What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead recruitment support: Help managers attract and select top talent, improve vacancy advertising, and build recruitment skills

What are we looking for?
- Experience working on large and complex digital analytics and tracking solutions
- Deep understanding of modern website applications (Next.js, JavaScript, DOM)
- Deep understanding of how web browsers work and data flows, is captured and processed
- High data literacy to query the data collected
- Understanding of data privacy and how what we track means to a user
- Expert knowledge of marketing tags including wider strategy, implementation and data policy (Google Marketing Platform, Paid Social, Display, Email)
- Strong stakeholder managements and able to articulate simple marketing requirements to complex technical solutions.
- An understanding of marketing data limitations and best practices e.g. attribution to be able to advise on correct reporting implementation and targeting
- Significant experience implementing and using Google Analytics reporting features including filters, goals, custom reports, segments and Ecommerce
- Solid understanding of different digital marketing channel targeting methodologies and corresponding measurement tools to inform tracking solutions
- Significant experience of providing solutions designed for use by nontechnical end users.

The service will focus on identifying service gaps across Birmingham to enable families to access Early Help and support, through the application of Early Help. Sutton Night Watch is a registered charity which was set up to support and raise awareness for the homeless people within the London Borough of Sutton and surrounding areas.
Over the past 10 years, with the support of local business, the local community and fundraising efforts, we have been able to grow and expand into our own, permanent base in December 2019. From here we are able to not only provide the essentials such as food, showers and clothing supplies, but we are able to also offer our service users a range of health services, benefit advice, wellbeing and educational based courses, clothes, washing facilities and most importantly, a place where people are seen, heard and understood. We also support people to find secure accommodation. In the past 3 months we have found homes for 13 people.
Job Purpose:
The Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization.
Our annual fundraising target is set at c250k (cash income) plus additional targets for in-kind donations, preloved donations and donated services. These support the growth and sustainability of our operations, ensuring we can continue to provide essential items and services to local people experiencing homelessness.
This role involves managing donor relationships, coordinating fundraising campaigns, organizing events, and ensuring income targets are met to sustain and grow the charity’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy across individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, trusts, community fundraising, and events.
- Set annual income targets and monitor performance against goals.
- Identify new opportunities for sustainable income generation.
Donor & Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, and sponsors.
- Ensure regular communication, reporting, and stewardship to encourage long-term support.
- Work closely with trustees, senior management, and volunteers to maximize fundraising potential
Campaigns & Events
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate fundraising campaigns and events (in-person and digital).
- Oversee community and challenge events, ensuring participant engagement and fundraising success.
- Leverage digital channels and social media to promote fundraising initiatives.
· Grant & Bid Writing
- Research and apply for funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies.
- Prepare compelling proposals and reports to secure and retain funding.
· Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee fundraising budgets, track expenditure, and ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
- Produce accurate and timely reports for senior management and trustees.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising, within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding income targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations, GDPR, and donor stewardship best practices.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Action Hampshire, a Local Infrastructure Organisation, supporting the VCSE sector for over 70 years, has an exciting new opportunity!
In this role, you will project manage research and community engagement related projects; designing, carrying out and disseminating a number of research projects, working in collaboration and alongside communities, VCSE organisations and our health and academic partners. You will also identify and bid for new research projects, working alongside colleagues and communities on new project ideas. You will be able to evaluate projects from beginning to finish and contribute to our overall strategy and how we demonstrate our impact as an organisation.
We are looking for someone with qualitative research skills, including active listening, attention to detail, interviewing and being able to analyse, interpret and write up research findings. You will need to be skilled in facilitation for coordinating meetings, delivering training, workshops and focus groups. You don’t need to have extensive experience of research design but you should have the ability to understand and engage with community members, to grasp the implications of what you hear and communicate that engagingly with others in written and verbal formats. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively, you will be committed to delivering results in order to solidify Action Hampshire’s reputation as a trusted and impactful deliverer of funded projects and services. As Senior Policy Manager, you’ll play a leading role in shaping Scotland’s end of life care agenda. You will develop evidence-based policies, build influential relationships with decision-makers, and lead strategic campaigns to drive meaningful change. Working alongside colleagues across the UK, you’ll help deliver Marie Curie’s vision of a Scotland where everyone’s right to palliative care becomes a reality.
Your Impact:
- Lead development of high-impact policy projects to influence end of life care in Scotland.
- Build and maintain relationships with MSPs, ministers, government officials, and sector leaders.
- Develop and deliver public affairs and campaign strategies to influence decision-makers.
- Analyse and respond to government consultations and legislative developments.
- Represent Marie Curie Scotland externally through media, conferences, and events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners across the UK to deliver evidence-led, coordinated policy change.

Key Criteria:
- Significant experience leading policy and public affairs work, ideally in health or social care.

We need you to manage the day-to-day coordination, delivery and evaluation of cancer awareness activity for the CAW programme, specifically for Cancer Research UK's corporate partners.
What will I be doing?
Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of activities associated with the CAW programme, as set-out by Programme Delivery Manager for CAW
Managing the delivery and evaluation of partner activity (cancer awareness stands, talks and webinars) - including logistics, booking in nurses, managing all processes within health & safety guidelines for activity, and coordinating requests for health comms and designing them where necessary
Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partner contacts, the Partnerships team, Health Information team, our team of nurses, and people with lived experience
Creating, developing or reviewing CAW products (including webinars and talks), with support from the Programme Development and Operations Manager
Sharing responsibility with the rest of the CAW team in maintaining and refining appropriate logs and tracking documents
Responsible for reviewing and managing cancer awareness stand kits
Supporting with evaluation of the wider CAW programme.
