Stewardship is seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to head our Philanthropy Fund service. As part of our Leadership Team, you’ll champion biblical generosity, drive innovation, and lead a passionate team delivering exceptional service to high-impact donors.

You will lead a team of ten to deliver the vision for our Philanthropy Fund within Stewardship’s corporate strategy, lead and grow our Donor Advisory Board service, cultivate deep client relationships and expand our reach across philanthropy networks.  Driving income growth, providing data-led insights as well as representing Stewardship at key events. 

You'll need to be an empathetic leader, able to work strategically and collaboratively across teams.  A strong communicator with a passion for innovation and client relationships who is motivated by seeing lives transformed through Christian generosity. 

This is a 12 month, maternity cover role.

Purpose of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship‑focused individual to join our Corporate Partnerships team. The role will be a mix of managing and growing existing partnerships and supporting new business activity.

You’ll work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and other colleagues across the team to ensure that our corporate partners feel valued, supported, and inspired by the impact they are helping to create. Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Work with internal teams (Marketing, Impact, Delivery) to gather and share inspiring impact stories and updates with partners.

• Track and report on partnership deliverables and KPIs.

• Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships, such as additional projects, campaigns, or employee engagement activities.

New Business Support

• Research and identify potential new corporate partners.

• Assist with approaches to prospective partners, including outreach emails, calls, LinkedIn networking, and event attendance.

• Support the development of high‑quality proposals, presentations, and budgets for senior stakeholders.

• Help maintain and grow the new business pipeline.

Communications & Events

• Work with Marketing & Comms to produce engaging partnership content for social media, newsletters, and impact reports.

• Represent UK Youth at external networking events, conferences, and partner‑related activities.

Data & Administration

• Keep all CRM records accurate and up to date.

• Support due diligence processes for both new and existing partnerships.

• Ensure donations are processed, recorded, and recognised appropriately.

Job Purpose

This role is a senior leadership team member and strategic lead for all corporate and consumer communications, member business engagement and marketing.

The relationship with our business community is essential to the success of The Fitzrovia Partnership (TFP) and the delivery of the organisation’s vision and it is a key part of our strategy to ensure that businesses are aware of us and the services and projects we deliver. As such you would be responsible for the delivery of member engagement.

You will lead the marketing and communications function and manage the Marcomms team, continually developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies clearly articulating TFP’s vision, aims, projects and services.

Finally, you will provide strategic oversight and development for:

· Member communication strategy including BID renewal communications

· Consumer communications and campaigns strategy

· Social, wellbeing, member event and training programmes

· All communications channels including newsletter, websites, social media

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Leadership

· To play a role together with the CEO and the Director of Policy and Place in setting the overall vision of the organisation and ensuring delivery specifically in relation to the agreed business plan.

Member Engagement

Established in 1993, we have channeled £24 million to +220 conservation leaders in 80 countries, benefitting wildlife, landscapes, and people. The Opportunity

We are looking for a diligent and data-minded Grants Assistant to join our small and dynamic team. This new role will support the WFN grants team in monitoring and evaluating active grants, analysing and assessing the charity’s impact, and in the smooth running of our grants programmes. This is an entry level role, ideal for a candidate looking to put their conservation expertise into practice, and to support impactful grassroots conservation work around the world.

The Grants Assistant will support the Head of Grants and Grants and Network Manager in WFN’s application and review processes, grant management, and impact evaluation work, and will support the flow of information about the work our winners are doing on the ground to the rest of the WFN team. Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure the College meets its legal and regulatory compliance requirements as an educational establishment and a charity.  The focus of the role is to be responsible, with the support of the Training Administration team, for all reporting to regulatory bodies in a timely manner to ensure the College meets the requirements of the Office for Students (OfS), The Open University (OU), Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Competition and Marketing Authority (CMA) and other regulatory bodies. The postholder will also take on the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) within the organisation and ensure that the college processes all personal data in compliance with UK data protection legislation.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for reporting internal information and meeting the reporting requirements of regulatory organisations – primarily the Office for Students (OfS), Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), the Open University (OU), the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), Competition and Marketing Authority (CMA) and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). This will be with the support of the Training Administration team and all other teams within the college.
• Collaborate with senior management and other department heads to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance relating to HR, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Prevent, Communications and Finance.
• Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and senior management as needed and within required deadlines
• Use external student data systems – such as HESA / Salesforce
• Perform research to remain informed regarding higher educational and other compliance requirements  
• Monitor the College’s compliance and internal policies to ensure they are up to date with relevant legislation, and draft new policies when required.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and help the organisation understand compliance risk and scope
• Record findings accurately and follow up with senior management to ensure that issues are rectified 
• Conduct investigations to discover the root cause of compliance problems when they arise 
• Develop systems for data collection, tracking, managing and reporting

• As DPO, ensure all personal data and sensitive information is handled within the College according to UK GDPR guidelines
• Draft new and amend existing data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with key stakeholders
• Serve as the main point of contact within the organisation for staff members, regulators, and relevant authorities on issues related to data protection, and provide advice as required.
• Maintain records of all data processing activities within the College
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and to address potential issues
• Train and advise all staff on compliance and GDPR regulations, how to meet, maintain and improve compliance requirements and the impact of non-compliance on the College. 
• Review College external communication, marketing materials, websites and presentations to ensure compliance with regulations

Excellent Safeguarding policies, processes and practices are central to the mission and ministry of our large diocese covering South London and East Surrey.  We are seeking a highly experienced safeguarding practitioner, to lead and manage a well-respected team, and ensure that the diocese maintains the highest standards of protection for children and vulnerable adults in accordance with national policy.  

Working in close collaboration with the National Safeguarding Team of the Church of England, support is provided for this role through regular professional supervision provided by the National Safeguarding Team, and encouragement for continuing professional development.

The Head of Safeguarding has operational lead authority within the diocese for the National Safeguarding Standards, leading and overseeing work in these areas, and also plays a full role as a member of the Senior Management Team, in living out our values of transparent accountability, collaborative team working, respect for all, and the effective stewardship of resources.

Main Responsibilities:

To manage the diocesan safeguarding team, offering excellent practitioner expertise and overseeing sound triage, assessment and management of casework, actively liaising with relevant agencies, such as the police, probation services, and local authorities

Leading and coordinating all aspects of safeguarding casework within the Diocese, ensuring that work is completed as required by Safeguarding Codes of Practice, House of Bishop’s Safeguarding Guidance and all other relevant statutory guidance and legal responsibilities. 

Ensure that effective systems are in place for keeping all case files up to date by accurately and consistently recording actions taken on cases using the National Safeguarding Case Management System (MyConcern)

To work with the Diocesan Bishop, senior clergy, the Diocesan Secretary, and other key staff to support, develop and improve the safeguarding practice and culture across the Diocese. 

Leadership, support and advice to the wider diocese including Southwark Cathedral in the development of its safeguarding arrangements, good practice, policy and training.

To ensure that allegations of abuse are appropriately managed, and to actively liaise with relevant agencies, for example, police, probation services, and local authorities, and that support is provided to survivors and victims of abuse.

To advise the diocese on all safeguarding matters ensuring that all advice is in line with the law, government guidance and national policy and guidance from the House of Bishops.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Case worker lead responsibility in cases involving the protection and safeguarding of children and / or adults (essential), with at least some of that experience gained in the statutory safeguarding agencies (desirable). 

Broader leadership and management responsibility and/or influence regarding the development of good safeguarding practice and healthy safeguarding cultures. 

Up-to-date knowledge of research and evidence-based practice models relevant to safeguarding. 

Experience of working with victims, survivors and perpetrators of abuse. 

Working with statutory and non-statutory organisations in managing safeguarding allegations and assessing risk. 

You must have a relevant professional qualification or equivalent extensive experience (for example, social care or criminal justice), with current professional registration where applicable.  

Experience of leadership and management, with an ability to operate at a strategic level, and influence the development of good safeguarding practice and healthy safeguarding cultures is important for this role.

Self-starter able to lead and work independently and with experience of appropriate challenge to senior colleagues.

Your experience of working with survivors of abuse will be important in ensuring that we provide appropriate support and advice for this important area of work.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in Central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

We are seeking an organised and proactive person to provide day-to-day support across both functions, with around 70% of the role focused on HR. The HR and governance officer will lead and manage the organisation’s human resources, governance, and compliance functions. They will ensure that HR function and practices are fair, legally compliant, and aligned with organisational values, and will support the Board of Trustees in fulfilling their governance responsibilities. This role combines operational HR management with oversight of governance processes, supporting a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant working environment.

Main Responsibilities

Human Resources:

● Coordinate recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and contracts, applicant screening, supporting interviews and collecting references;
● Manage staff onboarding processes and induction material;
● Maintain and update HR policies, the staff handbook, and training records in consultation with the COO;
● Manage the HR system (Natural HR or equivalent) and ensure records are accurate and up to date;
