About you

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual, who is capable of creating and delivering a strategic approach to commercial partnership development. The role requires an inspiring, solutions-focused and forward-thinking individual, with a proven track record in commercial development. Candidates should have an understanding of the relationship between charities and the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, and be able to show relevant experience of taking a strategic approach to creating and further developing a commercial development proposition, within either the voluntary or private sectors.

A self-starter, happy working independently, and as part of a team, we are looking for a strategic thinker with well-developed business/commercial skills and the ability to translate strategy into action. The successful candidate will be an accomplished communicator, who is able to create new and build existing relationships, and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. As well as creating strategy, you will need to be comfortable delivering all aspects of business development including initial prospecting, preparation, presentation, negotiating, handling objections, closing, and ongoing partnerships stewardship and development.

About the role

After extensive scoping work throughout 2025, we are launching an exciting project to create a step change in the way we deliver our organisational knowledge, clinical expertise and information to add commercial value to potential customers across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies.  This new role of Head of Commercial Development will own the creation, development and delivery of this work.

You will be responsible for leading the creation of a commercial proposition for Myeloma UK, which will deepen relationships with the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical industry and other associated sectors, to promote Myeloma UK’s knowledge and expertise for commercial return.  You will lead, develop and deliver our commercial development strategy, to include research, partner development and ongoing portfolio growth and development, to deliver a long-term, sustainably growing income stream from Myeloma UK’s commercial relationships.  In addition, you will be expected to develop strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including key individuals across the organisation.

The RunFree Accelerator (RFA), launched in October 2025, is Global Clubfoot Initiative’s flagship programme to accelerate progress towards the shared vision in our RunFree2030 strategy: that all children with clubfoot will get the treatment they need to walk, play and run free. You will be working with a highly experienced, knowledgeable and motivated team in a friendly and supportive environment

In this role, you will focus on:

· Member Engagement (25%)

o Facilitate member engagement, including onboarding, communication, meeting facilitation, and follow-up.

o Foster relationships, encourage engagement from, and coordinate support for our 60+ member NGO’s globally

o Creating and using systems to measure and report on key member engagement metrics

· RunFree Accelerator Coordination and Support (75%), supporting work on all three of our RFA Areas: Integration, Capacity Building and Knowledge and Evidence. This will involve a variety of tasks day to day, including:

o Support advocacy initiatives by conducting research into key issues and interests and relationship building with organisations and networks  in relevant sectors to advance RunFree2030.

o Report writing, including grant management and reporting

o Support research, data collection and analysis 

o Communications – particularly member-focussed, including meetings, presentations, written documents, emails and other forms of communication

o Support events planning including on-line and in-person symposia, webinars, workshops, and working groups; promote member coordination and engagement

o Assist in organising and distributing resources, toolkits, and guidance documents to members and partners.

o Gain and share insights into our members’ needs and strengths that will contribute to successful programmes

o Collaborate with RFA team for monitoring and evaluation of RFA activities, measuring progress and addressing operational challenges

o Coordinate translation of key resources to major working languages of GCI members; encourage uptake of resources with non-English speaking members

Hygiene poverty is not being able to afford many of the everyday hygiene and personal grooming products most of us take for granted. The reality of low income is that it restricts people’s options, leaving us caught between being able to heat our homes, pay the rent, eat, or be clean.It is washing hair, bodies, faces and clothes in the same cheap washing up liquid used for the dishes. It is not being able to replace a toothbrush when needed or sharing a toothbrush because one each just isn't an option. Hygiene Poverty is the hidden crisis facing the UK. In May 2024, The Hygiene Bank published their second groundbreaking research into the incidence and impact of hygiene poverty. It found that over 4.1 million adults across the country are currently experiencing hygiene poverty and that it is both alarmingly widespread, increasing and disproportionately impacts the most vulnerable. It stops people from participating in society, feeds the mental health crisis and blocks routes out of poverty. It is simply unjust.

About the role

Reporting into the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships, the Partnership Officer plays a pivotal role in the brand and corporate team and is responsible for supporting, stewarding, renewing, and growing our brand and corporate partners to meet our income targets and to source donated product for our service users. Our partners range from emerging brands to strategic corporate partners and reflect a combination of financial support, skills-based support, brand donations and volunteering.

As education quality assurance service officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of World Physiotherapy’s education quality assurance services, including programme accreditation and CPD recognition.

You will be one of the key points of contact for World Physiotherapy education quality assurance services including physiotherapist entry level programme accreditation and continuing professional development (CPD) recognition. The position is instrumental in assisting the smooth running of World Physiotherapy education quality assurance services and supporting the work of the Head of membership, education and development, and other staff working on the education portfolio.

You will use your experience, initiative, confidence, project and organisational skills to support effective implementation of the education quality assurance services. You will support and coordinate activities and administrative tasks for the full review cycle. These include managing inquiries, processing applications, distributing materials to reviewers, organising site visits, supporting the review and reporting process, preparing documentation for committee approval, and communication with applicants about the results of the review. This will require close liaison with staff, member organisations, reviewers, board/committee members, and external stakeholders.

Duties and key responsibilities

Education quality assurance service administration

• Act as a primary point of contact for all inquiries related to education quality assurance services including physiotherapist entry level programme accreditation and CPD recognition services.
• Manage the full application process, including intake, tracking, communication with applicants, assigning reviewers, and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Manage the annual reporting process
• Coordinate the distribution of applications and supporting materials to reviewers, ensuring timelines and procedures are followed.
• Organise and support site visits, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and communication with applicants and reviewers.
• Support reviewers throughout the evaluation process, including preparing materials, responding to questions, and ensuring adherence to governance requirements.
• Provide administrative support to reviewers in preparation of documentation for internal and committee consideration.
• Organise accreditation committee meetings.
• Prepare materials for committee approval and minutes of the committee meetings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organisational standards.
• Communicate to applicants the final outcome of the quality assurance process and issue certificates
• Maintain accurate records, files, and data related to all quality assurance activities.
• Work with Head of membership, education and development to carry out activity analysis and assess ways to improve and scale up quality assurance services.

Operational support

Manage the accreditation application and review process in the CRM (Salesforce) and CPD recognition in CEU Locker (platform currently used for the service).

Provide technical and logistical support across all education quality assurance operations for any physical or digital meetings.

Work with relevant staff to ensure that activities are set up on Teamwork® or other project management software and support their ongoing management.

Support communications activities:

• ensuring that lists of accredited programmes and approved CPD are up to date
• providing information to promote uptake of quality assurance services
• editing and formatting education quality assurance documents for house style

Liaise with different stakeholders including member organisations, regions, specialty groups and networks if necessary and as required by the Head of membership, education and development and other staff.

Maintain office systems and procedures, including data management and reporting.

Promote the image of World Physiotherapy in all activities and contribute to the overall development of the organisation undertaking any reasonable duties, as required and agreed, to support the work of World Physiotherapy.

Person specification

The education quality assurance service officer must have experience in supporting quality assurance management and administration. They must be highly organised, self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative in managing complex and competing demands from different sources.

It is expected that the individual will have a relevant degree, or equivalent professional experience in quality assurance, education administration, project coordination, or related field. Experience of working with senior staff, academics and boards/committees is essential. Experience working with reviewers, review boards or academic/quality assurance processes is an asset.

The individual must have a legal right to work in the UK.

We are excited to have an opportunity for a Safeguarding Manager to join our team at RBL.

This newly created role will be a core part of our recently expanded Safeguarding team who are vital to the work that we do by enabling a robust culture of safeguarding across RBL. This team supports all RBL staff, volunteers and members to recognise and raise all safeguarding concerns to protect our beneficiaries and residents and protect the reputation of the RBL group.

Based in a small team of Safeguarding Managers and leading a team of Officers, this role will see you ensuring that our safeguarding processes and procedures are implemented to support frontline operational teams.

Reporting to our Head of Safeguarding, key responsibilities will include:

- Manage daily safeguarding activities, specifically oversight and control of Officers workloads and capabilities, providing mentoring support, technical advice and guidance
- Oversee and monitor RBL’s safeguarding recording and management system, support referrals and follow up procedures
- Conduct document reviews and research to support trends analysis, provide mentoring, advice and guidance to Heads of Departments and other RBL leaders as required to embed a robust culture of safeguarding

As Administration and Membership Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the Neurological Alliance runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally. Role Purpose:

Responsible Finance is the membership association for the UK’s Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFIs). CDFIs are community lenders, committed to delivering positive social impact, and offer fair and affordable finance to businesses, social enterprises and to people unable to access it elsewhere.

This is a pivotal moment to be joining the CDFI sector. Responsible Finance and CDFIs are poised for exciting growth following two record-breaking funding announcements in late 2024 which has seen the sector backed by Government and leading financial institutions including the British Business Bank and JPMorgan Chase. This follows Lloyds Banking Group becoming the first mainstream lender to invest in the CDFI sector earlier in the year.

The Government has also announced it is backing Responsible Finance to develop a roadmap for growth, and a new APPG for CDFIs has been set up with the official launch set for May 2026.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to ensure that CDFIs from all sectors receive the policy and regulatory support they need to thrive.

You will manage key aspects of Responsible Finance’s policy work including consultation responses, briefings, MP outreach and building a supportive network of MPs, and writing articles to highlight key issues with the Government and our stakeholders. You will also lead on the production of RF’s annual impact report.

The Tax Justice Network (TJN) is an independent international network, launched in 2003. It is dedicated to high-level research, analysis and advocacy around international tax and financial regulation, including the role of tax havens. Role description

The Finance Officer is part of the Organisational Support and Development (OSD) team at the Tax Justice Network, which is led by the Director of OSD, and the role reports to the Head of Finance and Reporting. The OSD team leads and delivers on a range of operational services from finance management, risk management, project management, event management, human resources, IT systems and other enabling functions. The team is also responsible for fundraising for the organization. This includes responding to calls for proposals, tracking funding opportunities and engaging with donors regularly.
