Every 20 minutes, someone is killed or seriously injured on UK roads. For families affected, the emotional and practical challenges are immense. As a Caseworker, you will provide direct, trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one. Working mostly remotely, with home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes.

This role is flexible, allowing you to structure your own working pattern within weekdays from 8AM to 6PM. While travel is required, you’ll have control over your diary. The work is challenging but immensely rewarding, requiring resilience, empathy, and a dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct support to road victims and their families in the North Yorkshire  region, following Brake’s trauma-informed model of care.
• Managing a caseload of service users, ensuring their emotional, practical, and advocacy needs are met.
• Undertaking comprehensive needs assessments and creating individualised support plans
• Offering emotional and practical support—this can include helping families access therapeutic resources, financial aid, or even facilitating keepsakes to honour the memory of their loved ones
• Liaising with professionals, including police officers, Family Liaison Officers, mental health services, coroners, GPs, and other support organisations.
• Advocating for victims within medical, legal, and social services to ensure their voices are heard.
• Providing support through multiple channels, including in-person, remote calls, video chats, and messaging, depending on service user preferences.
• Completing safeguarding assessments and escalating concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
• Maintaining accurate case records in compliance with data protection policies.
• Engaging in external clinical supervision to manage personal resilience and well-being.
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Strong advocacy and research skills to liaise with multiple organisations on behalf of service users.

The DRC Fieldwork Coordinator role sits within RFUK’s largest Programmes team: Land & Livelihoods. A central aspect of the L&L team’s work is supporting communities to establish and manage community forests as well as working at the national and policy levels to achieve wider impact. This role will be pivotal to a new phase of community forest expansion in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is being supported by the Rainforest Trust. Responsibilities

The role

CGL’s Business Development Team is a large national team. This role will sit within a smaller specialist services sub-team, who have responsibility for retaining existing specialist contracts and winning new business opportunities.

You will work with a small group of bid writers to oversee all aspects of the tender process. You will also have responsibility for pipeline management and work closely with our services and operational colleagues to navigate processes under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations.

You will work collaboratively with people who use our services, front line staff and managers, clinicians, departmental leads and senior stakeholders including Directors, to develop service delivery models, budgets and partnerships for tenders and proposals.

You will have the opportunity to visit and engage with our staff and service users across the country, to learn about our services and specific local needs and challenges.

Financial management

The postholder will be an integral part of the Charity finance team and partake in the annual budget setting process to the extent budgets relate to the Charity’s designated named funds or individually funded projects.

As part of your role in the financial management of individually funded projects, you will act a finance business partner to the broader Charity. You will be integral in liaising with fundraising teams to ensure the Charity is aware of new projects, live projects, and projects which have ended to help inform fundraising activities.

Financial control and governance

You will play a key role in ensuring robust financial control across the Charity group, with the opportunity to take ownership of its two wholly owned subsidiaries: The Christie Trading Company Limited and Northern Pathology Developments Limited. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supporting the Charity’s aim of maintaining strong governance across both charitable and commercial operations.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing the monthly balance sheets and income statements for both subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations are completed, and addressing any variances or discrepancies.

Additional information

The Finance and Funds Business Partner is a newly created role that marks an exciting step in the Charity’s transition toward greater in-house financial management. Previously managed under a service level agreement with The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, key aspects of financial management are now being brought into the organisation to strengthen control and governance.

East End Homes, is a locally based and community-led housing association in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This year East End Homes is celebrating its 20th anniversary. In 2005 residents of five estates across Tower Hamlets voted for their homes and communities to be transferred to the newly established social landlord.  Today, its 120-strong team manages over 3,900 homes with local offices in each neighbourhood. 

The newly created Financial Controller position offers a rare opportunity for a technically strong, ambitious, and commercially aware finance professional to play a key role in reshaping East End’s finance function and influencing decision-making at a senior level. The Financial Controller will be a member of the Senior Management Team and this role is seen as a natural stepping stone toward Finance Director level within the sector.

The Role:

• Work closely with the Finance Director and Executive Team to support strategic planning and organisational transformation.
• Oversee the development and delivery of Eastend Homes’ long-term financial plans, annual budgets, and business modelling (including BRIXX).
• Deliver and embed a proactive finance business partnering approach across the organisation, influencing decision-making and performance management.
• Drive improvements to financial reporting, insight, and analysis, delivering value across the organisation.

Job Summary

Anthony Nolan is seeking an ambitious University Senior Manager to lead and grow our lifesaving university volunteering programme. You'll lead the team in growing our recruitment to the stem cell register through students and universities, including our established network of student societies known as Marrow. You’ll be responsible for delivering our university recruitment strategy, leading the team to provide an excellent volunteer experience that inspires and empowers students to provide lifesaving support.

Job Summary
Oversee our helpdesk, which acts as the first point of contact for requests for support from our staff and volunteers. Lead business as usual IT operations and support so our people have the tools they need to carry out their work. Work with correspondents to solve problems, allocate team members to tasks, resolve issues, and constantly improve processes, standards and service quality.
Key Responsibilities

Helpdesk

• Manage the team that runs our helpdesk to ensure it functions as well as it can and make sure routine tasks are always taken care of
• Oversee first-line support and provide second-line support for inbound enquiries, troubleshooting and solving cases wherever possible
• Identify common or emerging issues and support with identifying root causes to continually improve the service
• Engage with colleagues to escalate more complex issues for further support, coordinate their resolution if appropriate, and manage stakeholders
• Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deliver induction training for new starters, and assist with access management and offboarding

Team Leadership and development
