Role Summary 

Bliss is the UK’s leading national charity for babies born premature or sick, and we are looking for a Digital Programme Lead to join our skilled and creative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take responsibility for developing, coordinating and overseeing the delivery of Bliss’ digital activities. This role works with colleagues across the organisation to ensure Bliss’ digital activities are delivered in line with Bliss’ strategic priorities, as well as being able to innovate and make the most of potential new technological or digital opportunities. The Digital Programme Lead will provide effective line management and support to the Digital Officer to ensure Bliss’ day to day digital operations are running smoothly
 

• Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days over 2 weeks worked in our London Bridge office

Role Details

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on the overall management of digital activity at Bliss, leading the Digital Team to deliver all core activities to maintain existing channels and services as well as leading the cross-team approach to planning and delivering digital innovation and improvement.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

•Significant experience in digital project management, agile working and the delivery of a website and other digital products and services
•Proven experience of digital innovation and a creative approach to finding solutions and solving technical issues
•Significant experience and understanding of user research / testing, and of managing agencies conducting this on our behalf; as well as co-creating digital products and services with users
•Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and ability and appetite to keep up to date with advances in these as well as experience of translating these into proven digital enhancements
•Technical knowledge and expertise:
     -Expertise in website CMS and a range of digital technologies
     -Utilising search engine optimisation to increase the targeted traffic 
     -AB testing and piloting of digital projects

About the role

The postholder will report into the Head of Procurement and will lead procurement projects, introduce innovative solutions, and analyse in detail best practice opportunities available to mitigate risks, optimise value, add and manage the total cost of ownership dynamic.

About the role

Our Participation and Involvement Manager will build on existing practice across the organisation and lead on the implementation and further development of a participation and involvement framework, enabling a large and diverse range of kinship carers to share their views and expertise meaningfully, safely and effectively to shape Kinship’s activity. It will also support our growing participation and involvement activity which involves children, young people and young adults with experience of growing up in kinship care.

You will work closely with kinship carers and colleagues across the organisation to understand the key challenges and opportunities with embedding participatory methods, including co-production and co-design, which improve Kinship’s work – right from the design and delivery of our advice and support services through to influencing policy and campaigning for change.

With support from colleagues, you will act as the key cross-organisational adviser on participation and involvement practice, supporting and empowering colleagues to develop the skills and knowledge they need to embed a consistent approach to the involvement of kinship carers to best suit the needs of their roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Refine and further develop an existing organisational participation and involvement framework which supports staff to meaningfully, safely and effectively involve kinship carers in their work.

About the position

Responsible for the strategic leadership and effective delivery of Humane World UK’s wildlife campaigns, this role is an exciting opportunity to create change at scale. The purpose of the position is to deliver Humane World UK’s wildlife campaigns including, at present, ensuring the successful passage into law of a Bill to ban imports of hunting trophies into the UK. The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to progress wildlife protection in the UK, including for Humane World's global priority initiatives to promote humane human-wildlife co-existence, and to effectively tackle wildlife trade including for 'exotic' companion animals.

Role Overview 

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and driven individual to lead our grant and bid writing function while also developing and managing relationships with corporate donors and partners. You will work closely with senior leadership to secure vital income through trusts, foundations, and businesses that align with our mission. 

Key Responsibilities 

Grant & Bid Writing (50%) 

• Research and identify suitable funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies. 

• Write compelling, evidence-based grant applications and funding proposals. 

• Manage a pipeline of funding opportunities, ensuring deadlines are met. 

• Develop and implement an impact reporting strategy for grant and bid writing. 

• Monitor and report on funded projects in collaboration (using Salesforce) with delivery teams. 

• Maintain relationships with funders through regular updates, impact reports, and renewal applications. 

Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships (50%) 

• Implement our corporate fundraising strategy to increase income from businesses. 

• Identify and approach potential corporate partners, managing outreach and engagement. 

• Manage and cultivate existing partnerships with companies and organisations. 

• Create tailored proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership materials. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote partnerships and joint campaigns. 

• Organise and support corporate fundraising events and staff engagement opportunities. 

• To maintain excellent supporter stewardship and cultivation including thanking supporters and supporter development communications. 

Person Specification 

Essential 

• Proven experience in writing successful funding bids and managing grant applications.

Founded in 1989, the mission of Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) is to support Indigenous Peoples and other communities of the world’s rainforests in their efforts to protect their environment and fulfil their rights to land, life and livelihood.  Locally, it supports forest communities to gain land rights, challenge destructive industries, manage their forests and protect their environment. Globally, it campaigns to influence laws and policies that protect rainforests and their inhabitants. 

The DRC Fieldwork Coordinator role sits within RFUK’s largest Programmes team: Land & Livelihoods. A central aspect of the L&L team’s work is supporting communities to establish and manage community forests as well as working at the national and policy levels to achieve wider impact. This role will be pivotal to a new phase of community forest expansion in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is being supported by the Rainforest Trust. In partnership with five local organisations, the role will contribute to the objective of expanding community forests in two highly biodiverse landscapes: the periphery of the Maïko National Park in North Kivu province and the area surrounding the Salonga National Park in Maï Ndombe province. 

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years’ experience of project management support in a charity or international development context, as well as 3 years’ of experience in supporting community land use planning and livelihoods initiatives in rural contexts. We are seeking someone who has a firm grasp on forest governance and human rights, is familiar with the requirements of institutional donors, and is eager to play a key role in a new phase of community forest expansion.

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to uniting for a life unlimited for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis. We're working towards a brighter future for everyone with cystic fibrosis (CF) by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way.
 
This is an exciting new role to grow our individual giving programme, leading a plan to raise more income by finding new supporters and retaining the ones we already have. You’ll have the opportunity to develop new ways of fundraising and see what works best for our future.
 
You will be joining a supportive and ambitious Fundraising department as we embark on a new fundraising strategy (2025-2029), with a renewed focus on growing our supporter numbers alongside growing our income, so we can increase our impact for people with cystic fibrosis.
 
In this role, you will:

• Develop an Individual Giving strategy including short, medium and long-term acquisition and retention plans
• Set and review budgets and KPIs, tracking how well fundraising activities are doing and ensuring we are getting a good return on investment
• Use data and insight to make decisions and improve campaign outcomes
• Ensure all supporters get a warm welcome and have a good experience of the Trust
• Manage the Individual Giving team, providing line management, support and development 
• Collaborate with colleagues across the charity to help establish a Supporter Experience group focused on making sure our supporters feel thanked, inspired and proud of the difference they’re making

 
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and is results and supporter-focused, with great leadership and relationship building skills. You will enjoy using ideas and data to help raise more money in effective and creative ways.
 
This role can be based at home or at the London office. If you are office-based, you would be expected to attend the office at least two days per week.

This year, Brake celebrates 30 years of life-changing work, and we’re looking for a committed and compassionate Caseworker to help us continue making an impact. If you are based in the North Yorkshire region and want to help people at their most vulnerable moments, this could be the role for you.

Every 20 minutes, someone is killed or seriously injured on UK roads. For families affected, the emotional and practical challenges are immense. As a Caseworker, you will provide direct, trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one. Working mostly remotely, with home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes.

This role is flexible, allowing you to structure your own working pattern within weekdays from 8AM to 6PM. While travel is required, you’ll have control over your diary. The work is challenging but immensely rewarding, requiring resilience, empathy, and a dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct support to road victims and their families in the North Yorkshire  region, following Brake’s trauma-informed model of care.
• Managing a caseload of service users, ensuring their emotional, practical, and advocacy needs are met.
• Undertaking comprehensive needs assessments and creating individualised support plans
• Offering emotional and practical support—this can include helping families access therapeutic resources, financial aid, or even facilitating keepsakes to honour the memory of their loved ones
• Liaising with professionals, including police officers, Family Liaison Officers, mental health services, coroners, GPs, and other support organisations.
• Advocating for victims within medical, legal, and social services to ensure their voices are heard.
• Providing support through multiple channels, including in-person, remote calls, video chats, and messaging, depending on service user preferences.
• Completing safeguarding assessments and escalating concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
• Maintaining accurate case records in compliance with data protection policies.
• Engaging in external clinical supervision to manage personal resilience and well-being.
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
