We are looking for a Supporter Care Coordinator to join our Supporter Care Team.
The role is very much supporter facing; in many cases you will be the first contact that supporters will have with Breakthrough T1D. You will be responsible for thanking supporters, dealing with queries and updating supporter details. You will also ensure that donations from supporters are entered accurately on the database and create reports for the Finance team. You will be required to develop good relationships with all teams and have the passion and desire to help out where necessary with additional tasks.

About the role
The Senior Adviser post is a new role to increase capacity within our small and friendly Advice and Information Team. The Senior Adviser will be responsible for delivering high quality, evidence-based, advice and information by email and phone to Coram BAAF members. Our enquirers are primarily social workers at all levels including senior managers, along with associated professionals in health, legal and other areas of children’s social care.
The role will also support our Outbound Permanence Service which provides specialist advice and resources for local authorities across the UK seeking to place a looked after child with relatives overseas, and also offers training and consultancy. The post holder will, once familiar, have the opportunity to participate in Outbound training delivery.
We envisage this as a 4 day per week role, but are open to considering additional flexibility within the constraints of our core service hours (see full job description).
This role may suit you if you have considerable experience in childcare social work, in one or more of adoption, kinship, or foster care, together with experience in advising fellow professionals. About the Role
We are looking for a motivated major gifts fundraiser to join our small fundraising team to support our ambitious goal to raise £20 million in support of the Be the Spark campaign.

IIED is seeking a dynamic and experienced Philanthropy Manager to work closely with IIED’s Head of Business Development and Directors to meet unrestricted income targets. About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will support the smooth running of finance operations within the charity. This includes processing income and expenditure, managing the purchase ledger, preparing BACS payments, assisting with payroll, supporting month-end reconciliations, and contributing to audits and governance activities. You will also provide ad-hoc finance and administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record income from fundraising sources.
- Liaise with the fundraising team to ensure donations are coded correctly.
- Manage the purchase ledger, including invoices, staff expenses, and supplier payments.
