

As Database Administrator you will be responsible for the upkeep of the diocesan CMS database and act as the diocesan Superuser to provide support, training and advice to other diocesan users.

What you’ll do:  

• Act as the expert user for the CMS database –granting permissions and offering support, training and advice to diocesan users including staff, clergy and parish officers

Role Context and Purpose

Community Cleanup Champion

Are you a community-minded person who is self-confident, energetic, reliable and enjoys being outside?   

There are part-time roles available with community litter picking charity CleanupUK, who need help in their mission to engage people in looking after their local environment.   

If you have a few hours a week to spend encouraging local communities and organisations to litter pick, then this could really suit you.    

CleanupUK is recruiting three Community Cleanup Champions to work closely with our partner organisations in one of the following areas, encouraging local litter picking via our Cleanup Hub network: 

• One role covering: Salford and Manchester

• Two roles covering: Camden, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, and Tower Hamlets (Split of boroughs to be decided) 

Cleanup hubs are spaces to store equipment for individuals and groups in the community to use. By hosting this equipment and loaning it out, Cleanup Hubs are championing volunteering in the community and promoting litter picking. 

CleanupUK provides equipment and promotional support to help Cleanup Hubs get started with litter picking and engaging local people.   

Cleanup Champions work closely with Cleanup Hubs and other partner organisations to encourage more people to get involved in litter picking locally. 

We are keen to find cheerful people, with a sense of fun, who care about the environment and enjoy chatting to people of all backgrounds.   

Main Purpose of the Role:   

• To increase the number of people borrowing litter picking equipment from the Cleanup Hubs in your local area. 

• To represent CleanupUK at a local level by attending litter picking events and supporting the development of the Cleanup Hub network.   

• To develop strong relationships with partner organisations in the community: 

• Supporting existing Cleanup Hubs to increase levels of engagement in their area by contacting new groups. 

• Research and develop potential new partner organisations. 

Key Tasks include:   

• Liaising with Cleanup Hubs and local communities.  

• Hosting and attending events and reporting back to CleanpUK’s Operational Team.   

• Helping to keep active records of the litter picking that is taking place. This includes: ensuring litter picking statistics are being logged online by hubs, taking photos for our social media channels, and making notes on our shared database. 

• Promoting the project locally, both on the ground and online.   

• Online research to help us to identify new community partners, and attending online or face to face meetings with new prospective partners. 

• Attending monthly team meetings online, and an annual face to face day-long team meeting. 

• Developing an awareness of local funding opportunities and communicating these to our fundraising team.

• Occasional support to CleanupUK’s corporate partnership team may also be required such as leading a litter picking for a company.

Job Title: Health Advocate Educator

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as an Health Advocate Educator supporting women and children who are impacted by domestic violence. 

The Health Advocate Educator will train and provide ongoing support to GP practices and other health professionals to enable primary and secondary care staff to be able to effectively talk to their patients about domestic violence and abuse (DVA), provide early identification and offer appropriate care pathways for female, male and non-binary survivors of domestic violence and abuse, aged 16 years and over and their children.

The post holder will work in partnership with the local ICB and the service manager to proactively develop and maintain links with health providers in the local area.The post-holder will work within a defined locality, either Stratford-upon-Avon District; North Warwickshire and Nuneaton and Bedworth, or Warwick District and Rugby borough; building links with health professionals and support agencies.  

Travel around Warwickshire for client appointments essential to role, therefore use of a car essential.

As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.

The Role:
 
As the Business Support Executive, you’ll manage executive support, project administration, and corporate governance activities. Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operations across a variety of areas while contributing to the organisation’s mission and values of integrity, innovation, and inclusion.
 
Main responsibilities:
 

• Provide executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
• Manage the administration of strategic projects, including tracking progress and coordinating regular updates.
• Support corporate governance functions, such as trustee recruitment, meeting preparations, and key events.
• Organise and facilitate office activities, such as team socials and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain essential office functions, covering for the Office Manager as required.

 
Essential requirements:
 

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience managing diaries and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Friendly and positive attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
• Ability to work at own initiative and solve problems independently.

• Provide strategic leadership for global financial planning and reporting, aligned with long-term organisational goals

• Oversee implementation of a new FP&A system, enhancing forecasting through automation and driver-based modelling
