Delight is looking for an engaging and reliable Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of our commercial programming to fully drive school engagement, teacher training and programme resourcing.

You’ll be an exceptional project manager with very strong attention to detail and a proven record in coordinating, problem-solving and effective communication.

Driving a van to partner schools around England (with occasional overnight stays) is a requirement of the role.

We’re looking for an Internal Events Manager with the skills and experience to deliver two major all-colleague events in the next 12 months, celebrating our work and connecting with each other. This is a part time role (3 days a week, ideally Tuesday to Thursday).

As we deliver funding which helps communities do great things, it’s really important colleagues at the Fund are allowed the time to engage with our strategy – It Starts With Community - celebrate our successes and connect and learn from each other. Our programme of internal events over the next 12 months provide a real opportunity to achieve this.

The Internal Communication and Engagement Team is looking for someone who can help shape and deliver innovative and engaging internal engagement events.

Working with internal communications and engagement colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, you will help to shape events which will bring our strategy to life and help our colleagues connect with the communities our funding supports – showcasing our grant holders and their projects.

You will be delivering in person and hybrid events across multiple locations in the UK, bringing innovative ideas which will engage our teams.

You will also support other team members with regular internal events, including our monthly Connected sessions and leadership meetings.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Support and Governance, the role works alongside the Fundraising Supporter Services and Standards Manager, Retail Operations Manager and Retail Support & Projects Manager. The role will work closely with key stakeholders across Sue Ryder predominantly to focus on fundraising operational compliance and provide leadership and assurance guidance for Retail and other commercial operations that Sue Ryder develop in the future.

You will support the development and implementation of a compliance framework across fundraising operations at Sue Ryder which includes, maintaining awareness of external legal and regulatory requirements, engaging stakeholders to review and update policies, work with subject matter experts to create compliance processes and training.
You will also build and maintain reporting and other mechanisms which clearly identify where assurance is available or where not, providing leaders with data to focus on improving compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a compliance plan with agreed assurance levels, including audits, SLA and KPI reporting, and comprehensive documentation for ongoing commercial fundraising and retail operations.

• Review and update all compliance policies and procedures, recommending and gaining agreement with subject matter experts for appropriate review periods.

• Ensure adequate training resources are available for compliance related matters and ensure regular reporting to monitor compliance and inform managers and ensure compliance is embedded in campaign planning and execution. Review, advise and sign off all fundraising materials sent out across Sue Ryder with subject matter experts.

• Work with stakeholders to build and deliver an ongoing compliance communications plan and strategy

You will have

• Expert knowledge of the CAP code, General Data Protection Regulation, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), Code of Fundraising Practice and other charity requirements set by the ICO, the Fundraising Regulator, Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Code of Practice and HMRC Gift Aid Standards.

• Proven experience of creating and reviewing policies and guidance in a fundraising or retail environment.

• Experienced in implementing reporting mechanisms (SLA/KPIs) using multiple data sources and systems and internal and external audit processes and risk management.

• Understand and have experience of project management processes.

• Excellent teamwork, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills.

About Khulisa: 

Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime.

Our approach centres on safe, exploratory methods that aim to understand behaviour and experiences often rooted in trauma, abuse, and neglect. We deliver intensive therapeutic programs within educational and community settings, empowering young people to confront the underlying causes of their emotional distress and work toward healing. To create lasting, sustainable change, we also work to establish trauma-informed environments around young people by equipping parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals with the tools they need to offer effective, supportive care. Currently, our services are active in London and Manchester. 

About the role: 

This role will be a key part of helping to raise awareness of Khulisa’s mission and the issues we address, strengthening support for our programmes. The postholders will also take ownership of planning and delivering all Khulisa events, ensuring they are impactful and well-executed.

• Develop and deliver Khulisa’s Communications and Branding Strategy in line with the strategic plan.

Southern Synod are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Officer. The post holder will be the main contact for the churches within Southern Synod to advise them on safeguarding children and adults at risk on a day-to-day basis, as well as providing training to a wide range of people as necessary.  They will have excellent communication skills, broad experience of networking across organisations, expert knowledge of current statutory safeguarding legislation and the ability to work and travel independently.

We are looking for a full time 35hrs per week, proactive Team Administrator to play a key role in keeping Lupus UK running smoothly by providing vital support across all teams and functions. About the role: 

You will provide high quality administrative support across all departments to help ensure the smooth day to day running of our office and operations. This includes being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, organising meetings, supporting with event logistics, and maintaining effective internal processes. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

This is a hybrid role, you will be based at our Romford head office three days a week, with two days working remotely.

What we are looking for:

· Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.

· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.

· Confident coordinating meetings and events, including logistics like booking venues and managing communications.

Exciting Opportunity: Join West London Centre for Counselling as a Trainee Couples Counsellor (NHS Recruit to Train Programme)

West London Centre for Counselling (WLCC) is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity to join our team through a full-time, salaried NHS Recruit to Train position.

Successful candidates will:

• Be employed by WLCC
• Join the Tavistock Relationships training programme
• Begin training as part of the September 2025 cohort and complete by September 2028.

About the Programme

Building on the success of previous cohorts, NHS England is funding new opportunities starting September 2025.

This three-year programme offers:

• Full tuition coverage
• Salary support funding
• Completion of foundation-level counselling training
• Specialist NHS Talking Therapies modality training in Couples Therapy for Depression (CtfD)

Funding

NHS England funds:

Course structure and requirements

The National Curriculum for High Intensity Psychotherapeutic Counselling within NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression outlines the full details of the course structure. To summarise, the following outlines the key training requirements:  

· A 1-year core psychotherapeutic counselling foundation level training, which also introduces the chosen NHS Talking Therapies modality. Following sign off for readiness, trainees can begin to practice at West London Centre for Counselling with people with mild to moderate depression

· Followed by, a 2-year post-graduate diploma (PGDip) in psychotherapeutic counselling (minimum 120 credits at Level 7)

· A minimum of 450 supervised client hours gained within a NHS Talking Therapies service

· A minimum of 450 training hours (skills and theory)  

· A minimum of 50 personal therapy hours  

· A minimum of 90 minutes of training supervision to every six hours of client work (or the equivalent for group supervision), or 90 minutes per week if they have completed less than six hours of client work in the week

· NHS Talking Therapy services will be responsible for supervision on site, including oversight of case management, clinical governance and management supervision in line with the supervision requirements of the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.

· An average of two to three days per week of clinical practice in NHS Talking Therapies services

· Individual accreditation (professional registration) with a professional body in line with the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual (see the manual for more details)

The recruitment process to identify the trainees for this psychological role will be collaborative and values based.  This is to ensure that trainees recruited can meet both service expectations but also the educational requirements for the 3-year pathway.
